UNESCO's 2021 report indicates that countries with inclusive education curricula based on global values experience lower conflict levels and higher social participation. Meanwhile, just and responsible power fosters an environment conducive to educational development and social stability. In contrast, authoritarian regimes like Myanmar, which restrict education and freedom of expression, experience prolonged unrest. This study explores the impact of inclusive education and power policies on social stability, using qualitative methods such as case studies, document analysis, interviews, and policy observations. Findings reveal that inclusive education, rooted in justice values, promotes social awareness and active participation, while repressive power tends to breed dissatisfaction and conflict. In conclusion, a synergy between education and power is essential for enhancing social stability, requiring collaboration between governments, educational institutions, and society to develop fair and sustainable policies
