The Changes Of Norms Among The Youths Relationship In A Small Town
This research was conducted to prove the extent of changes in social norms among young people in a small town. The case study are the two cities: Indramayu and Cirebon. It aims to analyze the things that cause a change in norms of the youth association. The method is survey and observation, with quantitative data collected by questionnaire. The samples in this study were 300 respondents using quota sampling; i.e., 150 respondents drawn from high school in Indramayu, and the rests were taken from Cirebon. The analysis was done by scoring techniques. Based on the results there are changes in social norms among the youths. For about 91 percent in Indramayu male and female respondents have dated at least once. Meanwhile in Cirebon, the pattern shows only 80 percent. There is also evidence that 53 percent young men and women in Indramayu have ever been kissed, and 29 percent for case in Cirebon. One of the causes of the change in norms is the globalization involving technology improvement, especially spreading of internet. The survey revealed that the most dominant in influencing the youngster relationship such as kissing, hugging, holding hands and even sexual intercourse is porn video. Approximately at56 percent or 167 people of the 300 respondents get the motivation after watching it.
 
Effect of Total Members and Current Ratio on the Rest of Cooperative Business Result
This study aims to analyze the effect of variable number of members and current ratio on the remaining business results (SHU). The sample used is all data for the time series period 2012-2018. The data used are secondary data and the method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 23 program to obtain the influence of the independent variables with the dependent variable. The results showed that the number of members had a positive and significant effect on the residual results of operations, the current ratio had a negative and significant effect on the residual results of operations.
 
Effect of Economic Growth on Poverty in Bima City
Natural disasters and inflation that occurred in the city of Bima caused economic growth to slow down and cause the impact of social inequality that causes poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variable in this study is economic growth while the dependent variable is poverty in the City of Bima for the period 2012-2018. The sample in this study is economic growth in the form of GDRP data based on constant prices and poverty over the past 7 years, from 2012 to 2018. The data used in this study are in the form of a list of tables on economic growth in the form of GDRP based on constant prices and poverty during 7 years obtained from the Central Statistics Agency office in Bima City. The data used are secondary data and the method used is simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient, simple linear determination and t test (2 parties) using SPSS Version 21.0 to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The results showed that economic growth had no effect and was not significant on poverty in the Bima city
Online absention System as implementation of ASN management in the new normal era in Jambi Province
Since the issuance of Presidential Decree (Keppres) No. 11 of 2020 concerning the Establishment of Public Health Emergency COVID-19 and Circular Letter of the National Personnel Agency (BKN) Number 11/SE/IV/2020 concerning the Guidelines for Disciplinary Punishment for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Conducting Travel Activities Outside the Region and/or Going Home during the Emergency Public Health Period, Jambi Provincial Government implements an online attendance policy through the SiAbOn application installed on a smartphone. The goal is to monitor the location of the presence of the ASN during the Eid al-Fitr holidays from 23 to 25 May 2020, as well as concrete efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19. The research problem formulation is to see how the effectiveness and efficiency as well as the impact of the SiAbOn application on the implementation of ASN management in the new normal era. Data sources were obtained from ASN, Department of Communication and Information (Dinas Kominfo), and Jambi Province Regional Personnel Agency (BKD Prov. Jambi). The sample location is Jambi Province. The research method used was quantitative. The results showed that out of 11,214 ASNs, 92.37% (10,351 ASNs) used SiAbOn, while 7.70% (863 ASNs) did not. These results are very satisfying considering the preparation time until the implementation was very short, only 14 days with an ASN area of more than 600 km2, geographical challenges, and limited internet infrastructure. The SiAbOn implementation policy during the Eid holiday then was adopted as a permanent policy in the new normal era replacing the obligation to record attendance using a hand-key machine which could be the source of COVID-19 spread
The Effect of Brand Associations and Brand Awareness on the Decision to Buy a Sim Card
In the rapid development of technology, the business world is required to compete in this globalization era. The company is expected to keep abreast of technological developments accompanied by producing goods that are in accordance with the times and are full of innovative. Considering now, cellphone is a necessity item that cannot be separated from daily life, of course, causing increasingly fierce competition between cellulair operators to attract the attention of consumers to want to use and remain loyal to their products. This is the basis for thinking of this research with its long-term goal of creating a close and strong relationship with consumers through brand equity . In the context of creating loyal customers, the task of marketers is always not focused on the effort to practice marketing mix as the main strategy. The short-term goal is to analyze the influence of brand awareness and, brand associations. In relation to Sim cards more and more choices of goods and services make possibilities moving brands are higher, customers are less loyal so they need to get attention.
The results obtained that there are three variables that have a significant effect partially, namely brand associations with a significance value of probabilities as α of 0,000 <0.05 while the calculated value> t table is 8.871> 0.1996. The results of the t test calculation of the Brand Awareness variable obtained the significance value of the probability α of 0.223> 0.05 while the value of t count <t table is -2222 <0.1996. 
Analysis of Leadership Behave And Career Development: Study of Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Non TPI Jakarta Barat
This research was conducted to analyze the effect of training, work culture, leadership behaves on the intention of career development of Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus non-TPI Jakarta Barat. The research sample used was 40 respondents consisting of Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus non-TPI Jakarta Barat section employees, namely between the Services and Verification of Travel Document, Intelligence, and Investigation Operation, Stay Permit and Immigration Status and Citizenship, Immigration Information System and Technology, Human Resources and Administration. Data analysis in this study using PLS analysis using PLS version 3.2.8 software The results show that training had no significant on career development, training had no significant effect on leadership behave, work cultural had no significant effect on career development, work cultural had no significant effect on career development, leaderships behave had a significant effect on career development on Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Non-TPI Jakarta Barat Based on the results of the research conducted, the variable leaderships behave has the most important role because it becomes an intervening variable, which connects training variables to career development variable and works cultural variable to career development variable

The Effect of Work Conflict and Work Stress on the Spirit at Work of Local Water Company (PDAM) Employee in South Solok Regency
This study aims to do understanding: (1) the effect of work conflict to the spirit at work; (2) the impact of work stress on the spirit at work; (3) the effect of a work conflict and work stress to the spirit at work of PDAM employee in South Solok Regency. This research used quantitative research method by casual associative approach. The sampling technique that used was purposive sampling technique with 39 people. The method used to compile data was questionnaire method. The method that used to analyze data in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression by SPSS programs v 20.0 for windows. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it was known that the work conflict (X1) has a significant effect on the spirit at work (Y) with beta coefficient 0.283. Work stress (X) has a significant effect on the spirit at work (Y) with beta coefficient 0.631. This result shows that work conflict and work stress have a significant and positive effect on the work spirit of PDAM employee in South Solok Regency with sig. Score F < 5% (0.000 < 0,05). In conclusion, work conflict and work stress are the factors which affect the spirit at work with 61.7%, while the other percentage 38.3% is affected by the other factors which are not becoming research object from this study

The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based e-commerce information system using a Content Management System (CMS) that can provide informative information, make transactions online, and expand market coverage. The system is built using CMS WordPress. The method used in system development is a prototype method with the system modeling language used is Unified Modelling Language (UML). The Effect Of Milenial Generation Characteristics Of Job Satisfaction Relations And Employee Engagement: Study of Millennials work in Micro Finance in Lebak Regency, Banten
This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the Millennial Generation Characteristics of Employee Engagement. The population in this study The study was conducted by taking samples of Millennials who are actively working at Micro Finance companies with a total of 150 respondents. The sample size was taken as many as 150 respondents, with probability sampling methods especially simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the value of R- Square (R2) Employee Engagement is 0.786 and Employee Satisfaction is 0.647 thus indicating that the contribution of Grit, Worklife Balance, and Jon Resources variables to Employee Engagement and Employee Satisfaction are 0.786 or 78.6% and 0.647 or 64.7%. And the rest is influenced by other factors not examined
