Psycholinguistic Strategies for Talent Regeneration in Arabic Language Education: Insights from Malaysia and Indonesia
Purpose - The application of psycholinguistic strategies in Arabic language education has revealed surprising results, particularly in talent regeneration within Islamic educational institutions in Malaysia and Indonesia. This study explores how immersive environments, contextualized pedagogy, and linguistic scaffolding contribute to nurturing linguistic talent.
Design/methodology/approach - A qualitative research design was employed, involving 60 participants30 from Malaysia and 30 from Indonesiacomprising educators, administrators, and students from prominent institutions such as Maktab Mahmud Yan and Pondok Pesantren Darullughah Wadda’wah. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and institutional document reviews.

Syntactic Error Analysis in Student Essays at Darul Lughah wal Karomah Islamic Boarding School
Purpose - This study aims to analyze the types and causes of grammatical (nahwu) errors in Arabic essay writing by students at Pondok Pesantren Darul Lughah wal Karomah 2.
Design/methodology/approach - This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through documentation of students’ written essays and analyzed using error analysis techniques to determine the types and frequency of grammatical mistakes.
Findings/results – The findings reveal that the most common errors involve incorrect use of i’rab, misuse of word forms (noun, verb, particle), and sentence structure issues, especially mismatches between subjects and predicates. These results indicate that students' practical understanding of nahwu rules is still limited.
Originality/value - The originality of this study lies in its specific focus on Arabic grammatical errors within the pesantren learning environment, which has a unique curriculum for Arabic language instruction.

Factors That Influence the Level of Banking Profitability in Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the level of banking profitability in Indonesia using panel data analysis. Profitability is an important indicator reflecting a bank's financial health and is crucial in determining its sustainability and competitive advantage in the sector. This study examines the factors influencing the level of bank profitability in Indonesia. The sample used in this study was 40 conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for five years (2019-2023). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the analysis method used in this study was panel data regression. The independent variables in this study consisted of liquidity, capital adequacy, bank size, inflation, and bank income, while the dependent variable in this study was the return on assets. The results of the panel data regression in this study indicate that liquidity and bank size have a significant positive effect on the return on assets. Capital adequacy, inflation, and bank income do not affect the return on assets. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for conventional banks in increasing bank profitability by improving capital management efficiency, strengthening liquidity, and expanding the asset base. The results of this study are also expected to serve as a reference for investors in selecting banks with high liquidity and large size as indicators of better profit potential
Analysis of the Influence of Service Quality, Price Perception, Location, Facilities, and Promotion on Consumer Interest in Choosing a Fitness Center
This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of Quality of Service, perception of price, location, Facilities, and Promotion partially and simultaneously on consumer buying interest. The population used is a permanent member of Life Gym Fitness Yogyakarta. The population in this study in which the total number of permanent members of the Life Fitness Gym Yogyakarta numbered 525 members. The sample in this study is consumers who simply doing fitness in Life Gym Fitness Yogyakarta, totaling 84 permanent members of the Life Fitness Gym Yogyakarta. The technique used is purposive sampling; the sampling criteria were decent, eligible members of Life Gym Fitness Yogyakarta who have coached in the body fitness Life Fitness Gym Yogyakarta at least 2 times within 1 month before the study. The analysis tool used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the test results F, variable quality of service, perception of price, location, facilities, and promotion simultaneously influence Consumer Interests in the Electoral Buy at Life Fitness Center Gym Yogyakarta. Based on the t-test results, the variables quality of service, location, and Promotion partially influence consumer purchase interest. While the perception of price variables and partial facilitiesdo not influence consumer purchase interest and the magnitude of the coefficient of multiple determination (Adjusted R ²) of 0.302, it means that 30.2% of the Interests Buy Consumers in the selection of Life Fitness Center Gym in Yogyakarta influenced by five variables free which consists of Quality of Service, perception of price, location, facilitiesand Promotions
Factors Influencing Labor Absorption in the Agricultural Sector in Central Kalimantan Province
The research objectives are 1) to describe the development of the agricultural sector workforce, regional minimum wage (UMR), gross regional domestic product (GRDP) and agricultural land area in Central Kalimantan Province by district/city in 2017-2022; 2) to analyze the influence of regional minimum wage (UMR), gross regional domestic product (GRDP) and agricultural land area on the absorption of agricultural sector workforce in Central Kalimantan Province in 2017-2022. This research method employs panel data regression analysis and secondary data collected by the Central Kalimantan Central Statistics Agency from 2017 to 2022. The analysis tool used is EViews 12. The results of the study show that the development of the workforce, UMR, GRDP, and agricultural land area in Central Kalimantan Province from 2017 to 2022 exhibited various dynamics, with each indicator displaying trends and fluctuations that reflect socio-economic conditions and policies at both the district/city level and the provincial level. Factors that influence the absorption of labor in the agricultural sector in Central Kalimantan Province based on the results of panel data regression analysis using the Fixed Effect Model are UMR which has a negative coefficient value of -0.000914, GRDP has a positive coefficient value of 3.477186 and agricultural land area which also has a positive coefficient value of 0.001264 with an R-square value obtained of 97.25% which shows that variations in labor absorption in the agricultural sector can be explained by the independent variables included in the model
Analysis of the Influence of Social Media Marketing in Increasing Brand Awareness and Customer Engagement on Purchasing Decisions in the Coffee Shop Industry in Denpasar
This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing in increasing brand awareness and customer engagement on purchasing decisions in the coffee shop industry in Denpasar City. The development of social media has encouraged business actors to adopt digital marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness, especially in the coffee shop industry which is experiencing rapid growth. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 385 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression methods and mediation analysis. The results of the study indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, customer engagement, and purchasing decisions. In addition, brand awareness and customer engagement have been shown to play a mediating role in the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions. Thus, marketing strategies through social media can be an effective tool in increasing brand awareness, and customer engagement, and driving purchasing decisions in the coffee shop industry. These findings provide practical implications for business actors in designing more effective digital marketing strategies to increase competitiveness in the market
The Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions for Hybrid Chicken Eggs at CV Maju Jaya Karya Bersama in Ketapang Regency
This study examines the factors influencing purchasing decisions for hybrid chicken eggs at CV Maju Jaya Karya Bersama in Ketapang Regency. The study focuses on three main factors: product quality, price, and promotion, and investigates how these elements affect consumer behavior. The primary objective of this research is to analyze whether these factors significantly influence purchasing decisions. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The study employed multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS to assess the impact of each factor. The results indicate that product quality, price, and promotion simultaneously and partially affect purchasing decisions. Product quality has been shown to have a strong impact, as consumers are more likely to purchase eggs that meet their expectations regarding cleanliness, durability, and nutritional value. Price also plays an important role, with reasonable prices that align with the quality of the product helping to increase consumer interest. Promotion, especially direct marketing strategies, significantly influences consumer awareness and purchasing decisions. The findings suggest that CV Maju Jaya Karya Bersama should continue focusing on improving product quality, setting competitive prices, and implementing more creative promotional strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
e-WOM Credibility on Tiktok and Youtube: Impact on Skintific Purchase Intention
This research analyzes the role of information credibility in "Electronic Word-of-Mouth (e-WOM)" on TikTok and YouTube platforms and its convincing "effect on the purchase intention of Skintific products. Involving 225 respondents obtained through Google Form, "this study used the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling)" method and SPSS-based descriptive statistical analysis to test six hypotheses. The findings indicate that the credibility of information significantly influences its usefulness. The credibility of information substantially impacts its adoption. The usefulness of information notably affects purchasing. Additionally, the usefulness of information significantly influences buying intention. However, the attitude towards information does not significantly affect purchase intention, and information adoption shows that it is positive towards purchase intention. The conclusions of this study provide recommendations and suggestions for businesses to prioritize information quality, source clarity, and relevance of e-WOM content in digital marketing strategies

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style (servant leadership), workload, and work discipline on employee performance in Regional Companies in West Java. The background of this research is based on the importance of employee performance in supporting the achievement of organizational goals, where leadership, workload management, and employee discipline play a significant role. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a significant influence of servant leadership, workload, and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 145 employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that workload and work discipline have a significant positive influence on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). In contrast, servant leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.706 (p > 0.05). Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This finding indicates that although servant leadership does not have a direct impact, effective workload management and discipline level to the employee's performance have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). In contrast, servant leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.706 (p> 0.05). Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This finding indicates that although servant leadership does not have a direct impact, effective workload management and a high level of work discipline are key factors in improving employee performance
The Influence of Brand Perception, Social Influence, and Attitude to Functional Food on Repurchase Intention With Conspicuous Consumption as an Intervening Variable (Study on Kopi Kelana in Surabaya)
This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Perception, Social Influence, and Attitude to Functional Food on Repurchase Intention, with Conspicuous Consumption as an intervening variable, in the context of Kelana Mobile Coffee in Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that Brand Perception has a significant effect on Conspicuous Consumption, but has no significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Meanwhile, Social Influence has no significant effect on Conspicuous Consumption or Repurchase Intention, which indicates that social recommendations do not directly influence repurchase decisions. On the other hand, Attitude to Functional Food has a significant effect on Conspicuous Consumption and Repurchase Intention, indicating that consumers who value the health benefits of a product are more likely to buy and consume the product as part of their lifestyle. In addition, Conspicuous Consumption has no significant effect in mediating Brand Perception on Repurchase Intention, but has a significant role in mediating the relationship between Social Influence and Repurchase Intention, as well as between Attitude to Functional Food and Repurchase Intention. This finding suggests that although conspicuous consumption does not always play a role in strengthening the relationship between brand perception and repurchase intention, this factor can strengthen the influence of social influence and attitude towards functional food in driving repurchase decisions.The results of this study provide implications for Kopi Keliling businesses that marketing strategies based on healthy lifestyles and social trends can be an effective approach to increase customer loyalty and encourage repurchases
