The Marketing Strategy and Florist Business Development at Little Puff Florist
The florist industry has experienced significant growth in recent years, particularly due to increased consumer interest in flowers as part of home decor, gifts, and special events. However, the competitive market and changing consumer preferences demand that florists adopt effective marketing strategies and understand the internal and external factors that can impact their business. By leveraging internal strengths and external opportunities, while addressing weaknesses and threats, florists can design effective strategies for business development. The methods used in this study are qualitative with a case on Little Puff Florist. SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is utilized to identify internal and external factors, and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) decision stage to evaluate alternative strategies based on internal and external success factors. The alternative strategies for Little Puff include improving customer service, enhancing marketing through digital technology, and developing products with new innovations. The marketing and development strategies employed by Little Puff are market penetration and product development. The SWOT analysis indicates maintaining product quality, improving service, enhancing product development, and maintaining customer trust
THE INFLUENCE OF WORK LIFE BALANCE, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT ON TURNOVER INTENTION OF THE MILENNIAL GENERATION THE SPECIAL REGION OF YOGYAKARTA
The increasing dominance of the millennial generation in the Indonesian workforce presents both opportunities and challenges, especially related to high turnover intentions. In the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), where millennials make up a large portion of the workforce, organizations face concerns about employee retention. This study aims to examine the simultaneous influence of work-life balance, employee engagement, and career development on turnover intentions among millennial workers in DIY. The approach used is quantitative explanatory, with data collection from 100 respondents aged 25–40 years using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that the three independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on turnover intention (R² = 0.820). However, partially only employee engagement and career development showed a significant positive effect, while work-life balance did not. The discussion shows that although work-life balance is often considered important, this factor may not be enough to retain millennials in the workplace without being mediated by job satisfaction or other variables. In contrast, strong work engagement and clear career development opportunities actually showed a high tendency for turnover—possibly due to greater expectations and mobility among millennial professionals. This finding emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive retention strategy, which is tailored to the values and aspirations of the younger generation. Investment in opportunities for growth and meaningful engagement appears to be more effective than simply offering work flexibility.

The Influence of Good Corporate Governance, Profitability, and Leverage on Company Value in the Energy Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 - 2023
This study investigates the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), profitability, and leverage on firm value among energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018–2023. A descriptive quantitative approach with a case study design is employed, using secondary data from 45 companies, resulting in 270 firm-year observations. GCG is measured through the proportion of independent commissioners, the number of board members, and the audit committee’s size, as these elements are widely recognized in agency theory as mechanisms for monitoring managerial performance and reducing information asymmetry. Profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), leverage by the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), and firm value by the Price-to-Book Value (PBV). Panel data regression analysis is applied, with model selection based on the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests, processed using IBM SPSS 25 and EViews 13. The findings indicate that the independent variables collectively exert a significant influence on firm value. Partially, audit committee size and the number of directors exhibit a negative association with firm value, while leverage has a positive effect. In contrast, the proportion of independent commissioners and profitability show no significant relationship. These results emphasize that firm value in the energy sector is more strongly shaped by governance mechanisms and financial structure than by profitability performance
Portfolio Efficiency Analysis of UNVR and SMGR Using the Efficient Frontier Approach: A Comparative Study in the Framework of Indonesia’s Green Economy Commitment
This research examines the efficiency of investment portfolios comprising PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) and PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR) by applying the Efficient Frontier method, contextualized within Indonesia’s commitment to a green economy. The study’s novelty lies in its integration of quantitative financial modeling with the broader agenda of low-carbon national development. The primary aim is to assess and compare the risk-return characteristics of UNVR and SMGR stocks and to identify the most optimal portfolio composition. The analysis utilizes daily stock price data from 2024 and includes calculations of returns, risk (standard deviation), the Sharpe ratio, and stock correlation. Empirical findings indicate that UNVR yields an expected return of -0.24% with a 2.50% standard deviation, while SMGR shows an expected return of 0.26% with a 2.17% standard deviation. The correlation coefficient of 0.081 between the two stocks reflects a weak relationship, highlighting the potential for effective diversification. The combined portfolio demonstrates superior efficiency in balancing risk and return compared to holding individual stocks. These results suggest that investors can align sustainability goals with diversification strategies to advance Indonesia’s green economic objectives

Profitability as an Intervening Variable in the Effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value
This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value, with profitability serving as an intervening variable. The research is motivated by inconsistencies in previous findings regarding the relationship between capital structure, firm size, and firm value. Using a quantitative approach and secondary data from selected companies, the analysis was conducted through path analysis to evaluate both direct and indirect effects. The results indicate that capital structure and firm size significantly influence firm value, both directly and indirectly through profitability. Profitability is found to play a mediating role, reinforcing the importance of internal performance metrics in enhancing firm value

The Influence of Halal Labeling and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Otaku Coffee (Study: Customers at Otaku Coffee in Brass District)
The global halal economy sector is experiencing rapid growth with market capitalization reaching US$2.4 trillion by 2022, with 60% of halal product purchases made by non-Muslim consumers who consider halal certification as an indicator of superior quality. In Indonesia, the transformation of Muslim consumer behavior shows that the halal label is no longer the sole factor in purchasing decisions, but rather combined with product quality considerations, especially in the more selective millennial and Z generations. This study aims to analyze the influence of halal labeling and product quality on purchasing decisions at Otaku Coffee, a Japanese popular culture-themed cafe business that has never been studied before in the context of a combination of religious identity and foreign pop culture preferences. The benefits of this research are to provide a new understanding of consumer behavior in the international culture-themed food and beverage industry and to fill the void in the literature regarding the unique dynamics between halal and quality aspects in a Japanese cultural cafe business setting. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an analytical descriptive design through multiple regression analysis techniques. The research population is all consumers who buy food and beverage products at Otaku Coffee Kuningan Regency, with purposive sampling technique and a sample size of 100 respondents determined using the Lameshow formula with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 10%. The results showed that the halal label (X1) and product quality (X2) partially and simultaneously had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a calculated F value of 187.024 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square of 0.794 or 79.4%, confirming that the two independent variables were able to explain the variation in purchasing decisions very well
The Effect of CRM and Price Perception on Loyalty with Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable (A Study on Deposit Customers of PT. BPR BKK Blora (Perseroda)
Customer loyalty is one of the foundations for assessing bank performance; loyal customers reflect loyalty to continue using bank products and services. In order to achieve customer loyalty, it is necessary to analyze several things, including customer relationship management, price perception, and customer satisfaction. The population used is PT BPR BKK Blora (Perseroda). The number of samples in this study includes 100 respondents taken using the Slovin formula. In this study, several tests were used, namely the description of respondents and variables, instrument tests on validity tests (KMO> 0.5 and component matrix> 0.4), and reliability tests (Cronbach alpha> 0.7), then in the regression test using the coefficient of determination test, F test (sig <0.05) and t test (sig <0.5). In the mediation test, the Sobel test was used (sig <0.05). Based on the results of the data analysis, a positive and significant influence was obtained between variables with a sig value <0.05 on: 1) CRM on satisfaction. 2) Price perception on satisfaction. 3) CRM on loyalty, 4) Price perception on loyalty, and 5) satisfaction on loyalty. The Sobel test also shows a similar result, with a sig value of <0.05, indicating that satisfaction mediates the influence of CRM and price perception on loyalty
Optimization of Heritage Tourism Village Marketing Through the Pentahelix Model (Case Study of Terban Village)
This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Terban Tourism Village in Kudus Regency using the Pentahelix model approach. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including documentation, in-depth interviews, surveys, and observations. Data analysis uses the Miles et al. model, comprising data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Terban Tourism Village has potential as a heritage tourism destination with advantages in the Patiayam Archaeological Site, Grenjengan Waterfall, and Japanese Cave, but collaboration among Pentahelix stakeholders is not yet optimal. Analysis of the tourism marketing mix identifies strengths in unique tourist attractions and multi-channel marketing strategies, while weaknesses are found in amenities, heritage value interpretation, and minimal academic involvement. SWOT analysis places Terban Tourism Village in Quadrant I (X=0.89; Y=1.02), indicating a strategic position for implementing aggressive growth strategies. Key recommendations include developing integrated heritage tourism products, optimizing digital marketing, strengthening interpretation through collaboration with academics, revitalizing the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), and establishing a Pentahelix coordination forum. Strategy implementation requires a clear role distribution among the five Pentahelix actors to realize Terban Tourism Village as a leading sustainable heritage tourism destination
