Get PDFAl-Qur'an berperan sebagai panduan hidup bagi seluruh umat pada umumnya dan islam pada khususnya. Meski Al-Qur'an tidak berubah, penafsirannya yang terus berkembang dari generasi ke generasi berikutnya. Oleh sebab itu, Al-Qur'an mampu memberikan jawaban atas berbagai permasalahan yang ada. Sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat, Al-qur’an tetap relevan sepanjang waktu. Hal ini yang kemudian menjadi bukti kuat bahwa Al-Qur'an sebagai mukjizat terbesar yang diberikan Allah SWT kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW. Untuk menjawab beragam permasalahan yang timbul di masyarakat, berbagai model penafsiran muncul sesuai dengan paradigma masing-masing penafsir. Salah satu tokoh mufassir terkenal, Fazlur Rahman, dikenal sebagai pencetus Double Movement Theory (Teori Pergerakan Ganda). The Influence of Liquidity Management and Specific Banking Factors on Profitability Through Credit Growth in Indonesia
No full textThis research aims to determine the influence of Liquidity Management and Specific Banking Factors on Profitability through Credit Growth. The population of this research is 17 commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is purposive sampling, 6 periods from 2018 – 2023, 10 banking companies on IDX, a total of 60 observations. Data analysis uses the panel data regression method processed using Eviews version 13. The results of this research are: (1) Liquidity, Capital Adequacy, Investment Policy, and Credit Growth have no effect on Profitability, (2) Problematic Credit and Banking Efficiency have an effect on profitability, (3) Liquidity and Investment Policy influence on credit growth, (4) Capital adequacy, problem loans, and banking efficiency have no effect on credit growth, (5) Liquidity, capital adequacy, problem loans, Investment Policy, and banking efficiency has no effect on profitability through credit growth
Analysis of the Effectiveness of the KUR Loan Program at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Jatipurno in Developing SMEs in the Jeporo Area of Wonogiri Regency for the Years 2021-2022
Get PDFThe government has appointed BRI to distribute KUR (People’s Business Credit) to expand access to financing for MSMEs. This initiative supports people-based economic empowerment programs. Consequently, the government must also assist MSMEs through its policies to enhance the welfare of small entrepreneurs. This research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach, utilizing three primary methods: interviews, observation, and documentation. The interview method involves face-to-face meetings between the researcher and selected informants. The data analysis employs the interactive model from Miles and Huberman, involving interactive and continuous activities until data saturation is achieved. The findings of this research indicate that the effectiveness and impact of the KUR program at the Jatipurno unit of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) on MSME development in Jeporo are as follows: The KUR program has successfully increased access to capital for those in need, effectively boosting production capacity, expanding markets, and increasing income in Jeporo. Support from the local government and training provided by BRI have also contributed to the program's success. Despite challenges such as a lack of understanding of financial management and complicated bureaucracy, the KUR program at the BRI Jatipurno unit has significantly impacted the growth and development of MSMEs in Jeporo
Analysis of the Influence of HR Information System Quality, Work Discipline, Training, and Career Development on Performance (A Study of Educators in Jatiroto District)
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the influence of HR information system quality, work discipline, training, and career development on the performance of educators in the Jatiroto District. The method used is a structural model with independent variables including HR information system quality, work discipline, training, and development, and educator performance as the dependent variable. Model evaluation was conducted through tests of convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability. The results of the study indicate that work discipline and career development have a positive and significant influence on educator performance, while HR information system quality and training do not have a significant effect. The R-squared value of 0.85 indicates that 85% of the variation in performance can be explained by these four variables. These findings highlight the importance of work discipline and career development in improving educator performance and provide implications for human resource management in the education sector, particularly concerning discipline management and career development
Mitologi dalam Konstruksi Hukum Islam Masyarakat Bubakan Semarang
Get PDFMythology arises from the way society constructs the meaning of supernatural phenomena through meta-language; an interpretation of phenomena by presenting supernatural values. This meaning forms the foundation for community efforts to merge religious rituals with local wisdom, creating an integrative culture that reflects both. The main goal is to build a harmonious relationship: a vertical relationship between God and humans, and a horizontal one between humans and fellow creatures. This is where Islamic Law grounded on mythology finds its foundation. An important aspect that must be studied is placing mythology, not as historical science but as formal science so that its relevance in constructing Islamic law can be tested. This paper aims to reveal how mythology is able to construct Urf Sahih as one of the sources of Islamic Law. The validity is measured from the relevance of integrative values in culture with the concept of Islamic law. This study employed field research with a qualitative approach focusing on the meaning behind phenomena in the social sphere. The primary sources were collected from observation and interviews with informants. Meanwhile, secondary data were drawn from several books and studies related to this research topic. This study shows that mythology of Ontobogo among the Bubakan community produced an organic local culture in the form of kabumi, punggahan, and pudunan. Following the spread of Islam in Bubakan by Sunan Kalijaga and Sunan Batok, the culture evolved into an integrative culture that combines spiritual values and local wisdom chosen as an expression of religious obedience. This is the creative way of the Bubakan community (local genius) in constructing Islamic Law through an integrative culture based on mythology.
Mitologi lahir dari cara masyarakat mengkonstruksi makna atas fenomena supernatural melalui meta-language; sebuah interpretasi atas fenomena dengan menghadirkan nilai-nilai supernatural. Pemaknaan ini menjadi basis motivasi masyarakat untuk menciptakan budaya integratif antara ritualitas-keagamaan dan kearifan lokal (local wisdom). Tujuan utamanya, terbangun relasi harmoni yang bersifat vertikal (Tuhan dan manusia) dan horizontal (manusia dan sesama makhluk). Di sinilah Hukum Islam berbasis pada mitologi mendapatkan ruang persemaian. Aspek penting yang harus dikaji adalah menempatkan mitologi, bukan sebagai historical science tetapi sebagai formal science sehingga dapat diuji relevansinya dalam mengkonstruksi Hukum Islam. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap; bagaimana mitologi mampu mengkonstruksi Urf Sahih sebagai salah satu sumber Hukum Islam. Kesahihan itu diukur dari relevansi antara nilai-nilai integratif pada kebudayaan dengan konsep Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif karena obyek yang dikaji adalah makna di balik fenomena dalam lingkup sosial. Sumber primer berupa data observasi dan data informan. Adapun data sekunder berupa buku dan penelitian terkait dengan topik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mitologi tentang Ontobogo di kalangan masyarakat Bubakan melahirkan budaya lokal organik berupa kabumi, punggahan, dan pudunan. Pasca penyebaran Islam ke Bubakan oleh Sunan Kalijaga dan Sunan Batok, budaya tersebut bermetamorfosa menjadi budaya integratif yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai spiritual dan kearifan lokal yang dipilih sebagai ekspresi ketaatan beragama. The most important thing in this case is to uphold the existence of human values so that what is expected is the creation of a just, prosperous, prosperous society to avoid discrimination or domination of power. Related to this, as an example and role model that needs to be observed is the attitude of Sunan Drajat in preaching and teaching morals. He is known by the community to be very wise and cares more about others. This can be seen in his advice contained in the Philosophy of Catur Piwulang. Seeing this, it is very unfortunate if Sunan's teachings on humanity are made into memories in history. Therefore, here the author wants to examine more deeply about the Islamic values of wasathiyah in Sunan Drajad's Catur Piwulang philosophy and try to redesign how these teachings are applied within the scope of nation and religion
 
Fostering Moderate Character of Santri: Effective Hidden Curriculum Strategy in Islamic Boarding Schools
Get PDFThis research aims to investigate the role of the hidden curriculum in fostering a moderate character among students at Al-Ilahiyyah Islamic Boarding School in Ngoro, Jombang. Utilizing a qualitative case study design, the research involves Kiai, Ustadz, and students as participants. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that: (1) there are five critical components of the hidden curriculum at the boarding school that contribute to developing students' moderate character, namely congregational prayers, religious book study sessions, public speaking, discussions, student life, and daily social interactions; (2) these components embody core values of moderation such as balance, openness, tolerance, non-imposition of opinions, and harmonious coexistence in diversity; (3) through the processes of habituation and internalization of these values, students' characters increasingly reflect moderate qualities. Consequently, the hidden curriculum significantly contributes to enhancing the moderate character of students at the studied location, as demonstrated by the diversity that allows the boarding school community to coexist peacefully
The Power of Two Learning Strategy in Islamic Religious Education Material Shaping Character Student
Get PDFThe power of two learning strategies in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has been studied to assess its effectiveness in shaping students' character. This research aimed to investigate the implementation of this strategy in PAI material and its impact on character building. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving school principals, students, and PAI teachers from senior high schools in Kudus City, Central Java, Indonesia, as informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation, and focus group discussions. Validity was ensured through extended researcher presence, triangulation, peer discussion, transferability, dependability, and confirmability measures. The research findings revealed that the power of two learning strategies in PAI material could effectively and efficiently shape students' character by creating synergy between teachers and students in the learning process. This research contributes to the theoretical and practical development of PAI learning materials for character education, providing insights for the government in implementing such strategies in the curriculum
Unveiling Success: Exploring the Impact of Training and Commitment on Madrasah Tsanawiyah Principal Performance
Get PDFThis article delves deep into the complex web of relationships between training, commitment, and performance among heads of private Tsanawiyah Madrasahs in the beautiful West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Using a quantitative approach reinforced by path analysis, the researchers uncovered the causal relationships that shape the madrasah leadership landscape. The study underwent rigorous validation by drawing insights from a carefully curated data set covering over 170 madrassa heads, meticulously collected through customized questionnaires. It emerged as a beacon of reliability and validity. Through the lens of descriptive and inferential statistics, the findings of this study not only highlight the transformative potential of training and commitment but also offer a roadmap for education policymakers and school principals across the country, thereby sparking a collective effort to achieve excellence in madrasa education. Although rooted in the local context of West Lombok Regency, the implications of this research have an impact far beyond the district's borders, marking a new era of educational innovation and progress. In essence, this study underscores the importance of disentangling the complex factors that shape the principal performance landscape to realize a brighter future for madrasa education nationally
The Influence of Training, Discipline and Work Motivation on the Employee Performance of Honda Workshop at PT. Indako Trading Coy Rantauprapat
No full textThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of training, discipline, and work motivation on the performance of Honda official workshop employees of PT Indako Trading Coy Rantauprapat. The research design used is library research and field research. The sample used in this study amounted to 37 respondents from 37 employees. The method used in this sampling is to use quantitative descriptive techniques. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, the regression equation obtained is as follows: Y=11.345+0.015X1+ 0.295X2+0.282X3. The test result of the training variable has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance while discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. F-test results show that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then, the correlation coefficient R-value of 0.759 means that there is a very strong and positive relationship between the three variables on employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 53.7% which means there is a relationship between the three variables while the remaining 46.3% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or variables that are not scrutinized. The researcher suggests to the official Honda workshop leader to continue to hold regular training for all workshop employees with the method of bringing the training center to the nearest area. Furthermore, the researchers suggest continuing to remind employees to always be creative and innovative in working with methods other than digital. Absence can be directly assessed in the form of neatness and cleanliness.
