The element of the act is based on the crime of decency or adultery. The difference is that in adultery there is an element of willingness, whereas in rape there is an element of coercion. To identify the problems in the research, the researcher used the type of library research, using a conceptual approach. So the conclusion of this research. 1) The form of providing legal protection for victims of sexual violence is protection by lawin general which includes the provision of restitution and compensation. Providing counseling as a result of the emergence of psychological impacts, obtaining medical assistance services given to victims who suffer medically as a result of a crime and get legal assistance. The rapid advancement of digital innovation has driven the shift from conventional payment methods to electronic payment methods, including digital wallets such as OVO. As early adopters of technology, college students are the primary user group of these services. This study looks at how perceived usefulness, perceived security, and trust affect the use of the OVO application, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a guide. While the TAM provides a structured foundation, this study acknowledges the potential influence of contextual factors such as financial literacy and peer influence that are highly relevant to the college student population but remain underexplored in current models. A quantitative approach based on the positivist paradigm was used, with data collected through a structured questionnaire from 78 accounting students. The analysis used SPSS version 25 and included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the three variables, namely, Perceived Benefits (X1), Perceived Security (X2), and Trust (X3), significantly influenced the use of the OVO application both simultaneously and partially. However, the limited sample size and narrow academic background may reduce the generalizability of the findings. Future research should consider a broader and more diverse student population and integrate additional moderating factors to provide a more comprehensive understanding of digital payment adoption behavior

The results indicate that high levels of financial literacy enhance traders' ability to gather and analyze information before investing. Good risk perception encourages traders to be more cautious in facing forex market fluctuations. Loss aversion influences traders to avoid significant losses, leading them to be more selective in choosing investment strategies. These psychological factors become increasingly relevant with technological advancements and the ease of accessing trading platforms

Optimizing Value-Added Tax Revenue Through Synergy of Self-Assessment System, Restitution, and Number of Taxable Entrepreneurs

    Get PDF
This study investigates the effect of the self-assessment system, VAT restitution, and the number of taxable entrepreneurs (PKP) on Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue at the Cirebon One Primary Tax Service Office. Using a quantitative approach and 49 secondary data samples obtained from December 2020 to December 2024, the research applies multiple linear regression analysis to assess the relationships among these variables. The findings suggest that the self-assessment system contributes significantly to increasing VAT revenue. Allowing taxpayers to independently calculate, pay, and report their taxes appears to improve compliance and enhance state revenue collection. In contrast, VAT restitution shows a significant negative effect on revenue, indicating that larger refunds are associated with reduced funds entering the state treasury. Meanwhile, the number of registered taxable entrepreneurs does not significantly impact VAT revenue. This result may reflect ongoing challenges such as low compliance among businesses, reliance on tax consultants to minimize obligations, and limited understanding of tax responsibilities. The study highlights the importance of supporting effective self-assessment mechanisms and evaluating refund policies to balance fairness and fiscal sustainability

As a result, healthcare companies experienced changes in revenue and operational costs. The Net Profit Margin (NPM) ratio did not show substantial changes in the financial performance of healthcare companies before, during, and after the COVID-19 epidemic. The TATO ratio did not show substantial changes in the financial performance of healthcare companies before, during, and after the COVID-19 epidemic. Healthcare companies should improve operational efficiency and asset utilization to maximize revenue contributions and enhance operational management, enabling them to manage and allocate company assets more productively

The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. A sample of 100 respondents was obtained through random sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire analyzed using SPSS version 25. The research results showed that, partially, the three variables soft skills, interests, and motivation significantly influenced work readiness. Interest is the most dominant variable influencing work readiness, followed by motivation and soft skills. Meanwhile, simultaneously, all three variables were also found to significantly influence Generation Z's work readiness. However, the coefficient of determination was only 22.1%, indicating that there are other variables outside the scope of this study that also influence work readiness. These findings highlight the importance of developing non-academic aspects in education as preparation for the increasingly complex and competitive job market, especially in the digital age, which demands flexibility, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills from every job seeker

This study is motivated by the limited availability of instructional media in elementary schools, which encourages the need for innovations in the development of learning resources. The problem addressed in this research is the lack of interactive, web-based media for science learning, particularly on the topic of space and the solar system for sixth-grade elementary school students. The objective of this study is to develop an interactive web-based instructional medium and to evaluate its effectiveness in improving students’ learning outcomes in Science (IPAS) learning. This research applied a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model, consisting of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research sample involved 20 sixth-grade students from Mawar Class at SD Perjuangan Terpadu Depok. The product produced in this research is an interactive web-based learning media on space and the solar system, created through Google Sites and equipped with learning materials and interactive features. The results indicate that the interactive web-based media is suitable for classroom use and has a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. The product’s effectiveness was measured through pretest and posttest scores, analyzed using a paired t-test, which yielded a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant improvement. The N-Gain analysis showed a value of 0.79, categorized as high. Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed media effectively enhances students’ learning outcomes. The findings are expected to be beneficial for school principals, teachers, parents, students, and future researchers
