The Role of Husband and Wife Relations in Family of Qodiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah Tarekat in Depok City (Study of Social Construction and Islamic Family Law)
This study aims to examine the role and relationship of husband and wife in the family of Qodiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) congregation in Depok City, and to analyze it from the perspective of social construction and Islamic Family Law (HKI). The main focus of this study is to explore how the spiritual values of the tarekat influence the division of roles, communication, and harmony in the household, and how these are in line with or contradict the principles in HKI. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a field research type. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of several TQN congregation families in Depok City. The analysis was conducted descriptively-critically through the perspective of Peter L. Berger's social construction theory and the norms of Islamic jurisprudence in Islamic Family Law. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between husband and wife in the TQN congregation family tends to be formed by collective spiritual values that emphasize Sufism, obedience, and inner equality. The husband is positioned as a spiritual leader as well as a moral role model, while the wife has a central role in maintaining household harmony through a spiritual approach. This practice shows a synthesis between the values of the tarekat and the principles of IPR, such as deliberation, justice, and shared responsibility. The conclusion of this study is that the tarekat is not only an individual's spiritual path, but also forms a harmonious and religious family relationship structure, which is relevant to the values of Islamic Family Law. This finding indicates that the spirituality of the tarekat can be a source of renewal in the approach to building a sakinah family in urban society

The results of the observations show that the conditions of the community and the potential of the area are very supportive of the development of schools. However, of the 483 alumni, only 230 (46.75%) were traceable, with 27.39% working according to competence and 20.87% continuing education. Low output quality is affected by the efficiency of processes, contexts, and inputs, resulting in low school performance efficiency scores. Thus, the effectiveness of the implementation of School-based Management in the State High School 1 Sukasada was assessed as unsatisfactory. It is recommended that managers improve planning, consider market needs, and improve the effectiveness of implementation and evaluation of School-Based Management programs in the school

A Multi-Factoral Approach to Enhancing Millennial Teachers' Personal Knowledge Management
Prior research has emphasized a need for scholarly works investigating millennial instructors' knowledge management (PKM) practices at the individual level within an institution. In addition, there needs to be more research examining the role of organizational learning as a mediator between transformational leadership and personal knowledge management among millennial instructors. This study examines how transformational leadership, ICT literacy, and organizational learning affect personal knowledge management (PKM) among Indonesian school instructors in their 20s and 30s. Another goal is to investigate the function of organizational learning as a mediating factor. We administered questionnaires to 100 teachers at some private Islamic schools in Bengkulu, Indonesia, and evaluated them subsequently using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The results suggest that proficiency in information and communication technology (ICT), the ability to inspire and guide others through transformational leadership, and the presence of a culture that promotes continuous learning within the business all contribute positively to the practice of personal knowledge management (PKM) among instructors from the millennial generation. The study determined that ICT literacy had the most substantial impact on teachers' PKM. Furthermore, organizational learning mediates between transformational leadership and PKM, resulting in a slight rise. These findings have practical consequences for school administrators who aim to increase millennial teachers' information and communication technology (ICT) skills in the region. One way to achieve this is by creating an ICT literacy ecosystem within schools, which will help strengthen the personal knowledge management of these instructors
