Rooted in local knowledge and spiritual beliefs passed down through generations, these practices involve the use of natural resources, particularly medicinal plants, alongside rituals and prayers that balance the spiritual and physical realms. Using a literature review method, this study identifies, analyzes, and synthesizes relevant research to gain a deeper understanding of traditional medicine, with data sourced from leading academic databases such as Scopus, focusing on English-language publications from 1988 to 2024. By deepening the understanding of the cultural and health values inherent in traditional healing, this study promotes its sustainability amid globalization

Optimization of Public Services through It-Based Drilling Well Mapping in Tasikmalaya Regency

    Get PDF
Tasikmalaya Regency faces significant obstacles in the provision of clean water, especially in areas that are prone to drought during the dry season. Although the central and provincial governments have provided assistance in the form of drilled wells, until now there is no integrated data collection system available to map the exact location of drilled wells. This research aims to create innovations in public services related to the provision of clean water by developing information technology-based drilled well mapping (Deep Well Map) so that groundwater management can be carried out more efficiently. This study applies a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews with village heads in 11 villages receiving drilled well assistance, and data triangulation to ensure the accuracy of the information collected. The results of the study show that the use of information technology in drilling well mapping can produce more systematic data on the distribution of wells, technical conditions, and the level of damage that occurs. This data is then packaged in the form of a web-based digital map that can be accessed online through the blogger platform. The existence of this digital map makes it easier for local governments to maintain and repair damaged drilled wells. In addition, this mapping also contributes to more targeted policy making related to groundwater management. This innovation is expected to be a sustainable solution in meeting the needs of clean water and improving the quality of public services in Tasikmalaya Regency

Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, with informants selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate that digital marketing is carried out through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Additionally, an official website is available; however, its management falls under the authority of the Bogor Regency Government, resulting in suboptimal utilization. The implementation of digital marketing in Gunung Dago still faces challenges, primarily due to the management's heavy reliance on Instagram as the primary promotional medium, while the website remains underutilized. The main obstacles identified include limited human resource capabilities in managing various digital platforms. Therefore, technology-based training for tourism managers and the provision of supporting infrastructure are necessary to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies

Indonesia has now entered the era of globalization. The era of globalization is when each country's culture blends into a global culture. One of the popular cultures favored in Indonesia is Korean POP culture. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-regulation and purchase intention for products advertised by K-Pop artists among students. The population in this study consists of K-Pop fan students. The sample used in this research was 105 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. There were two instruments used in this study. First, the Short Self-Regulation Scale (SSR), which consists of nine question items, developed by Tresnadiani and Taufik (2020). Second, a scale adapted from the product purchase intention scale for Honda products developed by Wicaksono (2015), which consists of eight question items. These two scales were distributed through various social media platforms to collect research data. After collecting the research data, the data were analyzed using parametric analysis, with hypothesis testing using the Spearman correlation test. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26. The results of the Spearman correlation test showed a significance value in the Sig. (2-tailed) section of 0.002 (0.002 < 0.05), indicating that there is a relationship between self-regulation and purchase intention for products advertised by K-Pop artists. The Pearson correlation result was 0.302, meaning the strength of the relationship is considered weak. The weak relationship indicates that the products advertised by K-Pop idols do not always attract the purchasing interest of K-Pop fans to buy those products. Instead, there are other factors that can influence purchasing interest, such as product quality, packaging, and price
