The Impact of Use of Electronic Medical Records on The Quality Of Health Services and Patient Safety: Review
Electronic Medical Records have been introduced to improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare services, as well as patient safety. This study aims to review the impact of the use of Electronic Medical Records on these aspects through a narrative review. The literature review was conducted using three databases, namely PubMed, MEDLINE, and CINAHL, with the addition of Google Scholar for wider coverage. The articles retrieved were limited to publications from January 2013 to October 2023. The implementation of Electronic Medical Records improves the efficiency of healthcare services by accelerating patient data access, reducing administrative costs, and strengthening coordination between healthcare workers. However, although the advantages of Electronic Medical Records are seen in increasing the accuracy and accessibility of medical information, there are risks to patient safety, such as data input errors and the threat of data leakage. Overall, Electronic Medical Records contribute positively to improving the quality of healthcare services, especially in chronic disease management, collaboration between medical professionals, and real-time monitoring of patient conditions, which have an impact on the continuity and effectiveness of care
Technostress Level of Medical Education Study Program Students and Its Relationship With Sleep Quality
The prevalence of poor sleep quality among medical students is high, with some meeting the criteria for insomnia. This study aimed to examine differences in technostress levels based on gender, age, and year of study, as well as the relationship between technostress and sleep quality. Using an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach, 138 male and female students aged 17–23 years from three study years participated. Data were collected online using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) to assess sleep quality and the Tech-Q questionnaire to measure technostress. Statistical analysis was conducted using Spearman's correlation test. Results indicated that female students experienced significantly higher technostress levels than males (p=0.002). However, technostress was not influenced by age, year of study, or associated with sleep quality (p>0.05). In conclusion, while gender differences in technostress exist, there is no correlation between technostress and sleep quality among medical students
Basic Competencies of Disaster Nurses: A Scoping Review
Disaster is an event that harms various aspects such as physical, economic and infrastructure. Emergency nurses have an important role in disaster management in the mitigation, preparedness, response and rehabilitation phases. Nurses involved in the disaster management process, especially in the response phase, must have specific skills in handling mass casualties in a disaster emergency. The purpose of writing this article is to find out what basic competencies must be possessed by nurses as a team in a disaster. The method in writing this article uses a scoping review consisting of; 1) deter-mining research questions, 2) searching for relevant articles, 3) selecting ar-ticles included in the review process, 4) mapping data, 5) compiling, summa-rizing and reporting results. Analysis of research data using thematic anal-yses. The results of the study found four themes, namely; 1) one-command nurse communication in a disaster area, 2) nurse preparedness before and af-ter a disaster, 3) nurses' sensitivity to ethics and culture in dealing with dis-aster victims, 4) having skills in disaster triage, basic first aid and basic life support for victims on disaster
Comparison of Environmental Costs of Hospital X in 2023 and 2024 Based on Hansen and Mowen Theory

The purpose of this study is to analyze the environmental costs of Hospital X. This research is a descriptive quantitative type. This research was conducted in August - December 2024. Primary and secondary data were collected. Environmental prevention and detection costs are lower than internal failures in 2023 and 2024. The total costs incurred in 2023 were greater than those in 2024. The data also shows that there were no expenditures related to external environmental failure costs. The largest percentage is also shown in the internal failure cost expenditure which is 1.62% in 2023 and 1.15% in 2024
The Correlation Between Low Birth Weight And Stunting Incidence In Balet Baru Village, Sukowono District, Jember Regency
Stunting is an indicator of chronic nutritional disorders and is still a complex public health problem. One of the direct risk factors for stunting is Low Birth Weight (LBW). This study is an analytical observational study that aims to determine the correlation between the history of Low Birth Weight (LBW) and the incidence of stunting in toddlers. The research was carried out in Balet Baru Village, Sukowono District, Jember Regency. The population in this study were all children aged 6 months to 5 years who are recorded in the Maternal and Child Health (KIA) register in Balet Baru Village. The total number of research subjects was 168 toddlers in a case-control design. Bivariate analysis is used to determine the relationship between LBW history and stunting incidence using the Chi-Square test. The results of the analysis showed a p-value of 0.002 (p < 0.05), which means that there is a statistically significant correlation between the history of LBW and the incidence of stunting in children aged 6 months to 5 years. An odds ratio (OR) value of 4.640 shows that children with a history of LBW have a 4.64 times greater risk of stunting than children without a history of LBW
The Provision of Social Support Increases the Return-to-Work Rate of Musculoskeletal Injury Patients: A Systematic Review
The most common problem in orthopedics that becomes the main cause of disability worldwide is musculoskeletal injuries. It may develop into chronic conditions that interfere with social function, quality of life, and productivity. The Return to Work (RTW) Rate is used for measuring the success of intervention. Provision of social support becomes the psychosocial interventions that may reduce the negative impact. This study aimed to learn whether social support may increase the RTW rate of musculoskeletal injury, by conducting a systematic review based on Preferred Reporting Items for System and Meta Analysis (PRISMA). Literature search using three databases, Springer, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and manual searching. The critical appraisal tool used was the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) checklist. There were seven included articles with high and medium quality. All studies were conducted in developed countries. Social support from supervisors and colleagues increases the chances of achieving partial and sustained RTW, and reduces the rate of interrupted RTW, while social support from family and friends can reduce the chances of achieving a partial RTW. More studies analyzing provision of social support to patients with other medical conditions should be made in the population of working age in developing countries, to assess for possible generalization of the results of the present systematic review

The Impact of Reproductive Health Education on Delaying Early Marriage at Kartika IV-2 Jember High School
Early marriage is still a significant social problem in Indonesia, especially in areas with certain social and economic backgrounds. Jember Regency is one of the regions with a high rate of early marriage compared to the national average. This phenomenon is influenced by various factors, including family economic conditions, a culture that considers early marriage as normal, and a lack of education on reproductive health. The impact of early marriage is extensive, including reproductive health risks, psychosocial developmental disorders, limited access to education, and declining household economic conditions. Therefore, more effective prevention efforts are needed to reduce the number of early marriages, one of which is through reproductive health education in schools. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach at SMA Kartika IV-2 Jember. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 20 students who had received reproductive health education. In addition, observation and documentation were also conducted to strengthen the research findings. The data obtained were explained inductively to understand how reproductive health education contributes to delaying early marriage among students. The results showed that reproductive health education has a positive impact on increasing students' awareness of the risks of early marriage. Most students who have received education show a more choosy attitude in relationships and better understand the importance of physical and mental readiness before marriage. However, challenges remain, especially in dealing with social norms that still support early marriage. Therefore, synergy between schools, families, and the government is needed to strengthen reproductive health education and create policies that better support the prevention of early marriage
Implementation of Nutritional Status Information System in Improving NCC Services
Managing data in health services is of course very complicated and requires a lot of time. Information systems in health services provide efficient benefits. The service and reporting process at the NCC is considered to be still not optimal. The impact of patient visits is still minimal and does not attract the attention of consumers. The aim of this research is to create a web-based service system at NCC. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle system development. The results of the planning found that NCC provided one of the services handled by nutritionists regarding calculating children's nutritional status based on anthropometric standards. The system analysis is divided into 2, namely functional requirements and non-functional requirements. In system design, a system flowchart, context diagram and data flow diagram are obtained. At the system implementation stage, the user has tested it using a black box test with satisfactory result
