    Peranan Sistem Digital Accounting Terhadap Perkembangan Bisnis UMKM Di Sidoarjo

    This study aims to examine the effect of digital accounting systems on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study are SMEs in Sidoarjo who use a digital accounting system, and the sample is taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using in-depth interview techniques and relevant sources on the internet. Data analysis was performed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the use of digital accounting systems has a significant influence on business development for UMKM in Sidoarjo. In its use, the digital accounting system simplifies the process of recording and reporting finances, as well as assisting UMKM owners in making more precise and accurate business decisions. In addition, the use of digital accounting systems also helps UMKM in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, so as to produce better business performance. In this case, it is advisable for UMKM in Sidoarjo to adopt a digital accounting system as part of their business development strategy. This will help UMKM  improve their business performance and compete with other UMKM. In addition, the government can also provide support and assistance to UMKM to adopt digital accounting systems, so as to accelerate the growth of UMKM  in Indonesia

    This research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does work discipline affect employee performance? 4. How does competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Work discipline tends to be good and employee performance is high, so work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency 4). Competence, motivation and work discipline tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence, motivation and work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.   &nbsp

    This study aims to find out: (1) The Effect of Perceived Brand Value on Brand Loyalty in Suzuki Brand Motorcycle Users in Kolaka Regency. (2) The influence of Consumer Involvement on increasing Brand loyalty for Suzuki Brand Motorcycle Users in Kolaka Regency. This study adopts a quantitative methodology; to collect data, it makes use of observation, literature review, and questionnaire distribution. All riders of Suzuki Brand Motorcycles in Kolaka Regency make up the study's population. whereas 120 persons made up the study's sample. Testing With SPSS 25.0, this research tool does validity and reliability tests. This study employed data analysis methods, specifically, the evaluation of the measurement model (outer model) and the examination of the structural model (inner model) using Smart PLS 4.0. A t-statistic value of 6,545 with a P-Value of 0.000 and a t-statistic value of 2,375 with a P-Value of 0.019, respectively, show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable perceived brand value and brand loyalty, and between the variable consumer involvement and brand loyalty

    E-government is a government effort to provide efficient and effective public services by utilizing information and communication technology. E-Government allows people to access various available services. The aim of this research is to find out how the E-Government service system is implemented, including the factors that influence it, and the benefits of implementing E-Government in public services. This research also uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique carried out by determining special criteria or considering certain characteristics of the sample or research subject to be studied that are relevant to the topic. The results of the research show the implementation of UPT KB  Tangerang City is not yet optimal, both in terms of the synergy between agencies in the Tangerang City government and the UPT itself in implementing the E-Government system which is still lacking, and the low level of understanding and socialization of employees in implementing it. E-Government service system. To improve e-government management, it is required to integrate information systems for e-government management sequentially to improve public service performance, and increase human resources who are skilled in information technology, the implementation of E-Government at UPT KB can run more optimally and provide greater benefits for the community

    Kembar mayang dan janur kuning adalah simbol tradisional yang digunakan dalam pernikahan adat Jawa sebagai simbol keperawanan pengantin wanita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakat terhadap penggunaan kembar mayang dan janur kuning sebagai simbol keperawanan pengantin wanita Jawa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam pada masyarakat Jawa yang memiliki pengalaman mengikuti pernikahan adat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kembar mayang dan janur kuning masih dipandang penting sebagai simbol keperawanan pengantin wanita Jawa. Namun, terdapat perbedaan persepsi masyarakat dalam penggunaan kedua simbol tersebut. Kembar mayang dipandang lebih penting sebagai simbol keperawanan, sementara janur kuning lebih dipandang sebagai simbol keindahan dalam pernikahan adat Jawa. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap penggunaan kedua simbol tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya dan agama yang kuat dalam masyarakat Jawa. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi para pelaku pernikahan adat Jawa untuk memahami pentingnya simbol-simbol tradisional dalam upacara pernikahan adat serta membantu mempertahankan dan mengembangkan budaya Jawa yang kaya dan unik

    Setiap perusahaan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya, dengan harapan tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai. Untuk mencapainya membutuhkan sumber daya yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rekrutmen, Seleksi dan Penempatan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Yangtze Optical Fibre Indonesia. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang. Metode yang digunkaan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 20 dan tehnik analisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas,uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik di mana terdiri dari uji normalitas data, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas dan regresi linaer berganda, uji hipotesa yang terdiri dari uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Yangtze Optical Fibre Indonesia sedangkan penempatan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pimpinan PT.Yangtze Optical Fibre Indonesia haruslah lebih memperhatikan perekrutan dan seleksi bahkan penempatan karyawan, agar kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat. &nbsp

    This research aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employee performance at PDAM Kolaka branch.  This research uses a quantitative method approach.  Data collection in this research used observation and questionnaires.  The population of this study were employees of PDAM Kolaka branch.  Meanwhile, the sample in this study amounted to 40 people.  Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0.  The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument model testing (outher model) and structural model testing (Inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.  Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Organizational Climate variable on employee performance as indicated by the T-statistic value of 2.731 and the original sample of 0.369, while the Organizational Commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance as indicated by the T-statistic value of  3.605 with an original sample value of 0.416
