Integration of Defense Policy and Public Policy From a National Security Perspective in Countering Hybrid Warfare Threats
The threat of hybrid warfare is now a crucial issue in national security, so the state is required to unite military-based defense policy with public policy. An integrated approach based on national security analysis is key in shaping a resilient national defense system that is ready to face the evolving challenges of hybrid warfare. Literature studies are used to collect, analyze, and synthesize various related studies by identifying, collecting, and analyzing various sources such as journal articles and other relevant data to formulate a framework for the integration of defense policy and public policy in counteracting hybrid warfare threats through a national security perspective that utilizes technology and stakeholder collaboration. This research reveals that hybrid warfare is a complex form of threat that combines physical and non-physical tactics that require states to design adaptive and integrated defense policies and public policies. The national security perspective shows a collaborative approach across sectors, such as economic stability and the use of advanced technology for threat mitigation. Therefore, the integration of defense and public policies is key in building a responsive, flexible, and sustainable national strategy in the face of dynamic and multidimensional hybrid warfare challenges. This research confirms that in facing increasingly hybrid threats, the state needs to adopt an adaptive, integrated, and technology-based national security approach through the formulation of defense and public policies that include strengthening socio-economic resilience, cross-sector collaboration, and the use of artificial intelligence to maintain stability and strengthen national resilience against the dynamics of global threats

Analysis of the Influence of Online Promotion, Service Quality, and Price on the Sustainability of Culinary MSMEs
This study aims to analyse the influence of online promotion, service quality, and price on the sustainability of culinary MSMEs in Dodolan Kampung, Lumajang. This study also aims to identify the most dominant factor influencing business sustainability among the three variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a structured questionnaire. The research sample consists of 80 respondents who are MSME consumers participating in Dodolan Kampung, with a non-probability sampling technique. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of online promotion, service quality, and price on MSME sustainability. The results show that service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of culinary MSMEs in Dodolan Kampung. However, online promotion does not show a significant effect. Of the three variables tested, service quality is the most dominant factor in supporting business sustainability. This study contributes theoretically by presenting empirical evidence on the sustainability of culinary MSMEs from a marketing perspective, particularly in the context of local community-based initiatives such as Dodolan Kampung. The findings of this study challenge common assumptions about the effectiveness of digital promotion, showing that service quality and price play a more important role than online promotion in small-scale businesses in non-urban areas. This study implies that MSME players need to optimize digital promotion, improve service quality, and implement value-based pricing strategies to maintain business sustainability. For policymakers, these findings can serve as a basis for designing digital marketing and customer service training programs and providing policy support that promotes the sustainable competitiveness of MSMEs. This study has limitations in terms of geographical scope, as it only covers culinary MSMEs in Banguntapan District, so the results cannot be generalized to other regions or different MSME sectors. In addition, the quantitative approach used does not explore in depth qualitative factors such as motivation, business culture, and customer relationship dynamics that may also influence MSME sustainabilit

Towards Sustainable Workplaces: Green Atmospherics’ Influence on Employee Well-Being Mediated by Work Stress
Urbanization has intensified the scarcity of green spaces and heightened psychological pressures in modern workplaces, underscoring the need for effective strategies to enhance employee well-being. This study investigates the influence of Green Spaces, Green Ambient Conditions, and Outdoor Green Environment on Employee Well-being, with Work Stress as a mediating variable. Using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM), data were collected from 315 office workers in Indonesia’s top 10 cities according to the 2024 Universitas Indonesia (UI) GreenCityMetric, reflecting high environmental sustainability. Results show Green Spaces have the strongest direct positive effect on Employee Well-being, while Green Ambient Conditions also contribute significantly. Outdoor Green Environment, however, does not directly affect well-being. Work Stress emerges as a key mediator, partially mediating the effect of Green Ambient Conditions and fully mediating the effect of Outdoor Green Environment on Employee Well-being. These findings highlight that fostering employee well-being requires a holistic approach, optimizing green spaces, enhancing ambient conditions, providing access to external green environments, and managing work stress, to create healthier, more sustainable workplaces
