Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Sebelum Dan Sesudah Akuisisi Yang Diukur Dengan Economic Value Added (EVA) Dan Market Value Added (MVA) (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan PT Semen Indonesia Tbk.)
The acquisition is one of the ways of expansion by taking over part or all of the stock of other companies. This research was conducted to see if the company is getting better financial performance after an acquisition or even vice versa. This research uses EVA and MVA approach, which is able to describe the rate of return generated wealth for investors and companies.\ud
The results showed that the EVA value before and after the acquisition has increased. While the value of MVA decreased. In the other hand, the results of paired sample T test showed that EVA has a significant influence after the acquisition, but MVA does not have a significant effect before and after the acquisition.\u

Analisa Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan PT. CST Indonesia Melalui Model Analisis Kuantitatif "TEV"
This paper describes the measurement of customer satisfaction for service quality at English course company using “TEV” Quantitative Analysis Model. This study not only measures customer satisfaction from one dimension of service quality but from five dimension of service quality. This study have analysis dimension of service quality which to be priority for customer from specialist aspect. Data processing was performed with TEV Quantitative Analysis Model that is weighted with Delphi Method and the Expected Value of performance assessment. Results from this study that the assessment of customer satisfaction for service quality corporate are categorized on a scale of four with a very satisfaction value 3.28. Of the 23 indicators measured, there are 16 indicators that are categorized very satisfaction, seven indicators of satisfaction categorized, zero indicators of disappointed, and zero indicator is considered very disappointed

Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja, namun dimasukkannya variable intervening Motivasi secara cukup signifikan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja
Studi Segmentasi Berorientasikan Psikografis dan Behavioral pada Konsumen Fitness Center di Surabaya
Terdapat beberapa fitness center di Surabaya yang membuat persaingan bisnis fitness center bertambah ketat. Oleh sebab itu fitness center harus mempunyai perbedaan dan keunggulan, yang membuatnya berbeda dari yang lain. Untuk bisa memberikan perbedaan, maka fitness center harus tahu dan menentukan jenis konsumen yang dilayani. Penelitian ini menganalisa segmentasi konsumen fitness center berdasarkan variabel-variabel yang mendasari proses pemilihan suatu fitness center (Purchasing), gaya hidup (Life Style) dan motivasi (Motive), serta keterlibatan (Involvement). Dilakukan analisa faktor untuk mereduksi dan mengelompokkan variabel menjadi 15 faktor yang mempunyai kemiripan, dan berdasarkan 15 faktor tersebut dilakukan analisa cluster untuk membagi responden. Analisa crosstab digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan profil responden antara cluster dan didapatkan bahwa ada perbedaan variabel pendidikan terakhir dan jenis pekerjaan pada 4 cluster yang terbentuk. Dengan demikian, dihasilkan 4 cluster/segmentasi yaitu: cluster ”kenyamanan”, cluster ”sensitivitas rendah”, cluster ”individual”, dan cluster ”kesenangan”. Dari informasi tersebut pengelola fitness center dapat menentukan target konsumen yang akan dilayani dan bagaimana pengelolaan fitness center

The global market for telecommunication industries is expanding rapidly. This situation has also increased the competition among prepaid card service providers in this sector. In order to retain the customer, the service providers must be able to identify the customer needs. In this study, conjoint analysis is applied to examine the service attributes that become the student’ preferences in choosing prepaid cards. Then, the cluster analysis is used to group the preferences based on the demographic aspects. The results show that the operator and signal strength are the most important service attributes for the students in Jakarta
