    Analisis Pengaruh Fasilitas Kampus dan Pelayanan Akademik Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Trenggalek

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kampus dan pelayanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa  Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Trenggalek. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Trenggalek dengan rumus slovin didapatkan sampel sebesar 116 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian ini meggunakan kuesioner dengan lima klasifikasi skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 1,619 + 0,390 X1 + 0,684 X2 + ε. Dari persamaan ini menunjukkan terjadihubungan positif antara fasilitas kampus dan pelayanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Kenaikanfasilitas kampus dan  pelayanan akademik akan diikuti dengan peningkatan kepuasan mahasiswa, begitupula sebaliknya. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas kampus pelayanan akademik berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Trenggalek sebesar 56,8% dan sisanya 43,2% dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini

The type of data used is qualitative data with the documentation used is a flowchart of procedures for granting Multipurpose Credit, and direct interviews by holding questions and answers to the head of the marketing division at PT.     In the world of banking in Indonesia, Islamic banking is a type of activity based on sharia principles that is free from usury. Unlike conventional banks which use interest in collecting and channeling funds, Islamic banks use financing as a contract. In conventional and Islamic banking there are differences in terms of banking operations. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge, reference groups, and consumer motivation on customers' reasons for saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia, South Jakarta. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach aims to determine the magnitude of the analyzed variables. The results of the study show that the knowledge variable and the consumer motivation variable do not have a significant influence on a person's decision to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Meanwhile, the reference group variable has a significant influence on a person's decision to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia, so that simultaneously high and low knowledge, reference group, and motivation if simultaneously have an influence on customers to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia

    The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.   &nbsp

    This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health and the Work Environment on Employees at PT X. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach in measuring the effect of occupational safety and health and the work environment on employee performance at PT X  Jakarta. The sample technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique with a total of 35 employees. Data collection methods using observation, questionnaires and case studies. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that the t value of occupational safety and health has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of (-1.433<1.694) and sig value. 0.161>0.05 and the work environment has a positive effect and has a positive impact on employee performance (4.557<1.694) and sig value. 0.000<0.05. Simultaneously, the value of F (22.487>3.28) and sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination of 0.584, it can be concluded that occupational safety and health (X1) and the work environment (X2) together have an influence of 58.4% on employee performance (Y
