    The Effects of Halal Certification and Web Design on Purchase Intention Mediated by Brand Trust in E-Commerce of Halal Cosmetics Consumers in Bandung Raya

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of halal certification and web design on purchase intention mediated by brand trust in e-commerce of halal cosmetic consumers in Bandung Raya. The novelty of the research is the combination of the independent variables namely halal certification and web design taken  from the previous research, with the Greater Bandung area as the research location. The instrument used as the data collection tool comprising 123 respondents who are the consumers of halal cosmetics, aged 15 to 64 to be assessed in this study. The technique of determining the sample, the number of samples and the data analysis techniques can be adjusted to the object of research conducted for further researches. The analytical tools to test the instrument data are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and Sobel tests with SPSS version 25 software tools. Of the 7 proposed research hypotheses, 6 hypotheses are supported by empirical data. The results of this study can also be useful for object managers who are assessed regarding the design of strategies or programs that are relevant to improve the quality of these attributes

    Non-Physical Work Environment, Career Development, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance

    Employee performance (EP) is one of the supporting factors in improving the quality of tertiary institutions to support improving services to the academic community. The phenomena in this study are employee dissatisfaction triggered by inadequate non-physical work environment policies, unclear opportunities for career development, and low levels of work motivation which  affect performance effectiveness. To what extend are non-physical work environment (NP), career development, and WM on EPer interrelated? A few researchers have explored such relation, especially in the scope of higher education, however, it is inadequate. This study uses different types of data, qualitative and quantitative, whereas the sample and the population comprised civil servants of echelon III and IV at Hasanuddin University with a total of 120 respondents. As for the data analyses method, a multiple linear regression is implemented. The findings showed that NP variables, career development, and WM have a significant effect on EPer. These indicate that career development has a dominant effect on EPer. The results of the study contribute to the development of theory and practice in the areas of work psychology and human resources management

    Fraud Prevention Through Internal Control and Moral Sensitivity (A Case Study at State-Owned Banks)

    Fraudulent behavior includes any unethical or harmful behavior that affects people, organizations, and  environment. The purpose of this study is to examine how internal control, as well as sensitivity and morality can prevent  fraud from occurring. There are four state-owned banks participating in this study. To collect the data, questionnaires were distributed to and completed by 100 workers of state-owned banks. Additionally, this study implemented multiple linear regression analysis as its methodology. The findings of this study demonstrate that internal control has a positive and significant impact on preventing fraud with a t count > t table, specifically 4.239 > 1.66023 with a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05, and moral sensitivity has a positive and significant impact on preventing fraud with a t count > t table, specifically 1.998 > 1.66023 with a significance value of 0.048, less than 0.05

    In this dynamic era, maintaining loyal and qualified human resources is a step to increase company productivity in order to achieve set goals. Many factors affect employee satisfaction, one of which is job satisfaction. Maintaining employee loyalty by increasing the level of job satisfaction is done by creating a conducive and positive work environment. The work environment includes the physical environment, psychological environment, and social environment. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee loyalty with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is review with 20 articles. Based on the results of this study, the work environment has a strong influence on employee job satisfaction. A work environment that can make employees develop optimally with appropriate rewards can increase worker satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is very influential in increasing employee loyalty to the company. Employees with high levels of satisfaction will give their energy and time for the success of the organization

    This research aims to confirm the effect of Work Environment and Training as exogenous variables by using Organizational Culture and Motivation as intervening variables on Performance. The quantitative method with three substructures is used. The population consists of 190 employees, 130 of which are researched using the Morgan table and 30 respondents are assigned to measure the validity and reliability. The results of this study reveal: work environment and training affect the variables of Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Performance; Training affects Organizational Culture and Motivation but not Performance variables; Organizational Culture Affects Performance, and Motivation does not affect Performance. Indirect effects: work environment variables affect Performance through organizational culture variables but do not affect Performance through Motivation. Training variables affect Performance through Organizational Culture but do not affect Performance through Motivation

    The Influence of Advanced Enterprise Risk Management Implementation Analyses : The Role Of Environmental, Social and Governance Performances

    The objective of this study is to investigate to which extend does Enterprise Risk Management Advanced (ERMADV) implementation impacts the firm performance and the moderated value by ESG performance. The assessment of ERMADV implementation level is conducted by using eight components derived from governance and firm operating activities with related measurements  on Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) principle and COSO ERM-Integrated Framework. Board Gender Diversity, Board of Commissioner Size, Firm Size, Leverage and Return on Equity (ROE) were further included in this study as control variables. This study focuses on the manufacture and mining industry registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website from year 2015 to 2021. The findings of this research indicate that ERMADV significantly affects firm performance and value. In addition, it is discovered that ESG plays a moderating influence. Furthermore, ESG suggests that an advanced ERM framework will prioritize risks associated with ESG-related aspects to find out whether or not it is resilient and integrated. As a result, this strategy will direct organizations in developing ethical decision-making strategies, thus, improving financial performance and firm value

    This research aims to analyze the Development Strategy for Village-Owned Enterprises (B.U.M.D.E.S.) in Jeruju Berkah, especially in the Tourism Business Sector in the Equator Park Area in Jeruju Besar Village, Kubu Raya Regency, Post-Covid 19. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research results show that the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (B.U.M.D.E.S.) can be used as a strategy that should be considered in village development efforts and to improve community welfare. Meanwhile, the obstacles are the abandonment of Village-Owned Enterprises in the Equator Park Area Tourism Business Sector during COVID-19, the lack of number of visitors after the Village-Owned Enterprises in the Equator Park Area Tourism Business Sector reopened after COVID-19, and the lack of innovation carried out by the management in promoting Equator Tourism.     Strategic Insights into Elevating Marketing Performance

    This research aims to determine the strategies used by the Melati Farming Women's Group in Bogor to improve product marketing performance. This article presents strategic insights into the marketing performance of the sweet potato brownie business through a mixed methodology approach. Data collected in research consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through observations and interviews in the form of prices produced and costs incurred to operate the business to gain profits, and secondary data was obtained from publications from related agencies, various print and online media, books, and literature related to research. The data collection method in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that through the application of strategic management practices, such as international standardization with the SQF Code, product innovation, and response to global trends, this group has created a strong basis for expanding their business into international markets, even though on a relatively small scale. Based on the results of processing the IFE matrix, the total score is 3.11. This illustrates that the sweet potato brownie product business is a strong company internally, and based on the EFE matrix processing results in the table above, the resulting total score is 3.11. This illustrates that the KWT Melati sweet potato brownie business has solid external business opportunities

Bintang Kadiri from Motivation perform better when their leaders adopt a transformational style, and the fourth hypothesis showed the employee performance at PT. Bintang Kadiri is significantly impacted by job satisfaction
