Evaluation Of Government Policy On School From Home And Its Impact On Parents Stress Level In Bekasi City
Get PDFIn accordance with government policies on some provinces, starting Monday (3/16/2020) up to this very moment, the policy of learning/school from home is still being implemented, starting from kindergarten, elementary, junior high, and high school levels even to universities. This step was taken by the government to anticipate the spread of a new type of coronavirus or Covid-19 within the educational institutions. The direct impact of changes in the learning system, so-called ‘internet-based learning’, has forced various parties to follow and being adaptive to this government policy. On the one hand, this gives students and parents in general, the opportunity to approach new learning systems, but on the other hand, there are still many lacks of devices and readiness of parents to catch up with the system changes that are suddenly applied without the stage of socialization and preparation. For educators, especially elementary school teachers to secondary schools and leaders of educational institutions, the policies provide many opportunities as well as a threat, because there are needs for certain preparation for teachers to engage the education process with a completely different pattern from conventional learning. Parents of the students, also facing challenges outside their daily routine and various tasks and responsibilities in the office, which almost sudden now have to prepare, even assisting their children in learning through the internet. This certainly has a psychological impact on parents' stress. Seeing the above facts, it is deemed necessary to design an education system with a learning pattern at home, which is an internet-based education system that is able to create an atmosphere and learning process that is fun, stimulating, and challenge students to develop themselves optimally in accordance with their talents and abilities, and parents as a companion of their children in the process of learning from home may avoid psychological stress

Specifically for Indonesia, the unemployment rate is still relatively high. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded the number of open unemployment in August 2019 of 5.28% or reaching 7.05 million people. The unemployment rate increased in number compared to August 2018 by 7 million people or decreased by a percentage of 5.34%,The increase in TPAK gives an indication of the economic potential from the supply side of the increased workforce. Judging from the employment trends during August 2018-August 2019, this cannot be separated from the mindset of students in general. Students tend to want to become job seekers (job seekers) rather than job creators. Therefore, one of the efforts to reduce unemployment is by instilling and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in students.Ahmad Dahlan Institute of Technology Jakarta as a technopreneur campus, specifically students have received entrepreneurship courses which include soft skills, leadership and entrepreneurship, in this case divided into 5 competency sections taught namely, character, communication and interpersonal, creativity and innovation, selling products and services, and business management. The five competencies are then organized into 14 meetings and entrepreneurial practices using the student centered learning method

Online-based learning has been long echoed, online-based learning methods also have been implemented in several developed countries. In Indonesia it's self this method was already known as PJJ (distance learning). Does online based learning a necessity for students and teachers, while students and parents do not fully understand technology. then how the readiness technological infrastructure which includes the internet network, smartphones and laptops to support this learning, from the school and students. With the great distance between students and teachers, could online-based learning methods produce purity of learning outcomes. This paper will use qualitative methods, where data will be generated through observation, interviews and information from print and electronic media. The purpose of this paper is to map the problem of online base learning. at least, where one side of this method must be applied because of the pandemic period, on the other hand this method will not run optimally when conditions are normal.

No full textThe era of the industrial revolution 4.0 that is currently happening is marked by the rush of digitalization and automation which causes humans to not be separated from gadgets and the internet. Humans are subjects who play a role in regulating and determining that connectivity. People who have strong character will successfully develop connectivity in internet-based networks. Innovative, creative, honest, disciplined traits are required to exist in a network. That is why character education for our students is so necessary. Several research results show that the teachings and thoughts of Ki Hadjar Dewantara or Tamansiswa teachings are still very relevant to education today, this is because Ki Hadjar Dewantara teaches various things in shaping the character of the nation and is very down to earth and rooted in Indonesian culture, including Tutwuri Handayani, Pancadharma, Among, which is based on Trikon (continuity, convergence, and concentricity), Tripusat education (family, school, community), Tringga (Ngerti, Ngrasa, Nglakoni).

The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the World of Education in Indonesia
Get PDFSince the beginning of 2020, the world has been shocked by the Corona Virus Diseases (Covid-19) pandemic which has spread rapidly throughout the world, infecting more than forty million people, causing more than one million deaths by October 2020. This pandemic has an impact on the education world where all levels of education from kindergarten to postgraduate are required to carry out distance learning through online-based classes. Various problems then arise in distance learning because not all students have the facilities and infrastructure needed in its implementation, even causing casualties. This research examines and discusses the phenomenon of Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on the education world in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out government policies in overcoming learning problems in a pandemic situation and finding the right policies so that learning can still be carried out effectively, how the supervision needs to be done by the government so that teaching and learning activities can run effectively and how the teaching communication strategies in using online media so that the delivery of material by lecturers can be easily understood by students. From the research results, several conclusions were obtained. The Minister's policy to carry out the online learning process still faces various challenges in its implementation; The learning process from home must always be monitored through good cooperation between students, parents, and educators, especially for primary and secondary education; and by using some appropriate learning communication strategies, the online teaching and learning process can be carried out more effectively because it does not take up a lot of time and space

Normal Supposedly embarrassed and could make the experience from these people if see the concept, entrepreneurship be entrepreneurial while their entrepreneurship taste of the French language "Enterprende" which means to perform or carry out, while understanding the entrepreneur is one who organizes, manages and bears the risk of the business. Now, this entrepreneur also often include the inventor and developer of business, which can recognize and exploit opportunities. Convert chances into something worth performed and marketed. To grow themselves disabilities deaf, our team community service to choose the Finger Talk communities, as a forum to educate entrepreneurship training and processing and bread baking for friends disabilities deaf, from the training expected to foster the entrepreneurial spirit for disabilities friends and have expertise in making bread so that it can generate several kinds of food with some flavor.

Data collection techniques used were interviews, literature study, observation, and documentation. The data collection was analyzed and grouped based on the research problems. The results of this study indicate that the Tourism Object namely Pancasila Sakti Monument in Lubang Buaya is one of the tourism objects that have the potential to be developed in DKI Jakarta
The Effect Of Price Discounts And Packaging Bonuses On Impulsive Purchasing Decisions To Consumers Of Alfamart In Sunter Jaya, North Jakarta
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the magnitude of the price effect of discounts and packaging bonuses at Alfamart in Sunter Jaya, North Jakarta. The population in this study were all Alfamart customers in Sunter Jaya, North Jakarta with a sample of 130 respondents by using the accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique used is questionnaires, for each respondent given 26 statements. Based on hypothesis testing using a t-test, price discounts and packaging bonuses are positive and significant for impulsive purchasing decisions. The results of the f test show that all the independent variables in this study significantly influence impulsive purchasing decisions. R square value is 0.815 which can be interpreted that the effect of variable x (price discount and packaging bonus) on the variable y (impulsive purchase decision) is 81.5%, while the remaining 18.5% is influenced by variables outside the variables studied

Get PDFMotivation and work discipline are the important things in an organization, because theh are a factor which plays a role in obtaining the optimal work. With the motivation accompanied by good work discipline of the employees will greatly affect the personal performance which in the end the organizational goals will be easily achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance, both together and partially. The approach of this research is quantitative with a population of 149 and sample 108. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using t test and F test. The results showed motivation has an influence on the performance of the Directorate of Ports of the Ministry of Transportation's employees by 15.6%. Discipline has an influence on the performance of the Ministry of Transportation's Port Directorate's employees by 19.4%. Motivation and Discipline together have an influence of 27.6%
The Influence of the Role of Leadership, Coordination, and Education and Training on Enhancing the Safety Culture At Budiarto Airport
No full textThis study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the development of leadership quality, coordination and training and education on improving safety culture. Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that: partially shows that the role of leadership has a positive and significant influence of 26.4% on safety culture. The second independent variable is coordination which has a positive and significant effect of 74.4% on safety culture. Partially the third independent variable of education and training also has a positive and significant effect of 20.5% on the quality of safety culture. Furthermore, the independent variables of the Role of Leadership, coordination, training and education are tested simultaneously or together using the F Test and prove to have an influence with three positive independent variables and all three are significant to the Improvement of Safety Culture with the magnitude of influence can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) is 74.9
