The Influence of Knowledge Sharing and Competency on Teacher Performance Through Individual Innovation Capability at SMAN 2 Bangkalan
This research aims to examine the influence of knowledge sharing and competence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Bangkalan through individual innovation capability. In this context, knowledge sharing and competence are considered crucial for creating good performance in schools. This research employs a quantitative method with the help of a questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 73 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results show that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, as does competence. Furthermore, knowledge sharing and competence also have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through individual innovation capability. These results indicate a mutually influential relationship between knowledge sharing, competence, individual innovation capability, and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Bangkalan
The Influence of Country of Origin, Brand Image, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Cosrx Skincare
Skincare has developed rapidly in the last few years, the skincare brands available are very diverse, one of which is Cosrx which comes from South Korea. South Korea is considered a highly innovative country in the beauty and skincare industry, known for its advanced technology and effective product formulations. This research aims to determine the influence of Country of Origin on the decision to purchase Cosrx skincare, the influence of brand image on the decision to purchase Cosrx skincare, and the influence of product quality on the decision to acquire Cosrx skincare. The research method used is quantitative research. The sample in this study used the Likert formula and the results were 90 respondents. The Purposive Sampling method was used for sampling. The data analysis approach uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) program. Based on the research results, country of origin, brand image and product quality all positively and significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions for Cosrx skincare
Analysis of Financial Management Behavior of Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur Shopeepay Users
This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Experience, Financial Knowledge, and Financial self-efficacy on Financial Management Behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" East Java using ShopeePay. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were active undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" East Java using ShopeePay. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 160 respondents. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study showed that Financial Experience had a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, Financial Knowledge had a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, and Financial Self Efficacy had a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" East Java using ShopeePay
The Influence of Taxpayer Moral Obligations, Taxpayer Financial Conditions, and Tax Sanctions on Taxpayer Compliance in Paying Motor Vehicle Taxes (Study at the South Surabaya Samsat Joint Office)
Taxes are obligatory payments to the state that can be imposed on individuals who are required to pay them following rules without receiving any kind of reimbursement. These taxes can be directly assigned to the state and are used to fund general expenses associated with the government's operations. The annual increase in motor vehicles may affect taxpayer compliance. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how taxpayer compliance concerning paying motor vehicle taxes is impacted by taxpayer moral obligations, taxpayer financial circumstances, and taxpayer sanctions. This study employed Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis as a data analysis technique. Purposive sampling, which implies selecting samples to look at certain factors first, is a non-probability sampling strategy used in this study. In this study, there were 19 (indicators) x 100 = 1900 respondents, or samples. Findings from this study indicate that while financial conditions do not significantly affect taxpayer compliance, taxpayer moral obligations, and tax sanctions do have a considerable positive impact

Employee job satisfaction is one of the important elements that must be considered in a business in terms of human resources. This writing is to find out how employee job satisfaction at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia Tanjung Perak Surabaya branch is influenced by work-life balance and career development. This research methodology uses an associative quantitative approach. The study employed a saturation sampling strategy to choose a sample of 46 employees from the PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia Tanjung Perak Surabaya branch. With Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) analysis. The research findings are, at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia Tanjung Perak Surabaya branch, work life balance has a positive and large effect on employee job satisfaction, and career development has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction
The Effect of Content Marketing and Influencer Marketing on Purchasing Decisions for Azarine Sunscreen Products for Tiktok Gen Z Users in Surabaya
The demand for skincare products has an impact on the number of cosmetic companies that have increased, this has led to competition in the industry being very competitive. This study aims to determine the effect of content and influencer marketing on purchasing decisions for Azarine sunscreen products for TikTok Gen Z users in Surabaya. Research samples were distributed to Gen Z, who use TikTok and live in Surabaya, they purchased Azarine sunscreen products and saw influencer content related to Azarine sunscreen products. Sampling using the purposive sampling method, and the number of samples used was 105 respondents. Data analysis utilizes the SEM method using the PLS analysis tool. The results showed that content marketing and influencer marketing positively and significantly affected purchasing decisions for Azarine sunscreen products for TikTok Gen Z users in Surabaya
Analysis of the Level of Self-Confidence, Sense of Responsibility, Future-Oriented Attitude Affects Business Success Through Managerial Ability as a Mediating Variable
This study aims to analyze the effect of self-confidence, sense of responsibility, and orientation on business success through managerial ability as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were sheep farmers in Lembang Bandung, namely 80 farmers. The sampling technique of this research is probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The minimum sample size required is 68 respondents. Research data is obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data were obtained through respondents' answers using questionnaires. The data source refers to information obtained directly from consumers who are sampled respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMARTPLS Software's help. The results of this study show that a level of self-confidence, a sense of responsibility, and a future-oriented attitude have a significant effect on the success of the sheep breeder business and managerial ability can mediate the relationship between the level of self-confidence, a sense of responsibility, and a future-oriented attitude towards business success
The Role of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Influenced by Job Satisfaction and Knowledge Sharing and Its Impact on Organizational Performance
This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction and Knowledge Sharing, and its impact on Organizational Performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Employee Performance, which shows that employee perceptions of organizational culture in Digital Banks in Indonesia throughout Indonesia affect their performance. (2) Organizational Culture also has a positive effect on Knowledge Sharing, indicating that a high organizational culture affects the sharing of knowledge among employees. (3) Organizational Culture has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, indicating that the perception of a good organizational culture increases employee job satisfaction. (4) Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Employee Performance, so that high job satisfaction increases employee performance. (5) Knowledge Sharing has a positive effect on Employee Performance, indicating that high knowledge sharing contributes to employee performance. (6) Job Satisfaction fully and significantly mediates the relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance, which means that job satisfaction is the main link between organizational culture and employee performance. (7) Knowledge sharing also fully and significantly mediates the relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance, confirming that knowledge sharing plays an important role in the influence of organizational culture on performance. (8) Employee Performance has a positive effect on Organizational Performance, indicating that good employee performance contributes to overall organizational performance
Polygamy in Islam and Its Relevance to Law No. 1 of 1974 Concerning Marriage
Polygamy is a topic that always invites polemics in society, especially in the context of households. Although polygamy existed long before Islam, Islam accommodates this practice with several limitations and conditions, especially in terms of justice for wives. Problems that often arise in the practice of polygamy include abuse of rights and obligations, physical and psychological violence, and negative impacts on women and children. This study aims to understand more deeply the legal perspective of polygamy, especially according to the views of Buya Hamka and Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd. This study uses a normative juridical method with a literature study approach, utilizing primary legal materials such as the Al-Qur'an interpretation book by Hamka and Abu Zayd, as well as secondary legal materials from Islamic law literature and related laws. The analysis was carried out by describing, recording, and interpreting data to understand the differences in the views of the two figures regarding the law of polygamy. The results of the study show that there are uniqueness and differences in the thoughts of Hamka and Abu Zayd that can influence the implementation of polygamy law in Indonesia. This study provides important insights into the dynamics of polygamy law in the modern context and its contribution to legal policy in Indonesia
The Effect of Work Process Automation, Warehouse Management System, And Experts on Company Operational Efficiency with Smart Warehousing Mediation in E-Commerce Warehouses in Jakarta
Technology, especially in the logistics industry, has experienced rapid development and offers various benefits such as increased efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction, as well as supporting corporate sustainability. This study aims to evaluate the effect of work process automation, warehouse management systems, and experts mediated by smart warehousing on operational efficiency in e-commerce warehouses in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with data analysis through a t-test using SPSS version 27 for Windows. The results of the study indicate that work process automation has no significant effect on smart warehousing and operational efficiency. On the contrary, the warehouse management system has a significant effect on smart warehousing and operational efficiency, while experts have no significant effect on both variables. The effect of smart warehousing on operational efficiency is also significant. These findings indicate that warehouse management systems such as WMS, ERP, OMS, and inventory management systems have a significant positive impact on operational efficiency. However, the lack of readiness and understanding of employees towards technology can hinder the effectiveness of the implementation of work process automation
