Get PDF本稿では、2020年以降取り組んでいる海外大学とのオンライン上の取り組みを報告する。対面での教壇実習が可能になった現在でも、日本語教師として必要な能力の育成を目指し、海外大学の日本語学習者と何度か接続し、相手のレベルに合わせた日本語を使用する練習として継続してきた。当初の目標だった相手の日本語レベルに合わせた日本語使用は、回数を重ねることで実践できるようになってきたことがわかったが、活動内容によって参加者の発話量に偏りが出てしまうため、少人数制の利点が生かせていないことも明らかになった。また、学生主体の活動を通して学習者とのやりとりから課題を見つけることも望んでいたが、オンラインでは対面以上に場の維持が必要で難しい状況であることも伺われた。This paper reports on online initiatives with overseas universities occurring since 2020. Although face-to-face teaching practice is again possible these initiatives have continued cultivating the necessary skills for teaching Japanese as a second language by allowing in-training Japanese language teachers to practice using Japanese at an appropriate level for their learners. The initiatives have shown that the advantages of a small-group approach were not fully realized due to uneven distribution in participant's speaking depending on the activity. In addition the goal of uncovering interaction issues through student-centered activities was found to be difficult to achieve as the sense of place required to do so was unachievable whilst online.departmental bulletin pape
