Methodological proposal to motivate students between 12 and 14 years old in the area of natural sciences
Get PDFIntroducción: La motivación de la gamificación tiene como finalidad implementar la gamificación en el área de Ciencias Naturales para el noveno año de básica, luego de haber analizado la problemática que los docentes aun mantenemos la metodología de enseñanza de la educación tradicional, haciendo de esto un aprendizaje denso y repetitivo para los estudiantes, es por ello por lo que en este proyecto se plantea como eje principal el uso de la gamificación. Objetivo: Esta investigación se centra en diseñar una metodología para motivar a los estudiantes del noveno del nivel superior en el área de las Ciencias Naturales. Metodología: La presente investigación se enmarca en una investigación no experimental, con enfoque epistemológico mixto, de cohorte transversal, alcanza el nivel descriptivo, para ellos se aplicó un muestreo probabilístico de tipo aleatorio estratificado a 33 estudiantes entre 12 hasta 14 años de la Escuela de Educación General Básica “Gaspar Sangurima “del cantón Cuenca provincia del Azuay. Resultados: Mediante la estadística la prueba de Shapiro Wilk se pudo contrastar la normalidad con un nivel de confiabilidad del obteniendo un 95%, donde se puede determinar que todas las variables no son paramétricas; ya que tienen un valor menor de 0,05 luego de alcanzar estos resultados, se puede ejecutar un análisis de los datos adquiridos. Se puede plantear y diseñar una propuesta, la misma que estarán orientadas con el objetivo de investigación. Conclusión: En conclusión, podemos asimilar que los estudiantes requieren un cambio de metodología para mejorar su enseñanza aprendizaje durante su etapa de desarrollo de conocimientos. Objective: The objective of this research focuses on designing a methodology to motivate ninth-grade students of the higher level around Natural Sciences. Methodology: The present investigation is framed in a non-experimental investigation, with a mixed epistemological approach, of transversal cohort, reaching the descriptive level, for which a stratified random probabilistic sampling was applied to 33 students between 12 and 14 years old from the School of Basic General Education “Gaspar Sangurima” of the Cuenca canton, province of Azuay. Results: Using the Shapiro Wilk test statistics, normality could be tested with a reliability level of 95%, where it can be determined that all variables are non-parametric; Since they have a value less than 0.05 after achieving these results, an analysis of the acquired data can be executed. A proposal can be proposed and designed, which will be oriented towards the research objective. Get PDFEl pasado siglo la humanidad comenzó de forma organizada a tomar conciencia de la limitación de los recursos naturales, su fragilidad y la necesidad de su conservación. En este contexto la Organización Mundial de Turismo promovió el desarrollo del turismo sostenible, resaltando el balance entre los objetivos sociales, económicos y medioambientales. La actual situación epidemiológica y conciencia global han hecho que toda la actividad turística, incluida el Turismo de Eventos, adopte acciones cada más sostenibles. La sostenibilidad no resulta de igual forma para las diferentes modalidades turísticas, toda vez que recursos, motivaciones, comportamientos, contactos y relaciones involucrados pueden ser totalmente distintos. Se impone una mirada holística y sostenible a la actividad de gestión de eventos, valorada en primera instancia por los flujos turísticos que genera y por ende sus ingresos, pero en el caso de los científicos técnicos – insertos en la sociedad del conocimiento. Aunque se entiende el concepto de sostenibilidad, hay una carencia de conocimiento en materia de Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible y acerca de su integración en las estrategias. Se define como objetivo general: Valorar la contribución de los eventos científico – técnicos a la sostenibilidad del destino turístico La Habana, referenciados al estudio de los Congresos Internacionales Pedagogía 2019 y Universidad 2020. No se han identificado trabajos anteriores que establezcan interrelaciones conceptuales o prácticas entre los elementos anteriormente expuestos. Por lo que el trabajo es una investigación teórica y exploratoria y su valor radica en la valoración del atractivo de la modalidad en cuestión.Last century, humanity began in an organized way to become aware of the limitation of natural resources, their fragility, and the need for their conservation. In this context, the World Tourism Organization promoted the development of sustainable tourism, highlighting the balance between social, economic and environmental objectives. The current epidemiological situation and global awareness have made all tourism activity, including Event Tourism, adopt increasingly sustainable actions. Sustainability is not the same for the different tourism modalities, since the resources, motivations, behaviors, contacts and relationships involved may be totally different. A holistic and sustainable look is imposed on the activity of event management, valued in the first instance by the tourist flows it generates and therefore its income, but in the case of technical scientists - inserted in the knowledge society. Although the concept of sustainability is understood, there is a lack of knowledge regarding the Sustainable Development Goal and its integration into strategies. The general objective is thus defined: Assess the contribution of scientific-technical events to the sustainability of the Havana tourist destination, referenced to the study of the International Congresses Pedagogía 2019 and Universidad 2020. No previous works have been identified that establish conceptual or practical interrelations between the elements previously exposed. So the work is a theoretical and exploratory research and its value lies in the assessment of the attractiveness of the modality in question
La inteligencia artificial en la enseñanza de la tecnología en electricidad
Get PDFIntroduction: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has had a great and important impact on the teaching of Electrical Technology. With the advancement of AI, tools have been developed that have optimized the way students learn the concepts associated with the subject of electricity. Objectives: The objective of this research is to explore the impact of AI in the teaching of electricity in technological institutes. To support this research, investigative studies were used to capture information such as scientific articles, magazines, books, and theses, with a total of 19 documents from the last eight years, with analysis and execution in Latin America. Methodology: The methodology used has an applied purpose, its scope is descriptive-statistical, type of field data will be used under the non-experimental design of a transversal nature under the inductive scientific method. Results: The result of the survey carried out with a group of students of the Electrical Technology program at the Simón Bolívar Higher Technological Institute (ISTSB) shows that the use of AI for learning the subject electricity enhances the interest in students to graduate and also showed that Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is one of the main tools to strengthen this knowledge in teachers and students. Conclusions: It is concluded that the results of the research on the application of AI in education, the planning of strategies for its correct use, thus encouraging the development of our country, by continuing to investigate to develop new applications of AI in the teaching of electrical technology.Introducción: La Inteligencia Artificial (IA) ha tenido un gran e importante impacto en la enseñanza de la Tecnología en electricidad. Con el avance de la IA, se han desarrollado herramientas que han optimizado la forma en que los estudiantes aprenden los conceptos asociados con la materia de electricidad. Objetivos: Se tiene como objetivo de esta investigación explorar la incidencia de la IA en la enseñanza de Electricidad en institutos tecnológicos. Para sustentar esta investigación se utilizaron estudios investigativos para la captación de información tales como artículos científicos, revistas, libros y tesis, con un total de 19 documentos de los últimos ocho años, con análisis y ejecución en Latinoamérica. Metodología: La metodología utilizada tiene finalidad aplicada, su alcance es descriptivo-estadístico, se utilizarán tipo de datos de campo bajo el diseño no experimental de carácter transversal bajo el método científico inductivo. Resultados: El resultado de la encuesta realizada a un grupo de estudiantes de la carrera de Tecnología en Electricidad del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Simón Bolívar (ISTSB) muestra que el uso de la IA para el aprendizaje de la materia electricidad realza el interés en los estudiantes a graduarse y además mostro que las Tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) es una de las principales herramientas para afianzar estos conocimientos en docentes y estudiantes. Conclusiones: Se concluye que los resultados de la investigación sobre la aplicación de la IA en la educación, la planeación de estrategias para su correcto uso incentivando así al desarrollo de nuestro país, al seguir investigando para desarrollar nuevas aplicaciones de la IA en la enseñanza de la tecnología en electricidad. Basic elements of San Juanito in the development of gross motor skills in elementary general education students
Get PDFIntroducción: la motricidad constituye un aspecto relevante dentro de la actividad dancística del San Juanito, existe dos tipos de motricidad, fina y gruesa, siendo la motricidad gruesa la que primero desarrolla el ser humano desde su nacimiento, además, este tipo de actividades permiten adquirir la coordinación entre otras habilidades que se perfecciona en el vivir diario. El objetivo de la danza es potenciar el control y dominio de los movimientos motrices y corporales del alumno. La danza promueve acciones motrices de diversas manifestaciones, es decir, origina el mando que el ser humano ejerce sobre su propio cuerpo En el presente análisis, el universo de estudio estuvo conformado por 61 estudiantes. En la cual, se propuso una metodología cuali-cuantitativa, realizado mediante un programa de entrenamiento de danza con el ritmo del San Juanito, este estilo de baile denota el sentimiento del pueblo indígena y que a su vez es de gran aporte en el desarrollo de la coordinación motriz, igualmente, se entrenara 3 días por semana. El programa tuvo una duración de 10 meses. Se aplicó un test de coordinación, en la cual, se valoró la motricidad de las extremidades superiores e inferiores. Igualmente, favorece al desarrollo cognitivo y desplazamientos secuenciales que se aplica en la secuencia coreográfica. En los resultados obtenidos se percibe que, la danza y la motricidad se relacionan en el medio educativo para la adquisición de habilidades y destrezas que potenciaran el control y dominio formativo en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en el área de educación física. Finalmente, se concluye que, el ritmo del San Juanito contribuye a la obtención de habilidades motrices básicas, por lo tanto, bailar fortifica los músculos de los niños, mejora su coordinación y su flexibilidad, contribuyendo a la formación integral del alumno. The objective of the dance is to enhance the control and mastery of the student's motor and body movements. Dance promotes motor actions of various manifestations, that is, it originates the control that the human being exercises over his own body. In the present analysis, the universe of study was made up of 61 students. In which, a qualitative-quantitative methodology was proposed, carried out through a dance training program with the rhythm of the San Juanito, this style of dance denotes the feeling of the indigenous people and that in turn is of great contribution in the development of motor coordination, likewise, it will be trained 3 days a week. The program lasted 10 months. A coordination test was applied, in which the motor skills of the upper and lower extremities were assessed. Likewise, it favors cognitive development and sequential displacements that are applied in the choreographic sequence. In the results obtained, it is perceived that dance and motor skills are related in the educational environment for the acquisition of skills and abilities that will enhance control and formative mastery in the teaching-learning process around physical education. Finally, it is concluded that the rhythm of San Juanito contributes to the acquisition of basic motor skills, therefore, dancing strengthens the muscles of children, improves their coordination and flexibility, contributing to the integral formation of the student. Effects of explosive strength training with elastic bands in youth team soccer players
Get PDFIntroducción: El entrenamiento de la fuerza explosiva dirigido a jóvenes futbolistas es esencial para el dominio, ejecución y efectividad de los gestos técnicos. Objetivo: El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar los efectos del entrenamiento de la fuerza explosiva con bandas elásticas en futbolistas de la categoría juvenil de la Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano. Metodología: Se realizó una investigación de tipo cuasi experimental, con un enfoque cuantitativo y de corte longitudinal, aplicado a deportistas de 15 y 16 años, 17 integrantes del grupo experimental y 17 del grupo control, al primer grupo se le aplicó durante 8 semanas un plan de entrenamiento con bandas elásticas, previamente a los dos grupos se les aplicó el pretest de Counter Movement Jump (CMJ), también al finalizar las 8 semanas se les aplicó el retest. Resultados: los resultados obtenidos evidencian que, existe una relación de dependencias positiva en (0,70%) entre la variable dependiente fuerza explosiva y la independiente banda elásticas. Conclusiones: el estudio permitió revelar que la implementación del programa de entrenamiento con bandas elásticas mejora la fuerza explosiva en miembros inferiores de los futbolistas juveniles, aquí se revelan cambios positivos principalmente en el retest del grupo experimental, con una mejoría en la explosividad de los movimientos, en el grupo de control no se notaron cambios significativos en el parámetro de altura, ni tampoco en el desarrollo del juego. Objective: The objective of the study was to evaluate the effects of explosive strength training with elastic bands in soccer players in the youth category of the Salesian Technical Educational Unit. Methodology: A quasi-experimental research was carried out, with a quantitative and longitudinal approach, applied to athletes of 15 and 16 years of age, 17 members of the experimental group and 17 of the control group, the first group was applied for 8 weeks a training plan with elastic bands, previously the Counter Movement Jump (CMJ) pretest was applied to both groups, also at the end of the 8 weeks the retest was applied. Results: the results obtained show that there is a positive dependence relationship at (0.70%) between the dependent variable explosive force and the independent elastic band. Conclusions: the study revealed that the implementation of the training program with elastic bands improves explosive strength in the lower limbs of youth soccer players. Positive changes are revealed here, mainly in the retest of the experimental group, with an improvement in the explosiveness of the movements, in the control group no significant changes were noted in the height parameter, nor in the development of the game

Esto posibilitó sistematizar la información certera para el conocimiento del personal y el mejoramiento de los procesos de comunicación para promover la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres. Para esta investigación, se utilizaron métodos y técnicas para el proceso de las más variadas etapas de la investigación, así como contenidos teóricos relacionados con el tema de Relaciones Públicas y Género.The tourist sector is one of the most dynamic and open sectors that embraces a variety of positions of works to promote the gender equality between men and women. Blockchain technology, an alternative to revolutionize the Cuban tourism sector
Get PDFCuba se encuentra actualmente enfrascada en el proceso de informatización de la sociedad, que incluye apropiarse de las ventajas y la cultura de los avances tecnológicos y de las info comunicaciones. Un paso importante en esta dirección podría ser el estudio y conocimiento profundo de la tecnología blockchain. La tecnología blockchain se presenta como una revolución que soluciona los problemas de vulnerabilidad que ha venido presentando la Internet, así como una posibilidad de aplicación frente a los problemas de seguridad informática indescifrable a terceros. Esta tecnología ha comenzado a impactar en diversos ámbitos más allá de la informática. A pesar de esto, los estudios existentes sobre el tema son aún insuficientes, especialmente en Cuba. Por tal motivo, se hace necesaria la investigación sobre esta tecnología disruptiva y sus aplicaciones en el sector turístico. En la presente investigación se realiza una sistematización del tema. En un primer momento, se efectúa un acercamiento al fenómeno; estableciendo su historia, principales definiciones, ventajas, desventajas y tipos de red; dado que la información sobre la evolución y características del blockchain es aún poco conocida y difundida. En un segundo capítulo se efectúa un análisis sobre sus posibles aplicaciones en el sector turístico, para finalmente desde la coyuntura económica de Cuba, evaluar sus potencialidades de uso. La presente investigación pretende ser un primer acercamiento al tema de manera tal que se difundan los potenciales usos del blockchain en el sector turístico cubano y se abran nuevas investigaciones en este sentido.Cuba is currently immersed in the process of informatization of society, which includes the appropriation of the advantages and culture of technological advances and info communications. Blockchain technology is presented as a revolution that solves the problems of vulnerability that the Internet has been presenting, as well as a possibility of application against the problems of computer security undecipherable to third parties. This technology has begun to have an impact in various fields beyond IT. Despite this, existing studies on the subject are still insufficient, especially in Cuba. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate this disruptive technology and its applications in the tourism sector. In this research a systematization of the subject is conducted. At first, an approach to the phenomenon is made; establishing its history, main definitions, advantages, disadvantages and types of networks; given that the information on the evolution and characteristics of the blockchain is still little known and disseminated. In a second chapter, its applications in the tourism sector are analyzed and, finally, based on Cuba's economic situation, its use is evaluated. Diagnostic of the coherence between the supply and the demand for leisure in the Havana destination
Get PDFEl trabajo que se presenta se realizó con el propósito de efectuar un diagnóstico de la correspondencia (coherencia) existente entre la oferta y la demanda turística de ocio en el destino La Habana. Dicha investigación fue estructurada en 7 etapas, las cuales permitieron realizar una comparación entre la oferta de ocio y los gustos y preferencias de los visitantes del destino, mediante el análisis de documentos, entrevistas a especialistas, así como a los turistas que visitaron el destino. Para determinar el tamaño de la muestra investigada se utilizó el criterio de saturación de la información. Se realizaron observaciones participativas a productos de ocio para contribuir a la caracterización y evaluación de la oferta. Los resultados arrojaron que la oferta de ocio en La Habana es insuficiente, poco diversa, presenta desequilibrio entre cosas para ver y cosas para hacer, y desequilibrio entre la actividad diurna y la actividad nocturna. Se evidenció que existen brechas entre la oferta y la demanda, dadas principalmente por la insuficiencia de productos de ocio activo, de ocio diurno, y productos que brinden la posibilidad a los visitantes de interactuar con los locales, así como realizar las actividades típicas del destino. Se concluyó que La Habana posee grandes potencialidades para el desarrollo de productos de ocio. Se presentó una propuesta de acciones y de productos que pudieran implementarse para darle respuesta a las brechas encontradas.The work presented was carried out with the purpose of making a diagnostic of the correspondence (coherence) existing between the supply and the tourist demand of leisure in the Havana destination. This research was structured in 7 stages, which allowed a comparison between the leisure offer and the tastes and preferences of the visitors of the destination, through the analysis of documents, interviews with specialists, as well as the tourists who visited the destination. The information saturation criterion was used to determine the size of the sample investigated. Participatory observations were made of leisure products to contribute to the characterization and evaluation of the offer. The results showed that the offer of leisure in Havana is insufficient, little diverse, presents imbalance between things to see and things to do, and imbalance between daytime and night activity. It was evident that there are gaps between supply and demand, mainly due to the insufficiency of active leisure products, daytime leisure, and products that give visitors the possibility to interact with the premises, as well as carrying out the typical activities of the destination. Proposal of neuromarketing actions for the tourism promotion of Cuba on the Cubatravel website
Get PDFLa investigación de tipo exploratoria descriptiva tuvo el objetivo de proponer acciones de neuromarketing para la promoción turística del destino Cuba en la web Cubatravel. Se describieron los procesos cognitivos del consumidor: atención, emoción y memoria, que determinan su conducta frente a estímulos publicitarios durante el proceso de compra. Se aplicaron herramientas de analítica web y encuesta a usuarios digitales sobre la técnica biométrica rastreo ocular. Fue integrado lo cualitativo y cuantitativo, con métodos de análisis multivariado. Como principales resultados, el portal requiere ser perfeccionado, esencialmente su atractivo, usabilidad y calidad web, al no cumplir con muchas de las expectativas de sus usuarios en cuanto a la eficacia promocional. El plan de acciones propuesto fue validado por un grupo de expertos de neurociencia, psicología, turismo e informática, mediante el método Delphi y el coeficiente de ANOCHI como muy adecuado. La misma es un valor agregado a la promoción actual que se realiza en Cubatravel. El avance paulatino en las investigaciones del cerebro y su comprensión hará previsible la aplicación práctica en el escenario publicitario.The descriptive exploratory research had the objective of proposing neuromarketing actions for the tourist promotion of the Cuba destination on the Cubatravel website. The consumer's cognitive processes were described: attention, emotion and memory, which determine their behavior in the face of advertising stimuli during the purchase process. Web analytics tools and a survey of digital users were applied on the eye-tracking biometric technique. The qualitative and quantitative were integrated, with multivariate analysis methods. As main results, the portal needs to be improved, essentially its attractiveness, usability and web quality, as it does not meet many of the expectations of its users in terms of promotional effectiveness. The proposed action plan was validated by a group of experts from neuroscience, psychology, tourism and informatics, using the Delphi method and the ANOCHI coefficient as very adequate. It is an added value to the current promotion that is carried out in Cubatravel. The gradual advance in brain research and its understanding will make practical application in the advertising scene foreseeable
