Eksploitasi Gender Dalam Industri Hiburan: Analisis Sosiologi Narasi Media Digital
Integration of Risk Strategy of PT Bukit Asam, Tbk Subsidiaries
Risk management in State-owned enterprise (SOEs) in Indonesia presents difficulties from operational risks to regulatory complexity. SOEs that have subsidiaries, such as PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) struggle with the effective implementation of structured and comprehensive risk management frameworks. This research aims to identify and propose a precise method for developing a risk strategy (Risk Capacity, Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance, and Risk Limit) that can be integrated from the SOE holding company to its subsidiaries, and to strengthen the risk management framework's resilience for reliable and efficient implementation. The methodology employing quantitative followed by qualitative approach and stick to Indonesian Ministry of SOEs guidelines (PERMEN BUMN PER-2/MBU/03/2023 and SK-6/DKU.MBU/10/2023). Independent variables influencing the framework include financial metrics (NWC, Retained Earnings, NOPAT), regulatory requirements, and best-practice allocation models (equity-based, profit-based, asset-based). The dependent variable is the successfully integrated and defined risk strategy for the holding and its subsidiaries. Data includes financial reports of subsidiaries of a major Indonesian SOE for the 2019-2023 period, alongside qualitative data from Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and questionnaires. Results for a representative subsidiary indicate a NOPAT-based Risk Capacity of 102.000 million rupiah, a Risk Appetite of 17% of Risk Capacity, and Risk Tolerance of 18.7%. The equity-based Risk Limit distribution method yielded 2.838 million rupiah, differing from SK-6/DKU.MBU/10/2023 calculations with comparisons with Altman Z-Score
The Impact of Silicon Valley Bank Bankruptcy on Startup Funding
This research explores how the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) influenced startup funding trends in the United States. Using panel data comprising 23,061 startup funding rounds sourced from S&P Capital IQ, the study evaluates shifts in investment behavior before and after the collapse through Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), Difference-in-Differences (DiD), and subsample regression methods. The results show varied impacts depending on the funding stage. Early-stage startups saw a notable 9% rise in funding after the SVB incident, whereas later-stage startups experienced an equivalent 9% decline. Syndicated investments were linked to higher funding amounts at all stages, with more pronounced effects in early-stage rounds. In addition, established tech companies secured significantly less funding compared to non-tech firms in the post-collapse period, highlighting a broader reassessment of valuations within the tech industry. Overall, the findings indicate that the SVB failure led to a reallocation of capital rather than a universal funding downturn, with investors shifting toward more cautious, targeted investments particularly favoring smaller, early-stage ventures amid heightened systemic uncertainty

Stunting Budget Management Analysis in South Halmahera Regency
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of stunting budget management in the South Halmahera Regency. A qualitative approach was employed through structured interviews with leaders of BAPPELITBANGDA, the Health Office, and three program beneficiaries. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of financial management is strongly influenced by the quality of budget planning, discipline in implementation, and transparent and accountable supervision and reporting. The budget planning process was assessed as adequate, marked by cross-sector involvement to ensure the implementation of both sensitive and specific interventions. Although the stunting budget has increased over the past three years, in 2023 only 9 out of 23 priority activities were effectively realized. The study also identifies several inhibiting factors, including limited regional budget capacity and high dependence on central government funding, suboptimal cross-sectoral coordination, and underutilization of real-time data by relevant local government agencies. Additionally, high poverty levels pose a significant challenge to efforts in accelerating stunting reduction. These findings highlight the need to strengthen budget management capacity, improve inter-sectoral coordination, and optimize the use of information technology to support data-driven decision-making

The F test shows Fcount = 154.877> Ftable = 3.04 with a significance of 0.000, proving that both variables simultaneously have a significant effect. The coefficient of determination of 0.611 shows content marketing and influencers explain 61.1% of the variation in online purchase intention, with a strong correlation of content marketing (r = 0.714) and influencers (r = 0.741). The findings confirm digital marketing strategies through content marketing and influencer marketing are effective in increasing Generation Z's online purchase intention on motorcycle spare parts products on the TikTok platform

Analysis of the Influence of Capital Structure, Working Capital Turnover, and Profitability on Firm Value with Firm Size as a Moderating Variable (Industrials and Basic Materials Sector Listed on the IDX)
This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, working capital turnover, and profitability on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable in the Industrials and Basic Materials sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021–2023. Using a quantitative approach and associative research type, this study employs secondary data through documentation techniques. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with a final sample of 73 companies that consistently published sustainability reports. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), preceded by classical assumption testing. The results indicate that capital structure, working capital turnover, and profitability each have a significant and negative effect on firm value. Additionally, firm size significantly moderates the relationship between working capital turnover and profitability on firm value but does not moderate the relationship between capital structure and firm value. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that 91.4% of the variation in firm value can be explained by the variables in the model. These findings suggest that optimal capital structure, effective working capital management, and consistent profitability considering firm size are critical to sustaining firm value
