Analisis Sektor Basis dan Tipologi Sektoral Menggunakan Pendekatan Location Quotient dan Tipologi Klassen di Kabupaten Kebumen
Regional economic development is significant in improving the community's standard of living. The success of this development depends on formulating and implementing policies that prioritize sectors with substantial competitive advantages. This research aims to analyze the base and non-base sectors that comprise the economy and the typology of leading sectors to be developed further in Kebumen Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive to describe the characteristics of Kebumen Regency's economic sectors systematically. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data for Kebumen Regency and Central Java Province in 2023. Three analytical tools are used to analyze the leading sectors: Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient, and Sectoral Klassen Typology. The research results show that five leading sectors in Kebumen Regency are classified as base and prospective sectors, namely (1) Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, (2) Wholesale and Retail Trade, (3) Transportation and Warehousing, (4) Government Administration, Defense, and Mandatory Social Security, and (5) Health Services and Social Activities
Pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada the Bun House Malang
With the development of increasingly widespread information technology, many opportunities are created in the business environment. Various companies have implemented information technology to process their business activities. The Bun House Malang is no exception, which uses Instagram to conductmarketing activities online. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions at The Bun House Malang. This research is a quantitative research. Using purposive sampling technique, questionnaires were distributed online to 100 consumers of The Bun House Malang. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that social media marketing and electronic word of mouth have an effect on buying decision. The results showed that social media marketing and electronic word of mouth had an effect on purchasing decisions at The Bun House Malang. Purchasing decisions can be improved through engaging content that requires consumer engagement and increasing the intensity of positive consumer experience reviews shared on social media. It is hoped that the company can improve the quality ofcontent Instagram and services provided so that consumers share positive reviews on social media so that consumers become loyal
Mekanisme Restrukturisasi Dalam Penyelesaian Pembiayaan Murabahah Bermasalah Pada Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso
The purpose of this study is to understand the restructuring mechanism in solving problematic murabahah financing at Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data obtained and used in this study was obtained directly at the research location at PT Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso. This study uses primary data. In addition, in this study, raw data was also collected in the form of secondary data, such as evidence, documents or historical reports, documents, archives, whether published or not. The data collection that the writer did was through observation, interviews and document studies. Observations were made through direct observation at PT Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso. Interviews were addressed directly to the Business or Marketing division of PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso according to the information needs by answering the questions raised by the author. Document research conducted by the author is in the form of written data or other documents needed by the author. After doing the research, it can be concluded that the North Sumatra Sharia KC Medan Katamso Bank in implementing the restructuring mechanism there are principles that must be followed in resolving problem financing contained in Bank Indonesia Regulations and can be said to be good. The principles applied by Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso are in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/9/PBI/2011 concerning amendments to Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 10/1/PBI/2008 concerning Financing Restructuring for Sharia Banks and UUS. Analisis Faktor-Faktor Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Banjar)
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service?
The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows.
The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the promotion, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 3). The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service 4). Compensation, promotion and work environment tend to be good and employee performance is high, so compensation, promotion and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, promotion and work environment, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service

Tujuan Praktikan memilih untuk melakukan kegiatan kerja praktik di PD. Mustika Prima Telur Dawuan karena ingin mempelajari bagaimana strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di PD. Mustika Prima Telur Dawuan. Selain itu juga Praktikan ingin mempelajari bagaimana atasan mengelola karyawannya sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Pengaruh E-Service Quality Dan E-Trust Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Maxim Di Kota Tasikmalaya
Technological developments have penetrated in all fields, not only in one area but also in all sectors of human life, including transportation. The internet is needed nowadays, including in the daily activities of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Maxim consumer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sampling technique that is non-probabilty sampling and accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire that is distributed to respondents online via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the e - service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e -trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City
STRATEGI FUNDRAISING DANA ZAKAT INFAQ SEDEKAH DAN WAKAF (ZISWAF) PADA E-COMMERCE LINKAJA SYARIAH
Teknologi digital menolong warga dalam berhubungan serta bertransaksi dengan aplikasi yang bisa didapat dari smartphone. Dengan adanya fenomena ini, memacu pada aplikasi yang bisa menghimpun dana ZISWAF melalui layanan yang disediakan. Aplikasi yang sekarang ini viral karena permulaan mengadakan fitur berbagi hal yang bermanfaat ialah LinkAja Syariah. Aplikasi ini mengadakan layanan untuk pengguna yang ingin memberikan zakat, infaq, sedekah atau wakaf maka memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya untuk berpartisipasi memberikan sebagian hartanya melalui smartphone. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana hubungan dengan penelitian ini ialah menjelaskan penggunaan aplikasi LinkAja Syariah dalam pembayaran digital. Hasil penelitian ini ialah penggunan digitalisasi dalam penghimpun dana ZISWAF melalui Layanan Syariah LinkAja, menjadikan kegiatan pembayaran dana ZISWAF bersama muzakki dengan mudah dan efesien yang bisa dilakukan kapan dan dimana saja. Sesudah mempraktikkan penyaluran secara digital dengan aplikasi Layanan Syariah LinkAja, hingga sekarang ini penyaluran dana zakat, infaq ataupun sedekah melaju naik, serta tidak ada indikator riba, gharar, maysir, judi dalam pelaksanaannya. Jika ada muzakki yang menyalurkan dana ZISWAF bisa cukup dengan scan QRIS.
 
DAMPAK INVESTASI ASING TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TENAGA KERJA DI INDONESIA
Jika ada lebih banyak investor asing di suatu negara daripada jumlah pekerja, ekonomi tumbuh lebih cepat. Studi kuantitatif ini menggunakan data investasi enam tahun sebelumnya di Indonesia dan pertumbuhan lapangan kerja. Data sekunder digunakan. Website Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) dan Badan Pusat Statistik adalah contoh sumber data sekunder. Dengan program Eviews 8, regresi linier sederhana digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perluasan tenaga kerja dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh semua variabel independen. Dengan koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,815076, maka faktor variabel penanaman modal asing sebesar 81,5 persen dapat menjelaskan pertumbuhan tenaga kerja. Sisanya sebesar 18,5% dari pertumbuhan angkatan kerja Indonesia dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model analisis penelitian ini

Analisis SWOT Upaya Pengembangan Bisnis Kuliner Pasar Ramadan (Study kasus pada UMKM Pasar Ramadan Food kota Palangka Raya)
Pasar Ramadhan is an MSME business that sells various kinds of culinary or snacks that are very popular with the community. Food and drinks are sold such as fried meatballs, chips, cakes, boba, lemon tea, chicken noodles, grilled chicken, satay, and so on. This journal article was created to discuss SWOT analysis in an effort to develop a culinary business in the Ramadan market. This study aims to identify internal and external factors that influence culinary business development in the Ramadan market and provide recommendations for appropriate business development strategies. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting data through interviews with traders and visitors to the Ramadan market as well as through literature study. The results of the study show that internal factors such as product quality, price and promotion influence the culinary business development in the Ramadan market, while external factors such as market conditions, competition and regulations also play an important role in the culinary business development in the Ramadan market. Recommendations for the right business development strategy include improving product quality, price adjustments, and increasing promotions to increase the attractiveness of the culinary business in the Ramadan market. In addition, traders are also advised to pay attention to market conditions and existing competition and comply with applicable regulations to optimize culinary business development in the Ramadan market
