wytłoków z jagody kamczackiej na wyroby
półcukiernicze mają na celu ocenę wpływu
tego dodatku na jakość, cechy sensoryczne
i wartość odżywczą bułek z ciasta drożdżowego
półcukierniczego. Wytłoki z jagody
kamczackiej, bogate w błonnik, polifenole
i inne bioaktywne związki, mogą poprawić
prozdrowotne właściwości wyrobów półcukierniczych.
Wprowadzenie dodatkowego
składnika do receptury ciasta zmienia
również właściwości sensoryczne, wpływając
na smak, barwę i teksturę wyrobów,
nadając im lekko kwaśny posmak i ciemniejszą
barwę. Ponadto, błonnik zawarty
w wytłokach wpływa na wilgotność i kruchość
wyrobu, co może wymagać dostosowania
receptur i technologii produkcji.
Badania wykazały, że obecność naturalnych
przeciwutleniaczy może przedłużać
trwałość produktów, opóźniając procesy
oksydacyjne. Zastosowanie wytłoków z jagody
kamczackiej w wyrobach półcukierniczych
pozwala uzyskać produkt będący
ciekawą i zdrowszą alternatywą typowych
bułeczek z ciasta drożdżowego, konieczne
jest jednak dostosowanie parametrów technologicznych
procesu.Studies on the impact of the use of

products aim to assess the
impact of this additive on the quality,
sensory characteristics and nutritional
value of semi-confectionery yeast
rolls. Kamchatka berry extracts, rich in
fiber, polyphenols and other bioactive
compounds, can improve the healthpromoting
properties of semi-confectionery
products. The addition of an additional
ingredient to the cake recipe also changes
the sensory properties, affecting the taste,
colour and texture of the products, giving
them a slightly sour aftertaste and darker
colour. In addition, the fibre contained in
the blanks affects moisture and brittleness,
which may require adaptation of recipes and
production technology. Studies have shown
that the presence of natural antioxidants can
prolong the shelf life of products, delaying oxidation processes. The use of Kamchatka
berry pomace in semi-confectionery
products allows to obtain a product that is
an interesting and healthier alternative to
typical buns from yeast dough, however,
it is necessary to adjust the technological
parameters of the process

otwartym terenie biorą udział między innymi: wojsko, straż pożarna czy podmioty prywatne.
Wiodącą instytucją w tym zakresie jest Policja. Działania Policji są oparte na
przepisach wewnętrznych, które posiadają charakter jawny, a tym samym są dostępne
dla ogółu społeczeństwa. W celu udowodnienia założeń niniejszego artykułu przeprowadzono
badania sondażowe, w których wzięli studenci Filii w Ełku Uniwersytetu
Warmińsko-Mazurskiego.Missing persons are an interesting social phenomenon that affects many areas of
individual, family or state life. Many institutions are involved in the search for missing
persons. The military, the fire service or private entities are involved in search activities
in the field. The leading institution in this respect is the Police. The activities of the
Police are based on internal regulations, which are public in nature and thus available
to the general public. In order to prove the assumptions of this article, a survey was

No full textSubject and purpose of work: This paper reflects that change needs to be conceptualized as a process in which women are active agents or natural participants. It examines microfinance through three dimensions of social change, analyzing its role in addressing gender inequities and economic marginalization.
Materials and methods: The study is based on a comprehensive review of literature on microfinance, feminism, and social change, analyzing its impact on women’s empowerment. It applies feminist theories to assess whether microfinance alleviates or reinforces gender disparities.
Results: Scholars and policymakers have different perspectives on the effectiveness of microfinance programs. Proponents of microfinance see it as empowering women through economic activities, while critics argue it fosters exploitation by increasing debt burdens.
Conclusion: The study concludes that the effectiveness of microfinance in empowering women depends on structural and policy frameworks, requiring feminist-informed policies to address
systemic issues for sustainable social change and gender equity.Przedmiot i cel pracy: Niniejszy artykuł odzwierciedla, że zmiana musi być konceptualizowana jako proces, w którym kobiety są aktywnymi agentami lub naturalnymi uczestnikami. Analizuje mikrofinansowanie poprzez trzy wymiary zmiany społecznej, analizując jego rolę w rozwiązywaniu nierówności płci i marginalizacji ekonomicznej.

No full textSubject and purpose of work: This paper divides the world into 10 countries or regions based on the member states of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP), and categorizes industries into 10 major sectors according to the International Standard Industrial
Classification (ISIC).
Materials and methods: Using the dynamic GTAP model, it analyzes the macroeconomic and micro-industry effects on both regional and non-member countries when import tariffs are reduced to zero among RCEP member states.
Results: Imulation results indicate that after tariff reductions, member countries experience GDP growth, improved trade conditions, increased social welfare, and significant gains in member
country benefits.
Conclusions: Each industry in member countries is affected to varying degrees, allowing countries to leverage their industrial advantages, enhance value-added products, and shift trade from outside the region to within the region.Przedmiot i cel pracy: Niniejszy artykuł dzieli świat na 10 krajów lub regionów w oparciu o państwa członkowskie Regionalnego Kompleksowego Porozumienia o Partnerstwie Gospodarczym
(RCEP) i kategoryzuje gałęzie przemysłu na 10 głównych sektorów zgodnie z Międzynarodową Standardową Klasyfikacją Przemysłową (ISIC). Materiały i metody: Korzystając z dynamicznego modelu GTAP, przeanalizowano makroekonomiczne i mikroprzemysłowe skutki zarówno dla krajów regionalnych, jak i krajów niebędących członkami, gdy cła importowe zostaną zredukowane do zera między państwami członkowskimi RCEP.
Wyniki: Wyniki symulacji wskazują, że po obniżeniu ceł kraje członkowskie doświadczają wzrostu PKB, poprawy warunków handlowych, wzrostu dobrobytu społecznego i znacznych korzyści dla krajów członkowskich.

No full textPrzekonania z zakresu New Age stały się powszechniejsze po pandemii COVID-
19. Badania pokazują, że znaczny odsetek osób deklarujących wiarę w ezoterykę jest
również związanych z tradycyjną religią. Alternatywne światy magiczne są jednak często
traktowane przez instytucje kościelne jako metafizyczne zagrożenie, które podważa
tradycyjne wartości religijnie ich definicję rzeczywistości. Skłania to reprezentantów
chrześcijaństwa do naturalizacji dyskursów, opartych na deprecjacji wszelkich form
magii, również tych występujących w produktach kulturowych. Celem artykułu jest
zbadanie, w jaki sposób podobieństwa ontologiczne między uniwersami gier fantasy
RPG a sferą sacrum wpływają na relacje tych gier z tradycyjnymi systemami religijnymi.
W artykule uwzględniono koncepcje socjologiczne i groznawcze, dotyczące
mechanizmów powstawania alternatywnych światów, w tym szczególną rolę nurtu
pop-theology, który integruje elementy duchowości z popkulturą. Badanie, oparte na
desk-research oraz studium przypadku, wskazuje jak światy fantasy mogą być postrzegane
przez tradycyjne wspólnoty religijne jako konkurencyjne wobec zinstytucjonalizowanych
systemów sacrum. Wnioski sugerują, że specyfika światotwórstwa gier
fantasy RPG, może być jednym z czynników determinujących traktowanie ich jako
wyzwania przez instytucje kościelne.New Age beliefs have become more prevalent following the COVID-19 pandemic,
with research showing that a significant proportion of those claiming to believe
in esotericism are also affiliated with traditional religion. However, alternative magical
worlds are often treated by church institutions as a metaphysical threat that undermines
traditional religious values with their definition of reality. This prompts representatives
of Christianity to naturalise discourses based on the depreciation of all forms of
magic, including those found in cultural products. The aim of this article is to explore
how the ontological similarities between fantasy RPG universes and the realm of the
sacred affect the relationship of these games to traditional religious systems. The article
considers sociological and horror concepts concerning the mechanisms of alternative
worlds, including the particular role of the pop-theology trend, which integrates elements
of spirituality with pop culture. The study, based on desk-research and a case
study, indicates how fantasy worlds can be perceived by traditional religious communities
as competing with institutionalised sacred systems. The findings suggest that
the specificity of fantasy RPG worldbuilding, may be one of the determinants of their
treatment as a challenge by church institutions
