Purpose - This study aims to analyze the implementation of using interactive PowerPoint media in teaching Al-iḍāfah al-lughawiyyah with a behavioristic approach at Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Institution for Girls First Campus, as well as to explore the success and implications of behaviriostic theory in the context of Arabic language learning.
Design/methodology/approach - This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with instructors, and analysis of students' learning outcomes in Al-iḍāfah al-lughawiyyah lessons involving the use of interactive PowerPoint media.
Findings/results – The study findings show that the use of interactive PowerPoint media is highly effective in enhancing students' understanding and ability to apply Al-iḍāfah al-lughawiyyah. The use of this media, which supports behavioristic principles such as repetition, feedback, and reinforcement, has been proven to strengthen long-term retention and increase student motivation.
Originality/value - This research offers a new approach to Arabic language teaching by combining classical behaviriostic theory with modern technology. Analysis of the Effect of Service Quality on User Satisfaction of McDonald's Application Using E-Servqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Methods
The rapid expansion of digital services has intensified competition in the online food delivery (OFD) industry, pushing businesses to enhance service quality to meet customer expectations. This study evaluates the McDonald's mobile application using the E-SERVQUAL model and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to examine the link between service quality dimensions and user satisfaction. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected from McDonald's app users in Indonesia through online questionnaires. The findings highlight that responsiveness, reliability, and system efficiency are critical factors affecting customer satisfaction, while application security, transaction smoothness, and system responsiveness require improvement. Based on the results, recommendations were proposed to enhance system stability, security features, and user interface design, ultimately aiming to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in the competitive digital food service market
Control of Wood Raw Material Inventory with Lagrange Multiplier Method in PT. XYZ
XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry that uses wood as the main raw material located in the city of Surabaya. PT. XYZ has a problem of less-than-optimal control of raw material inventory which has an impact on the swelling of inventory costs and over capacity of storage space. This study aims to determine the control of wood raw material inventory according to the capacity of the storage space so as to provide a minimum total inventory cost at PT. XYZ. The method used is the Lagrange Multiplier method. Based on the results of the study, the total new storage space was 287.99 m³. The total annual inventory cost of Rp 130.753.379 is smaller than the company's method of Rp 152.898.329, the Lagrange Multiplier method provides savings of 14.48%. The size of the spruce wood order is 58.69 m³ with each order being 9 days, basswood wood is 34.42 m³ with each order being 13 days, and pine wood is 50.89 m³ with each order being 18 days. This study proves that the Lagrange Multiplier method is an effective approach to overcome storage capacity constraints, optimize order quantities, and minimize inventory costs
The Effect of Compensation and Person-Job Fit on Work Engagement in Media Workers in Cirebon City
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and person-job fit on work engagement among media workers residing in Cirebon City. The study employed a quantitative survey method, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis on data collected from 130 respondents. The results show that person-job fit has a significant influence on work engagement (r = 0.560; p < 0.000), while compensation shows a significant relationship with work engagement (r = 0.227; p > 0.005), and person-job fit has a significant influence on work engagement (r = 0.260; p < 0.001). These two independent variables explain 32% of the variation in work engagement (R² = 0.320). The validity and reliability of the regression model have been confirmed through classical assumption testing. These findings emphasise the importance of alignment between individuals and their jobs in enhancing work engagement in the dynamic media industry, which does not solely rely on financial incentives. The implications of this study encourage media organisations to prioritise selection and management of human resources based on person-job fit for the sustainability and productivity of the workforce

This research was motivated by the intense competition in the Indonesian smartphone market, so it is important to understand the factors influencing consumer loyalty to brands. This research used a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method and data collection through purposive sampling. Data samples were taken from Indonesian smartphone consumers aged 20 to 34, with 280 respondents. This research has five hypotheses, and four of them are accepted. However, perceived quality does not positively and significantly affect brand loyalty
Examining the Influence of the Marketing Mix (4PS) on Manufacturers' Purchase Decisions of Imported Tobacco: A Case Study of PT Harum Tembakau Indonesia
The tobacco industry is a strategic sector in Indonesia, contributing significantly to state revenue and employment absorption. Although Indonesia is known as a major tobacco producer, the demand from cigarette manufacturers for specific types of tobacco has driven imports from countries such Tiongkok, Brasil, India, Zimbabwe and Turki. PT Harum Tembakau Indonesia, a newly established company in 2024, was founded to meet this demand by supplying imported tobacco to manufacturers. In facing competition with more established firms, an effective marketing strategy becomes critically important. This study aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix (product, price, place/distribution, and promotion) on manufacturers' purchase decisions regarding imported tobacco, with a case study on PT Harum Tembakau Indonesia. This research adopts a quantitative method using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The findings indicate that the variable place (distribution) has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision (β = 0.296; p = 0.006), while price does not show a significant influence (β = 0.120; p = 0.391). Interestingly, product (β = -0.386; p = 0.019) and promotion (β = -0.310; p = 0.001) exhibit negative and significant effects on purchase decision. The R² value of 0.225 suggests that the marketing mix model explains 22.5% of the variance in purchase decisions. These results have strategic implications, highlighting the need for the company to emphasize distribution reliability and to re-evaluate its product and promotion strategies to better align with the needs and expectations of manufacturers. This study is expected to serve as a reference for formulating more effective marketing strategies in the future

These findings suggest that improving ease of use, enhancing application features, and building user trust can effectively increase user satisfaction with the Motion Trade application
Does Ethical Leadership Matter in Indonesia’s Public Sector? The Mediating Role of Ethical Climate
Amid the emergence of various problems of ethical violations at the global and local levels in Indonesia, especially in the public sector, many parties demand various efforts to improve ethical behavior both at the official and staff levels. This study aims to analyze the influence of ethical leadership and ethical climate on employee ethical behavior, moderated by person-organization fit in the context of state financial organization (Organisasi Keuangan Negara/OKN). Using quantitative research methods with Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), this research examines the relationship between these variables through a survey of 898 respondents within the Indonesian state financial organization. The findings suggest that ethical leadership has a significant positive impact on ethical climate and employee ethical behavior. Moreover, ethical climate plays a partial mediating role between ethical leadership and employee ethical behavior. However, person-organization fit could not strengthen the relationship between ethical climate and employee ethical behavior. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the role of leadership and organizational climate in fostering ethical behavior among public sector employees. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers in enhancing ethical governance
