    KRL Commuter Line kini merupakan primadona baru dalam bidang transportasi darat bagi masyarakat Jabodetabek. Dengan ongkos yang relatif murah membuat angkutan ini menjadi pilihan utama penumpang di Jabodetabek. Pengelolaan dan penjadwalan KRL CL pun sangat diperlukan demi terciptanya kepuasan pelanggan yang setia menggunakan jasa angkutan ini dalam kesehariannya.\ud Penelitian ini dibuat guna mengurangi antrian penumpang yang terdapat pada setiap stasiun. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan penentuan jumlah kedatangan armada optimal untuk skenario kenaikan jumlah penumpang yang telah diasumsikan oleh penulis yaitu sebesar 25%, 50%, dan 75%. Skenario dibuat berdasarkan jumlah penumpang dari Bekasi sampai Manggarai yang didapat melalui observasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan observasi lapangan dengan melakukan perhitungan jumlah kedatangan penumpang di setiap stasiun dan juga perhitungan jumlah penumpang turun di setiap stasiun. Model dibuat berdasarkan data yang telah dikumpulkan dan diolah, dan disimulasikan pada masing-masing skenario sehingga diperoleh jumlah dan waktu antar kedatangan KRL yang sesuai. Pemilihan dilakukan berdasarkan jumlah penumpang yang terangkut dari masing-masing simulasi.\ud Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil, untuk skenario 1 digunakan 12 kedatangan krl dengan headway sebesar 600 detik, skenario 2 digunakan 13 kedatangan krl dengan headway sebesar 540 detik dan untuk skenario 3 digunakan 14 kedatangan krl dengan headway sebesar 540 detik

    As a recreational place, the amusement park provides entertainment to both domestic and foreign visitors. One of well-known amusement parks in Indonesia is Dunia Fantasi Ancol (Dufan) Jakarta. The objective of this study is to analyze the amusement park visitors’ perception in order to assist the development of improvement strategic plans. The refined Kano 's model and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method were applied. Based on data obtained from 272 visitors, there are 18 service attributes that affect the performance of Dufan: 8 attributes have excellent performance levels, 5 attributes have surplus performance levels, and 5 attributes should be improved. Finally, based on Blue Ocean Strategy model, nine improvement strategies and also proposed canvas strategy were provided

    PT.Padma SOODE Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bagian logam presisi stamping, presisi plastik molding, dan presisi perakitan elektronik. Untuk mengurangi perbedaan tingkat efisiensi karena perbedaan waktu antara unsur-unsur siklus bekerja, dilakukan Line Balancing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Line Balancing Helgeson-Birnie, metode peramalan dan Weight Moving Average, Moving Average, metode pengukuran akurasi peramalan berarti kuadrat kesalahan, dan ProModel 6.0 software untuk menguji kemampuan stasiun kerja untuk memenuhi permintaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode - metode di atas diperlukan 4 stasiun kerja selama 4 bulan terakhir dengan kemampuan untuk merakit 49,504 pcs (jumlah permintaan tertinggi berdasarkan peramalan empat periode rata-rata bergerak selama 4 bulan terakhir) coil saat ini dalam 153,51 jam dari total 160 jam waktu kerja dan rata-rata - rata-rata kenaikan tingkat efisiensi selama 4 bulan terakhir sebanyak 9,92

    Behind the image of the city as a modern city, not many people are aware that the city's mascot is actually Elang Bondol gripping Salak Condet on its hand where Elang Bondol is one of eagles that inhabit the Pulau Seribu, Jakarta. The legalisation of Elang Bondol became the mascot of Jakarta, starting from the Governor's Decree No. 1796 Year 1989. Actually Eagle Bondol with the Latin name Haliastur Indus is a migratory bird that is also found in Australia, India, South China, and the Philippines. Jakarta is one haven of the bird remains. Application of Elang Bondol and Salak Condet in Jakarta can be found in the form of a monument in almost all the border provinces of Banten Jakarta or West Java. In addition, the mascot is also been used in Transjakarta Bus logo before the logo is undergoing a process of transformation. Apart from its role as the city's mascot, an animal that looks handsome, are being threatened with extinction. Elang Bondol population on the wane because of the illegal wildlife trade and habitat destruction marsh area in Jakarta. These animals can only be found in the Marine Reserves of Pulau Rambut and “Ragunan” Zoo. With the research on the visual assessment Elang Bondol statue and Salak Condet as the mascot of the city through semiotic approach and iconography, is expected to provide a better understanding of the city. Which is expected to provide the viewpoint of improving the image optimally in the city of Jakarta and to establish a good perception in the eyes of the public regarding the preservation of the cultural heritage of the city

    SEGMENTASI CITRA MENGGUNAKAN HEBB-RULE DENGAN INPUT VARIASI RGB

    Algoritma Hebb-Rule merupakan algoritma pembelajaran pada jaringan saraf tiruan. Algoritma\ud ini dapat mencari nilai bobot peran dari masing-masing input. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan\ud output yang terpisah secara linear sesuai dengan kondisi yang diberikan ketika dilakukan\ud pelatihan terhadap sistem.\ud Variasi channel RGB yang dijadikan tujuh variasi, yaitu R, G, B, RG, RB, GB dan RGB. Ketujuh\ud variasi tersebut dapat di threshold nilai grayscale nya, sehingga menghasilkan citra binernya\ud masing-masing. Ketujuh variasi channel ini akan menjadi input pada jaringan saraf tiruan.\ud Perbandingan ketujuh variasi tersebut diimplementasikan pada perkalian masing-masing input\ud dengan masing-masing bobotnya. Output yang dihasilkan diadaptasi hanya untuk 0 dan 1.\ud Algoritma Hebb-rule digunakan pada pelatihan untuk menghasilkan bobot yang akan menentukan\ud peranan dari masing-masing input variasi channel RGB pada segmentasi citra untuk menentukan\ud warna yang akan dianggap obyek dan warna yang dianggap latar belakang.

    One of the dilemmas facing many retailers is how to handle seasonal goods, such as sarung dress or batik dress, biscuits and syrups during Idul Fitri celebration. Often they cannot be sold at full markup next year because of changes in styles, and expiry dates for foods and beverages. Furthermore, the lead time can be longer than the selling season, allowing no second chance to rush through another order to cover unexpectedly high demand. At the end of the period the product has either sold out or there is a surplus of unsold items to sell for a salvage value. The single-period inventory models are used in situations involving seasonal or perishable items that cannot be carried in inventory and sold in future periods.\ud This type of situation is often called the newsboy problem. If the newspaper seller does not buy enough newspapers to resell on the street corner, sales opportunities are lost. If the seller buys too many newspapers, the overage cannot be sold because nobody wants yesterday’s newspaper. \ud At this opportunity, we will use the single-period inventory models decisions to create an optimal order quantity decision with the highest expected payoff. We will be able to use this decision process for all such items over many selling seasons to maximize profits.\ud However, it is not a foolproof, and it can result in an occasional bad outcome. It will depend on the situation, if the probability of demand follows the demand probability planning, then you will be able to get the best decision to prepare and execute an order. \u

    Loyalty is a form of consumer satisfaction for goods / services received. Satisfaction is formed on the quality of a product that is applied in service. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect student loyalty to quality services XXX University, the quality of these services affect the survival of a university to be competitive in the long run. This study is the use of causal effect study, data was taken using a Stratified Random Sampling (STRS) with a sample of 350 students. Data analysis tool used is a structural equation modeling (SEM) in AMOS program 16. \ud SEM analysis results meet the criteria Goodness of Fit Index, which is as follows: the Chi-square = 522.423; Significance probability = 0.000; GFI = 0.867; AGFI = 0.833; CFI = 0.870; TLI = 0.851 dan RMSEA = 0.072. Based on the results of data analysis show that this research model is acceptable and support the research hypothesis, five of the six hypotheses give significant effect and one of hypotheses can’t give effect on loytalty.\u
