    The Influence of Training, Human Resource Development, and Competence on the Performance of Sleman District MSMEs

    Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as a pillar of the economy, contribute to the state budget. Training, human resource development, and competence are important strategies for shaping good and optimal business performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of training, human resource development (HR), and competence on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Sleman Regency. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed online to 200 culinary MSME players in Sleman using Google Forms. The sampling technique used was non-probability, as was the quota sampling method. All data obtained has gone through validity and reliability tests to ensure the quality of the instrument. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression at a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05). The analysis prerequisite tests include normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing used t-test and F-test. The main findings of this study show that (1) training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME actors; (2) HR development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs; (3) competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME actors; and (4) simultaneously, the three variables of training, HR development, and competence have a significant effect on improving the performance of MSMEs in Sleman Regency. This shows that 77.7% of the performance of MSME actors is influenced by the variables of training, HR development and competence, the remaining 22.3% of the performance of MSME actors is influenced by other factors that have not been examined in this study

    This research was conducted to determine the effect of e-service quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer loyalty in the use of BNI mobile banking in Bogor City. This research method uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The population used in this study were customers who use BNI mobile banking in Bogor City. The sampling technique used was Non-Probability Sampling with a Purposive Sampling procedure and Accidental Sampling method. The number of samples used in this study was 218 respondents. The analysis techniques used were Descriptive Statistics, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and SITOREM Analysis. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality affects customer satisfaction, brand image affects customer satisfaction, e-service quality affects customer loyalty, brand image affects customer loyalty, customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty, e-service quality and brand image together affect customer satisfaction, e-service quality, brand image, and customer satisfaction together affect customer loyalty, e-service quality affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and brand image affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction

    Analysis of the Influence of Product Design and Perceived Quality on Customer Loyalty Among Hybrid Car Users: The Mediating Role of Customer Satisfaction and Moderating Role of Perceived Value

    The rise of global decarbonization has significantly transformed the automotive industry, with increasing demand for environmentally friendly vehicles. This study aims to analyze the influence of product design and perceived quality on customer loyalty among hybrid car users in DKI Jakarta, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable and perceived value as a moderating variable. Integrating Expectancy-Value Theory as its theoretical foundation, this study employs a quantitative approach through an explanatory research design. Data were collected from 200 hybrid car users in DKI Jakarta and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that product design and perceived quality positively influence customer loyalty both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction. Furthermore, perceived value strengthens the relationship between product design, perceived quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This research provides theoretical and practical insights for automotive manufacturers to develop effective differentiation and customer retention strategies in an increasingly competitive market by emphasizing attractive product design, high-quality perceptions, and value propositions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

    Organizational behavior is an interdisciplinary field devoted to understanding and managing employees well. This means that organizational behavior is both research-oriented and application. For this reason, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is needed. The purpose of this research is to explain the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of leader member exchange and OCB. exchange and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. Data collection was carried out questionnaire distribution. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results showed that leader member exchange and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Leader member exchange and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Mediation test results test results show that job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of leader member exchange and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior

    The Influence of Brand Experience, Perceived Value, and Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty of Glad2Glow Products among Gen Z in Surabaya

    The skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, making skincare a routine necessity for modern society. Amidst increasing competition and reputational risks, companies must understand the factors influencing brand loyalty, particularly among the Gen Z segment, known for being critical and selective. This study aims to examine the influence of brand experience, perceived value, and brand trust on brand loyalty toward Glad2Glow products among Gen Z consumers in Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative research approach. This study utilized a sample of 112 respondents selected using non-probability method and purposive sampling technique, with criteria including respondents aged 17–27 years, residing in Surabaya, and and have purchased and used Glad2Glow skincare products at least twice. The data were then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS software, including validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that Brand Experience, Perceived Value, and Brand Trust have a positive and significant influence on Brand Loyalty Glad2Glow product among Generation Z in Surabaya

    The Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Manufacturing Companies

    This study seeks to determine how employee performance at Manufacturing Companies in Cirebon is affected by organizational culture and job satisfaction. Descriptive correlation research using quantitative techniques is the methodology used in this study. All 100 employees of Manufacturing Companies in Cirebon constituted the study population, which was selected using a direct random sampling technique. Employee performance, job satisfaction, and organizational culture questionnaires provided the data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method used to analyze the data in this study. Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis with t-test and F-test, this study concludes that employee performance is influenced by organizational culture within Manufacturing Companies in Cirebon. Job satisfaction affects the performance of Manufacturing Companies in Cirebon employees. Job satisfaction and organizational culture affect the performance of Manufacturing Companies in Cirebon employees. Organizational culture and job satisfaction affect employee performance at Manufacturing Companies in Cirebon by 29.8%

    Hospital Staff Well-Being: Examining Workload, Distributive Justice, and the Moderating Role of Social Support

    This study investigates the influence of workload and distributive justice on employee well-being, with social support examined as a moderating variable. Grounded in the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) Model and Equity Theory, the research focuses on private hospital staff in Indramayu, Indonesia a high-pressure healthcare setting. A quantitative explanatory design was employed, using web-based self-report questionnaires completed by 178 respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4.0. The findings reveal that workload negatively and significantly affects employee well-being, while perceptions of distributive justice positively influence it. Furthermore, social support moderates both relationships by buffering the adverse effects of workload and amplifying the benefits of distributive justice. Employees who experience both fairness and strong social support tend to report higher psychological resilience and job satisfaction

    This research is conducted to examine the effect of several key organizational factors on employee loyalty, specifically focusing on the ability to manage work stress, person-job fit, and the quality of work relationships. Additionally, this study investigates the role of job satisfaction as a moderating variable that may strengthen or weaken the relationship between these factors and employee loyalty. The study is centered on employees working at PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk, specifically within the Slaughterhouse Division. A quantitative research method is employed to ensure objectivity and statistical validity. The sample for this research consists of 100 employees, selected through a simple random sampling technique to represent the larger employee population fairly. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire distributed digitally using Google Forms, allowing for efficient and widespread distribution. To analyze the data, this research utilizes the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4 software. The use of PLS is appropriate for testing complex relationships between latent variables and for predictive modeling. Through this approach, the research aims to provide valuable insights into how stress management capabilities, job fit, and interpersonal dynamics contribute to fostering loyalty among employees, moderated by the level of job satisfaction

    This research aims to determine the influence of brand trust and brand commitment on the brand loyalty of Eiger in Surabaya City. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study are people who live in the city of Surabaya, the exact number of which is not known. The sample takers used nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. With a sample of 91 respondents, namely people who have purchased at least 2 Eiger products in the city of Surabaya. Then the data was processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis techniques. The research results show that brand trust and brand commitment have a positive influence on brand loyalty Eiger in Surabaya City

    The Effect of Work Life Balance and Perceived Organizational Support on Work Engagement in Female Employees of PTPN I Regional 4 Surabaya

    Women deciding to pursue a career has caused a shift in the main role of women. The increase in the number of female workers is due to the equal opportunity between women and men in obtaining higher education. However, in reality, there are many challenges that must be faced by married women when they decide to start their careers. In dealing with this phenomenon, work-life balance and organizational support are needed to increase the work engagement of female employees in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work life balance and perceived organizational support on work engagement. The method used is a quantitative method with a population of 40 married female employees of PTPN I Regional 4 Surabaya and sampling techniques using saturated samples, namely samples taken to represent the entire population. Data were obtained through a questionnaire which was compiled based on indicators of each research variable and then analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results of the study showed the influence of work life balance and perceived organizational support on work engagement
