Get PDFتبرز مشكلة البحث في عدم الملائمة بين مخرجات التعليم العالي واحتياجات سوق العمل وبالتالي وجود فجوة كنتيجة لعدم وجود تنسيق بين المؤسسات التعليمة وأطراف السوق. لذا يهدف البحث إلى وصف وتحليل مشكلة عدم المواءمة وايضا التعرف على متطلبات سوق العمل من القوى العاملة. وقد استند البحث الى المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتحقيق هدف البحث، كما اعتمد البحث على ما هو متاح من بيانات من الجهات الرسمية اضافة الى استمارة استبيان. وقد توصل البحث الى نتيجة مفادها عدم وجود تنسيق حقيقي بين سوق العمل ومؤسسات التعليم العالي وبالتاليى وجود فجوة بين مخرجات النظام التعليمي واحتياجات سوق العمل
The research problem arises in the compatibility between the outputs of higher education and the needs of the labor market, and consequently the existence of a gap as a result of the lack of coordination between educational institutions and the parties to the market. Therefore, the research aims to describe and analyze the problem of mismatch, as well as to identify the labor market requirements of manpower. The research was based on the descriptive and analytical approach to achieve the goal of the research, and the research relied on the available data from the official authorities in addition to a questionnaire form. The research came to the conclusion that there is no real coordination between the labor market and institutions of higher education, and therefore there is a gap between the outputs of the educational system and the needs of the labor market

In this study, we rely on the theory of uncertainty to justify consumer choices, and we look at the situation of e-commerce in Algeria. The obtained results predict a more intensive digital revolution, which requires an adaptation to this possible trend, especially for developing countries that are lagging far behind in popularizing the use of ICTs

No full textيتناول هذا البحث النظام الضريبي الجزائري بالتحليل والتقييم لمختلف المشاكل التي يعاني منها، ونهدف من خلال البحث إلى إظهار معوقات النظام الضريبي الج زائري وكذا اقتراح بعض الحلول لتلافي هذه المعوقات، وفي إطار ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل الوقوف على معوقات عمل النظام الضريبي الجزائري واقتراح الحلول المناسبة. توصلنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن النظام الضريبي الجزائري يعاني من التعقيد والغموض ونقص العدالة الضريبية، كما أنه يفتقد للبساطة كما اقترحنا بعض الإجراءات التي نرى أنها تساعد على زيادة عدالة وبساطة وشفافية النظام الضريبي
This research analyzes and evaluates various problems of the Algerian tax system. It aims to show the obstacles of the Algerian tax system, also to suggest some solutions to avoid these obstacles, It was based on the descriptive analytical method.Through this paper, it is concluded that the Algerian tax system suffer from complexity, ambiguity and lack of tax justice and simplicity. Some procedures are suggested to increase justice, simplicity and transparency of the tax system

The study aims to shed light on tourism as a method to achieve economic diversification, by evaluating the performance of the Algerian tourism sector based on a set of indicators such as accommodation capacity, tourism balance, number of arrivals and number of departures, the size of employment in the tourism sector, and this is to determine the effectiveness of efforts made to advance the sector, with reference to the obstacles that prevent its development and effectiveness.Through our study, we concluded that, despite Algeria's possession of a variety of tourism potentials, it still has not reached an effective tourism sector, which requires it to meet challenges by setting and defining strict development procedures and measures to upgrade the tourism sector

Get PDFLike the countries of the world hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, Algeria has seen its economic and social situation deteriorate, by being already weakened by the collapse of the oil rent, the engine of internal growth, in particular since 2014. This article wonders about the effects of this combination of crisis (economic and health), which is considered severe, on Algeria. With this in mind, an examination of the economic situation before and during the health crisis was adopted in order to support the avenues of reflection for adéquate public policies. These will have, from our point of view, two main axes as a priority. The economic and social smoothing of its simultaneous analyzed effects, with the aim of preserving the social character of the State which is at the heart of Algerian society, and secondly the internal recovery which will guarantee the resilience and sustainability of our economy, this revival remains conditioned, even if the pandemic situation ends, by the structural economic reform which will ensure the transition towards a more diversified economy, this one is urgently needed.
A l’instar des pays du monde frappés par la pandémie Covid-19, l’Algérie a vu sa situation économique et sociale se dégrader en étant déjà fragilisée par l’effondrement de la rente pétrolière moteur de croissance interne notamment depuis 2014. Cet article s’interroge sur les effets de cette combinaison de crise (économique et sanitaire), qu’on estime sévère, sur l’Algérie. Dans cette optique, un examen de la conjoncture économique d’avant et durant la crise sanitaire fut adopté afin d’appuyer les pistes de réflexions pour des politiques publiques adéquates. Ces dernières auront, de notre point de vu, deux grands axes comme priorité. Le lissage économique et sociale de ses effets simultanés analysés, dans le but de préserver le caractère sociale de l’Etat qui est au coeur de la société Algérienne, et dans un second lieu la relance interne qui garantira la résilience et la durabilité de notre économie, cette relance reste conditionnée, même si la situation pandémique prend fin, par la réforme économique structurelle qui assurera la transition vers une économie plus diversifié, celle-ci s’impose instamment.

The research paper aims to show the position of hotel services in the tourism sector and the extent of its contribution to its promotion as a whole, and the extent to which the quality of services provided by hotel institutions to customers contributes to attracting tourists and achieving his satisfaction and loyalty to this hotel over others. By clarifying how the quality of hotel services contributes to influencing hotel policy in managing hotel demand. Permission to ensure the quality of hotel services by helping to define service standards and contributing to ensuring customer loyalty. In order to answer the problem posed in this study, the descriptive approach and the analytical approach were relied upon to describe and analyze what was mentioned in the studies and references related to the topic of the research, where the survey study was used for some references and sources related to the study variables
