No full textThis article returns to the Association Agreement concluded and signed between the Algerian government and the European Union in April 2002. Also, with a view to extending the purely commercial aspects, such as the creation of a free trade area in 2021, it seemed interesting to us to analyse, in the current context of falling oil prices, the prospects for the Algerian economy through these agreements on energy cooperation, since Algeria presents an important energy pole for the EU through its oil, gas and electricity networks, and its geographical proximity to Europe.
Cet article revient sur l’accord d’association conclu et signé entre le gouvernement algérien et l’UE, en avril 2002. Aussi, dans l’objectif d’une extension des aspects purement commerciaux comme la création d’une zone de libre échange en 2022, il nous a semblé intéressant d’analyser, dans le contexte actuel de chute des prix pétroliers, les perspectives de l’économie algérienne par ces accords sur la coopération énergétique, puisque l’Algérie présente un pôle énergétique important pour l’UE à travers ses réseaux pétrolier, gazier et électrique, et sa proximité géographique avec l’Europe.

No full textيهدف هذا المقال لدراسة إمكانية نمذجة التقلبات الحادة لعوائد مؤشر كاك CAC 40 ببورصة باريس، الناجمة عن جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19 باستعمال نماذج GARCH، وذلك من خلال 1328 مشاهدة يومية لعوائد المؤشر. توصلت الدراسة من خلال المفاضلة بين عدة نماذج إلى أن نموذج الانحدار الذاتي المشروط بعدم ثبات التباين قد نمذج سلسلة عوائد مؤشر كاك CAC 40 رغم التقلبات الحادة، حيث إن العوائد تتبع نموذج ARMA(1,1) ، بينما تتبع البواقي نموذج .GARCH(1,1) This article aims to study the possibility of modeling the sharp fluctuations in the returns of the CAC40 index on the Paris Stock Exchange, resulting from the Corona Covid-19 pandemic, using GARCH, through 1328 daily observations of the index return. The study concluded, through a comparison between several models, that the AutoRegressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity may model the series of returns of the CAC 40 index despite the sharp fluctuations, as the returns follow the ARMA (1,1) model, while the rest follow the GARCH (1,1) model

No full textتعالج هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة تأثير أداء سوق الأوراق المالية على النمو الاقتصادي في فرنسا خلال الفترة (1975-2014)، وذلك من خلال تحليل العلاقة السببية بين المؤشرات المعبرة عن متغيرات الدراسة في الأجل الطويل وفق منهجية تودا-يماموتو، وقد تم استخدام مؤشرات الرسملة السوقية، عدد المشروعات، حجم التداول ومعدل الدوران للتعبير عن اداء سوق الاوراق المالية، ومؤشر معدل نمو حجم الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للتعبير عن النمو الاقتصادي وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة سببية في الاتجاهين من مؤشر الرسملة السوقية نحو معدل النمو، ومن معدل النمو نحو عدد المشروعات.
This paper aims to study the impact of Stock market performance on economic growth in France during the period of (1975-2014), byanalysing the causal relationship between the indicators expressing the study variablesin the long term by the methodology of Toda-Yamamoto, Where use market capitalization, Listed companies, Stocks traded and turnover ratio to express the performance of the stock market, and the index of the rate of GDP to express economic growth.This study concluded that there is a causal relationship in both directions from the market capitalization towards the GDP, and from the GDP towards the listed companies

No full textأصبحت الصادرات خارج المحروقات ذات أهمية كبيرة خاصة بعد الازمات النفطية التي شهدتها الجزائر منذ الثمانينات من القرن الماضي، وبات من الضروري الاهتمام بها من خلال إرساء مجموعة من الإجراءات والتدابير التي تعمل على دعم وترقية الصادرات خاصة منها خارج المحروقات. وهذا ما نحاول تبيانه في هذه الورقة البحثية معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال وصف وتحليل لواقع الصادرات الجزائرية للفترة من 2010 الى 2020، وكذلك واقع الصادرات خارج المحروقات وأسواق التصدير والطلب الكلي للمنتجات الجزائرية، وكذا المؤسسات الداعمة للصادرات خارج المحروقات.
Exports outside hydrocarbons have become of great importance, especially after the oil crises that Algeria witnessed since the eighties of the last century, and it has become necessary to pay attention to them by establishing a set of measures and measures that work to support and promote exports, especially exports outside of hydrocarbons. The health economy in Algeria has witnessed a significant development in the current decade, and enormous material and human resources have been devoted to it for the promotion of the sector. However, we may find, in general, the dissatisfaction of some citizens due to the low health service, especially in public hospitals. Our study aims to analyze health information and its impact on the quality of comprehensive health care. Algerian health institutions face several challenges with the advancement of technologies and the development of means of communication and technology. And raising the performance of employees and upgrading to what the citizen aspires to.

No full textهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لتبيان مستوى التنويع الإقتصادي في الجزائر في ظل أزمة إنهيار أسعار البترول، حيث سيتم حساب التنويع الإقتصادي على مستوى الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وفق مؤشر هرفندال- هرشمان، وتبين من النتائج أن نسب التنويع الإقتصادي السائد في الجزائر وللفترة 2010-2019 هو مرهون بالتغيرات الحاصلة في أسعار البترول، حيث يأخذ مؤشر هرفندال-هرشمان نسب عالية بالموازاة مع إرتفاع أسعار البترول وهذا قبل أزمة منتصف 2014 أما بعدها وعلى إمتداد فترة التحليل شهد هذا المؤشر نسب لم تقل عن 0.20 وهذا راجع لسببين أولهما هو تراجع مساهمة قطاع المحروقات وثانيهما إلى ضعف مساهمة القطاعات الأخرى خاصة قطاعي الصناعة والفلاحة.
This paper aims to show the level of economic diversification in Algeria in the light of the oil price collapse, where economic diversification will be calculated at the level of GDP according to the Hervendal-Hirschmann index, and the results of this study show that the ratios of economic diversification prevailing in Algeria and for the period 2010-2 019 is subject to changes in oil prices, where the Hervendal-Hirschmann index takes high proportions in parallel with the rise in oil prices and this is before the crisis of mid-2014, after that and then throughout the period of analysis saw ratios not less than 0.20 and this The first is due to the decline in the contribution of the hydrocarbon sector and the second to the weak contribution of other sectors, particularly industry and agriculture

No full textتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة مؤشرات التحليل المالي في تقييم نشاط المؤسسات البنكية، وذلك بالتطبيق على مصرف السلام الجزائر وبنك البركة الجزائري خلال الفترة (2010-2018)، وللوصول إلى هذا الهدف استعان الباحثان بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال إبراز الظاهرة والإحاطة بمفهومها، وكذا منهج دراسة الحالة بتحليل مختلف البيانات والإحصائيات المتحصل عليها من القوائم المالية الواردة في التقارير السنوية للبنكين خلال فترة المدروسة. وتوصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج أهمها المساهمة الفعالة لمؤشرات التحليل المالي في عملية اتخاذ القرارات الرشيدة بالبنوك، وكذا امتلاك البنكين لنسب عالية في مختلف المؤشرات المالية المتعلقة بالنشاط البنكي.
This study aims to highlight the extent of the contribution of financial analysis indicators in evaluating the activity of banking institutions, ,to reach this goal; the researchers used the descriptive and analytical method by highlighting the phenomenon and encompassing its concept, as well as the case study approach by analyzing the various data and statistics obtained from the financial statements contained in the annual reports of the two banks during the period studied. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the effective contribution of financial analysis indicators to the rational decision-making process in banks, as well as that the two banks have high rates in various financial indicators related to banking activity
