This study aims to examine partially and simultaneously the effect of Learning Methods, Curriculum Materials, Parent Involvement, and Teacher Assessment on Student Achievement in Mojokerto Regency High School. The method used was multiple linear regression on a sample of 90 teachers with total sampling. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously, the four independent variables have a significant influence on student achievement (F = 1229.470, p < 0.001, R² = 0.983). Partially, Curriculum Materials (β = 0.596, p < 0.001) and Teacher Assessment (β = 0.314, p < 0.001) were the most dominant variables affecting student achievement. However, the limitations of this study include the use of a quantitative design with a limited sample, as well as a focus only on teachers as respondents. Recommendations for future research are to expand the sample coverage, incorporate a qualitative approach, and further explore the interactions between the variables studied

Strategy for Increasing Halal Tourism in the Indonesia Post-Pandemic Covid 19

    No full text
Indonesia has the potential to become a globally popular halal tourist due to its large Muslim population and beautiful and diverse cultural attractions. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the country faced several challenges in developing this sector. Halal tourists continue to experience a decline due to foreign and domestic tourists not making visits by considering many factors, including health, the economy, and the attractiveness of tourist attractions. This study seeks to explore strategies for increasing halal tourism in Indonesia by using a SWOT analysis consisting of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. After observing and analyzing, we present research results based on the SWOT sub-indicators. The first is strength. Indonesia has a rich cultural heritage, diverse and attractive natural resources, a large Muslim population, and the availability of many places of worship for Muslim tourists which can be utilized to develop halal tourism. The country also has a well-developed tourism infrastructure, with international airports, hotels, and a transportation system in major cities. Second, weakness. Despite its potential, Indonesia faces several challenges in developing halal tourism, such as the ongoing pandemic that endangers the safety of tourism, limited accessibility, problems with halal certification standards, and weak marketing. The third is opportunity. Indonesia can exploit the growing demand for halal tourism by developing targeted marketing using platform media, creating halal-friendly accommodations and services, and streamlining the halal certification process. The country can also take advantage of emerging trends such as ecotourism and adventure tourism to attract more tourists. Fourth, threats. Indonesia faces competition from other countries that are also investing in halal tourism, such as Malaysia and Turkey. The country also faces external threats such as political instability and the COVID-19 pandemic which can disrupt the halal tourism industry. Therefore, to overcome these challenges, Indonesia can develop a comprehensive strategy that focuses on improving halal certification standards, promoting halal-friendly accommodations and services, and creating optimal and targeted marketing to attract Muslim tourists. Governments can also invest in infrastructure development, such as expanding airports and transportation systems, to enhance the tourism experience

    No full text
This research aims to explore the optimization of factors influencing the value of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Key factors examined include Islamic Intellectual Capital (IIC), Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG), Sharia Maqashid Index (SMI), Islamic Financial Performance (IFP), and their mediation relationships with Islamic Firm Value (IFV). Using a sample encompassing multiple quarters from three Islamic banks in Indonesia and employing the SmartPLS.4 methodology, the findings indicate significant relationships between IIC and ICG with IFP, which in turn impacts IFV. However, SMI was found to have no statistically significant effect. This study offers insights into enhancing the value of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Although it comes with certain limitations, such as the use of quarterly samples, it paves the way for future research exploring additional factors and the social, academic, and Islamic implications of Islamic banking, providing a more holistic understanding of its role in the Indonesian financial landscape

    No full text
The study aims to test the immersion variable as a mediator between visibility, metavoicing, and guidance shopping against purchase intention on Shopee's live-streaming shopping features. This type of research is quantitative with design correlation path analysis. A total of 114 respondents were millennials aged 17–20. Research results show that the immersion variable is a significant mediator variable between metavoicing and guidance shopping towards purchase intention. There is a significant direct influence between the visibility guidance shopping variable and the immersion on the purchase intention. However, the results of the analysis also show that the metavoicing variable does not have a direct effect on the purchasing intention, while visibility does not directly affect immersion. Therefore, the immersion variable is not the mediator variable between visibility and purchase intention. Based on that, purchase intention will increase significantly if there is an increase in metavoicing and guidance shopping. Metavoicing and guidance shopping increased the purchase intention with increased immersion. However, the buy intention will increase significantly without the increase in immersion, and the purchase intent will only rise significantly when the metavoicing variable is bridged by immersions
