This study aims to analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on user satisfaction of the T24 application (Temenos Transact Core Banking) with perceived usefulness as an intervening variable, with a case study at J Trust Bank Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 113 respondents who were users of the T24 application. The analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that information quality did not have a significant effect on user satisfaction and perceived usefulness. Service quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction and perceived usefulness, with influence coefficients of 0.430 and 0.448, respectively. In addition, system quality had a significant effect on perceived usefulness (0.353), but did not have a direct effect on user satisfaction. Perceived usefulness was shown to have a significant effect on user satisfaction (0.268). The mediation relationship through perceived usefulness on user satisfaction shows that information quality, service quality and system quality do not have a significant effect with each P-Value of (0.428), (0.066) and (0.065). This study reveals the importance of service quality as a major factor in increasing user satisfaction with the support of system quality to strengthen the perception of the benefits of using the T24 application

Cooperatives have an important role as one of the pillars in Indonesia's economic development, which is based on the principles of kinship and mutual cooperation. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the knowledge of cooperatives and members' motivation for member participation in KUD BUKTI. This study also uses an associative quantitative method with a simple random sampling technique calculated based on the Slovin formula. From a total population of 4,778 members, this study produced a sample of 369. SMARTPLS software was used to collect data using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyze it using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares) method. The study’s findings revealed that "Cooperative Knowledge has a significant effect on Member Participation", with a p-value of 0.040 (<0.05). And "Member Motivation has a significant effect on Member Participation", with a p value of 0.00 (<0.5). This shows that member participation is greatly impacted by shared knowledge as well as member motivation

The focus of this research is to investigate the effect of servant leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT X employees in the X call center section. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population is the employees of the call center section of PT X. The sampling technique utilizes saturated sampling technique, namely all members of the population are sampled, totaling 61. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires scored according to the Likert scale. In order to examine how servant leadership and work discipline affect employee performance, researchers used a correlation approach, determination test, partial test, simultaneous test, and multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that both together and partially, servant leadership and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results can be interpreted that a high level of servant leadership and discipline can produce high performance

Dual roles are often one of the main causes of work istress, especially fori women. When someone has to divide their time and energy, they may feel overwhelmed and have difficulty meeting all the demands. Conflict between these roles can cause stress, anxiety, and fatigue. The main objective of this study was toI clarify the relationship between dual role conflict, job stress, Iand performance among femaleI health workers. TheI method used in this studyI is a quantitative approach with a survey method, then the dataI analysisI techniqueI used is the SEM-PLS dataI analysis technique. BasedI onI theI data that has been obtained, the sample used in this study was 100 female civil servant health worker respondents. The results obtained are thatI there is a significantI positive effectI of dualI role conflict onI work stress of 0.472. InI addition, there is a significantI negative effect on the relationship between dual role conflict and performance of -0.411. Then, there is a significant negative effect on the relationship between work stress and performance of -0.489. And it is also known that the work stress variable significantly acts as a mediating variable on the effect of dual role conflict on performance of -0.231

This study aims to analyze the role of Green Product and Brand Experience in the decision of Grab service users in Medan City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 140 respondents who use Grab services in Medan City. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured respondents' perception of Green Product, Brand Experience, and their decision to use Grab services. Validity and reliability tests were carried out to ensure the validity of the research instruments, with results showing that all instruments were valid and reliable. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables (Green Product and Brand Experience) on dependent variables (User Decisions). The results of the study show that Green Product and Brand Experience have a significant influence on users' decisions to choose Grab services. Simultaneously, these two variables influence user decisions, with Green Products contributing to increased environmental awareness, while Brand Experience affects users' perception and loyalty to the Grab brand. The regression model used in this study meets classical assumptions, such as normality, the absence of multicollinearity, and the absence of heteroscedasticity, so this model can be relied upon for further analysis. Based on these findings, Grab is advised to further optimize the promotion of GrabElectric services as an environmentally friendly product and continue to improve the brand experience to attract more users, especially those who care about environmental sustainability issues. This research contributes to the understanding of how environmental factors and brand experience can influence users' decisions in choosing app-based transportation services

This study aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, price discounts, and online customer reviews on the purchase intention of Skintific products on Shopee Live. This study uses a quantitative approach with sample selection using purposive and non-probability sampling techniques. Data were collected using an online questionnaire, namely Google Forms. Based on 250 data points successfully collected, the data was then processed using SmartPLS 4th. By using SmartPLS analysis, the results of the outer loading analysis show that all variables used in this study, such as social media marketing, price discounts, online customer reviews, and purchase intentions, are declared to meet the validity and reliability test criteria (Cronbach's Alpha> 0.05). When a study is declared to have passed the outer loading test, it can be continued to the inner model test stage to determine the influence given by exogenous variables on endogenous variables. Through the inner model test, it can be seen that all variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention
