The Role of Arabic Language Division in Environmental Management to Enhance Arabic Language Skills
Purpose - This study examines how Arabic Language Division (Language Division) at Pondok Pesantren Darullughah Wadda’wah (Dalwa), with a total of 60 student participants, addresses this issue by integrating environmental management strategies to enhance students’ Arabic language skills.
Design/methodology/approach - Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, the research draws on interviews, observations, and document analysis to uncover the pivotal role of programs such as language competitions, daily inspections, and a structured reward-punishment system. These initiatives, including certificates, prizes, and educationally oriented punishments, have proven effective in fostering motivation, participation, and proficiency in maharah kalam (speaking skills) and maharah kitabah (writing skills).
Findings/results – The findings highlight the transformative impact of the Arabic Language Division in creating a living Arabic-speaking ecosystem by embedding structured practices such as daily Arabic-only communication zones, mandatory speech sessions (muhadharah), peer-to-peer language mentoring, and a reward-punishment system. These initiatives significantly increased students' daily use of Arabic in both formal and informal contexts, improving their fluency, vocabulary retention, and confidence in real-life communication.
Originality/value - Bridging the gap between classroom learning and practical application. To sustain and scale these efforts, the study recommends the integration of technology-based programs to complement traditional methods and foster innovation. This research offers a replicable model for other institutions seeking to revolutionize Arabic language education.

Determinants of Financial Performance with Earnings Management as a Mediating Variable in Conventional Commercial Banks
This study analyzes the effect of good corporate governance, intellectual capital, accounting conservatism, and capital structure on financial performance with earnings management as a mediating variable. In this study, good corporate governance is proxied by the number of audit committees, boards of directors, and boards of commissioners. The intellectual capital variable is proxied by the value-added intellectual coefficient. In addition, accounting conservatism and capital structure variables are proxied by conservatism based on accrued items and debt-to-equity ratio, respectively. For earnings management and financial performance variables, each is measured by the value of discretionary accruals and return on assets. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with the object of research of conventional commercial banks. The population in this study was conventional commercial banks listed on the IDX, as many as 61 companies. The number of samples used in this study was 30 conventional commercial bank companies from 2019 to 2023, with a total of 150 data. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports from conventional commercial banks for the 2019-2023 period. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of the SmartPLS 4 application. The results showed that good corporate governance and intellectual capital have a positive influence on financial performance, while accounting conservatism and capital structure did not show a significant effect. This study also reveals that earnings management as a mediating variable does not successfully mediate the influence between good corporate governance, intellectual capital, accounting conservatism, and capital structure on the company's financial performance

Analysis of Waste of Customer Service Time for New Installations with a Lean Service Approach at PT XYZ
Efficient water distribution is essential for public service, and PT XYZ faces significant challenges in its new customer installation process. The process, which involves several steps, experiences delays and inefficiencies that affect service quality. The research focuses on time waste during the customer installation process. Various forms of waste, such as delays, unnecessary movements, and redundant actions, lead to suboptimal service delivery. The aim is to identify sources of time waste and apply Lean Service principles to eliminate inefficiencies, thereby improving the customer installation process and enhancing overall service delivery. The study utilizes Lean Service tools, particularly Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) analysis, to assess the time spent on various activities within the installation process. Root cause analysis was conducted using Fishbone diagrams and the 5Whys method. The results from the current value stream mapping revealed that the total lead time for the process was 17.708 minutes, with value-added time of only 253 minutes, resulting in a Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) of 1,4%. After improvements were implemented, the future value stream mapping showed a reduction in lead time to 14.828 minutes and an increase in value-added time to 253 minutes, improving the PCE to 1,7%. These improvements indicate better operational efficiency and resource optimization

This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is Generation Z, aged 17-27, residing in Surabaya. This study uses a sample of 150 respondents using a non-probability sampling method and a purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to analyze the data, which was processed using SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that visual merchandising, price discounts, and shopping lifestyle simultaneously influence impulse buying. Partially, however, visual merchandising does not have a significant effect on impulse buying, while price discounts and shopping lifestyle do have significant effects on impulse buying

Employee’s Well-Being and Job Performance A Case Study in Government-Affiliated Entities
Before and under COVID-19, government-affiliated firms kept Indonesia's economy stable and under control. Indonesia and other countries have been struck hard by COVID-19, which has accelerated governmental and commercial sector digitisation. In the face of the pandemic's rapid digitalisation, SOEs must expand and improve to accomplish their goals. This research will examine how technostress, perceived organisational support (POS), total reward systems (TRS), and work-life balance (WLB) affect job performance through employee well-being. State-owned enterprise personnel will be studied. This quantitative study examines the dependent variable's direct and indirect impacts using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The majority of research participants are from 263 government-affiliated entities. The study found that employee well-being modulates the association between perceived organisational support and work performance. The results demonstrate that SOEs must involve all generations, especially millennials and Gen Z, to improve job performance. The paper states that employee well-being is the complete mediator between the factors and job performance. Organisations should continually encourage employees and make them feel valued. The Influence of Revenue Growth Rate and Initial Public Offering on Stock Price Estimation
This study examines the impact of Revenue Growth Rate and Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the projected stock prices of e-commerce companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2023. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research employs multiple linear regression analysis on secondary data from 30 e-commerce firms. The findings indicate that both Revenue Growth Rate and IPO have significant and positive effects on estimated stock prices, with a strong correlation between revenue growth and stock prices. While a sample size of 30 firms may seem adequate, the study could benefit from exploring the representativeness of this sample concerning the broader e-commerce industry, as a small sample size may introduce bias. Comparative analysis with similar markets, such as Southeast Asia, could provide additional context. Furthermore, it is essential to conduct further examination of the long-term effects of IPOs on stock prices, including price behavior in the 6 months to one year following the IPO, to yield deeper insights. These findings are expected to offer guidance for investors and stakeholders in making informed investment decisions within the e-commerce sector
