    No full text
The implementation of digital twins increases integration at every level of work, improves skills, and work culture, and forms a digital culture. Digital twins support real-time monitoring of ship movements, rapid decision-making in predictive maintenance, and identification of abnormalities in the early stages, which improves maintenance, production reliability, and information integration. It also simplifies supply chain procedures, reduces disruptions, and improves adaptation to change and the sustainability of the supply chain business. This study analyzes the effect of Supply Chain Capabilities, Digital Twins, Supply Chain Resilience, and Supply Chain Performance on Supply Chain Sustainability in the national oil and gas industry. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 328 employees in the Pertamina supply chain sector, covering various functions such as exploration, production, service, marketing, distribution, and processing. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling with the Analysis Moment of Structure program. The results of the study indicate that Supply Chain Capabilities and Digital Twins have a positive and significant effect on Supply Chain Resilience and Supply Chain Performance, and both have a positive effect on Supply Chain Sustainability

In creating a clothing design, it takes a long process to obtain inspiration and careful consideration accompanied by research first. However, this time-consuming process causes many people to not appreciate the process of creating a clothing design. So many people decide to imitate other people's pre-existing designs. The violation of industrial design rights discussed by this author is that an unregistered mark imitates or plagiarizes a registered mark as determined in Article 54 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 2000 concerning Industrial Design. In fact, this of course violates the copyright of the work created by the designer, where he does not get the commission rights that he should get. In this research, the author used a Normative research method, in legal research there are several statutory approaches which are carried out by examining the laws and regulations that are related to the issue at hand. The results of this research show that there is imitation of t-shirt designs in the market place shop. The imitation is in the same shape, image and lines. According to MUI Fatwa NUMBER 1 MUNAS VII/MUI/5/2005, protection for t-shirt designs is preventive or preventive in nature because violations of IPR are haram and according to the law will be subject to criminal or civil sanctions

Redesign of Plastic Waste Processing Facility Layout at PT Inastek Using Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (Corelap) Method

    Get PDF
Factory layout is the main foundation of the industrial world. A well-planned factory layout will help determine the efficiency and effectiveness of production activities and in some cases will also maintain the survival or success of a company. Based on the results of field observations and interviews that have been conducted, the problem faced by the company is the arrangement of the production floor layout that has poor flow, including workstations that have a relationship of material flow sequences that are placed far apart. This causes a lot of land area used and high OMH costs. One of the proposed methods that can be used to solve this problem is the Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) method. The CORELAP method was chosen to improve the facility's layout by producing a minimum material movement distance. In addition, this method allows for maximum area utilization, higher production capacity, and a more regular production flow. The total distance in the old layout is 39.25 meters and the new layout is 26.75, proving that the distance traveled by the proposed layout is more minimal meets the requirements of a proposed layout, and can reduce the company's OMH value

    Get PDF
Merger and acquisition of a banking company are generally understood as efforts to enhance the company by combining strengths or compensating for the weaknesses of one company with the strengths of another. To face the dynamics of the domestic and global economy and information technology, it is necessary to strengthen the structure, resilience, and competitiveness of the national banking industry, which can be achieved by strengthening bank capital and banking consolidation in Indonesia, especially Regional Development Banks. To promote the stability of the banking industry, particularly the strengthening of individual banks, merger and acquisition strategies in the form of banking consolidation need to be considered. Banking consolidation policies are one of the policy options regulators take to strengthen financial system stability. One of the processes that must be carried out is analyzing the performance to find companies that are suitable for acquisition, in accordance with the problem statement: How is the performance of the Regional Development Banks that become acquiring banks, and how is the performance of Regional Development Banks whose core capital does not yet meet regulatory requirements, making them suitable for acquisition. Data from 27 Regional Development Banks were analyzed based on several financial ratios, namely ROA, ROE, NIM, LDR, CAR, and NPL, and the changes in economic performance into five clusters using IBM SPSS version 27 with K-Mean Cluster Classification. The analysis showed that out of the 27 Regional Development Banks, 11 banks experienced a status increase, 10 companies experienced a decrease, and 6 did not change. It was found that the performance of 4 Regional Development Banks that would become acquiring banks is "good" and there are 3 banks, namely Bank Jambi, Bank Kalteng, and Bank Sultra, which are considered very suitable for acquisition with a status of "Very Good"
