Digital Marketing's Effect On Purchase Decisions Through Customer Satisfaction
In order to investigate the impact of digital marketing, service quality, and product on purchasing decisions at PT. Alunicorn, 249 people were questioned. Customer satisfaction was used as an intermediary variable. retrieval method based on the sample's evaluation of the target population. The analytical technique used in this work was SEM AMOS 23. The hypothesis states that whereas service quality has no impact on purchasing decisions through satisfaction, digital marketing and product quality have a positive impact on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions.
 
PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK TOKOPEDIA DI KALANGAN MAHASISWA
Jual beli online telah banyak memasuki dunia kampus terdapat fakta yang menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan Tokpedia masih ada yang kurang puas dalam kesesuaian gambar dan kualitas produk sehingga tidak melakukan pembelian ulang yang tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk E-Commerce Tokpedia terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa Program studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UBP Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif jenis asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UBP Karawang yang menggunakan e-commerce Tokopedia. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 133 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh citra merek E-Commerce Tokopedia secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Mahasiswa, ada pengaruh kualitas peroduk E-Commerce Tokpedia secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Mahasiswa Program studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UBP Karawang. Citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan E-Commerce Tokpedia secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa Program studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UBP Karawang.
 
MANAJEMEN KEMANDIRIAN PESANTREN BERBASIS KOPERASI DI PONDOK PESANTREN SIDOGIRI
The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia assesses that there are still many Islamic boarding schools that have not yet been established, so they need to strive for their independence. For this reason, the Ministry of Religion has launched the “Pesantren Independence Road Map” (2021). This study examines the independence of Islamic boarding schools based on kopontren at the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School (PPS). The aim is to prove the independence of PPS. The research method used is qualitative research which analyzes data in the form of statements and documentation. From the research conducted, it was found evidence that PPS is an independent Islamic boarding school both in terms of institutional, management, curriculum, manpower and funding aspects. This independence is achieved through the implementation of management principles such as planning, organizing, acting and controlling in managing the pesantren. In addition, the study also found that there are seven characteristics of PPS independence, namely having a business charity that is able to finance the financial needs of the pesantren, being able to manage its finances from the time the students register to completing their studies at the pesantren, being able to meet the basic needs of the students, being able to manage and determine the educational curriculum for the students. santri independently, not asking for help from other parties or the government to build pesantren. Pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV. Mukti Mulyo
This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05
Pengaruh Kepribadian Merek Dan Pengalaman Merek Terhadap Ikatan Emosional Merek Kedai Kopi
Riset ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari kepirbadian merek dan pengalaman yang dihasilkan merek pada pembentukan ikatan emosional merek pada merek Starbuck. Penyelenggaran survey dilakukan secara daring kepada 272 pelanggan Starbucks di kota Malang. Data hasil survey dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda pada SPSS 2022. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa faktor kepribadian merek dan pengalaman merek secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan ikatan emosional merek. Diantara keduanya, kepribadian merek ditemukan lebih dominan berdampak pada ikatan emosional merek. Namun, kedua variabel hanya memiliki dampak sebesar 29,8% terhadap ikatan emosional merek. Hal ini berarti faktor kepribadian merek lebih berperan pada pembentukan ikatan emosional merek pada pelanggan Starbuck di Malang. Hasil studi juga menyarankan agar Starbucks perlu lebih memahami kebutuhan pelanggan yang berusia 21-35 tahun. Adanya pergeseran generasi konsumen dari Milenial ke generasi Z dapat menghasilkan perbedaan kebutuhan dan persepektif terhadap kepribadian merek dan pengalaman merek, yang pada akhirnya akan dapat menciptakan peningkatan pada ikatan emosional merek

The millennial generation is a generation that has creative ideas or innovations. As a business person or entrepreneur, a person must have knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, especially in the digital era like now. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out and revealing what abilities or theories are used by millennial generation business actors in New York City. The literary work used as a source of research data is the novel entitled #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research using the heruistic method, namely reading thoroughly and the hermeneutic method, namely the study of text interpretation or the process of interpreting text. The results of this research are that there are 3 theories of entrepreneurship which include economic theory (taking advantage of opportunities that can create innovation), psychological theory (what underlies business) and behavioral theory (skills in managing and advancing business)
Pengaruh Financial Distress, CSR Disclosure, Dan Earnings Quality Terhadap Firm Value Yang Dimoderasi Liquidity
This research aims to examine the influence of financial distress, corporate social responsibility disclosure and earnings quality on firm value with liquidity as a moderating variable. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method for literature study. The research results show that financial distress has a positive effect on firm value; corporate social responsibility disclosure has a positive effect on firm value; earnings quality has a positive effect on firm value; liquidity can strengthen the influence of financial distress on firm value; liquidity can strengthen the influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value and liquidity can strengthen the influence of earnings quality on firm value
Pengaruh Brand Awareness, Tingkat Kepercayaan, Transparansi, Akuntabilitas Dan Tingkat Pendapatan Generasi Milenial Terhadap Pembayaran Zakat Melalui Lembaga Baznas Secara Online: (Studi Pada Generasi Milenial Sumatera Utara)
The millennial generation is very techno minded, where they interact using gadgets in their daily activities, so they have the potential to become muzakki, especially in online zakat payments. There are several perceptions of the millennial generation in paying zakat online, namely awareness, level of trust, transparency, accountability and income level. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness, level of trust, transparency, accountability and level of income on online payments and to determine the most dominant independent variables in online zakat payments. The type of data collected was primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to the millennial generation, totaling 100 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and assisted with SPSS 20. The research results show that brand awareness and the level of trust have a positive and significant influence on online zakat payments. Transparency, accountability and income level do not have a positive and insignificant influence on online zakat payments. The most dominant variable influencing online zakat payments is the level of trust
Future Financial Decisions Influencing Factors
This study aims to pinpoint the variables that affect how people make financial decisions in the future. Future financial decisions, saving choices, and trust in banking institutions are the three variables we use in this study. 197 junior high school teachers from the Bandung region participated in the study. Multivariate Regression is the analytical approach used, and it can be used to assess the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results demonstrate a strong positive relationship between current saving decision variables and future financial decision variables. Similar to this, varying levels of trust in financial organisations have a lot of favourable effects. These findings imply that people have a greater propensity to save when they are motivated to do so. People who have confidence in financial institutions will manage their money prudently going forward.

The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does competence and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Banjar City Archives and Library Office?
The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 46 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows.
The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.
