The USA stock market is the oldest stock market in the world, dating back to the 18 th century. It is known for its volatility, which can be influenced by a wide variety of factors, including economic indicators like GDP, inflation, and employment numbers, as well as geopolitical events, corporate earnings reports, and global economic trends. Other factors influencing the volatility are bond yields, commodity and oil prices and political events. Being the leading economic power in the world, it is natural that USA market trends heavily influence the Indian stock markets. Design of Ground Penetrating Radar Antenna for Monitoring Soil Contamination at L Band Frequencies
A major concern for oil companies is the maintenance of oil pipelines. The contamination of the soil is caused by oil leaks from underground pipelines. Using GPR, contaminated soil sites can be located and characterized rapidly and relatively inexpensively without fracturing or spreading contamination. The antenna system is one of the most critical hardware components for GPR performance. To detect soil contamination, an L-band pyramidal horn antenna is designed and simulated at frequencies between 1 and 2 GHz. Modelling the electromagnetic fields in different soil types is done using a prototype GPR system setup. In order to carry out simulations during the design process, the dielectric permittivity of soil is measured and analytically represented by the Debye relaxation model. It is most important to detect contamination by comparing the dielectric permittivity of contaminated and uncontaminated soils. Assessing the Factors that Influence Family Business Continuity from the Succession Planning Point of View among the Zambian Small and Medium Enterprises
The study’s objective was to assess the factors that influence family business continuity from a succession planning point of view among the Zambian SMEs. Specifically, the study aimed to determine the factors that influence family business continuity from the succession planning perspective and determine the succession planning strategies that can enhance family business continuity. A qualitative research design was employed using purposive and snowball sampling methods to sample 15 family businesses among the SMEs in Chilanga district. Data was collected using one on one interviews using an interview guide. The data was analyzed using a thematic approach. Results of this study show that the factors that influence family business continuity among SMEs include the successor’s level of education, limiting succession to family members, successor’s interest in the business, Successor’s knowledge and skills, mentorship, Successor’s discipline and determination, employee motivation, watching the business closely, the closeness of the family and the profitability of the business. The findings also show that the succession planning strategies used by the family business SMEs to enhance business continuity include; early identification of the successor, choosing successors with a passion and interest for the business, learning from other businesses, gradual handover of the business, training of the successor and involving family and employees in succession planning

Smart Parking and Weather Monitoring System
Every vehicle faces a parking situation, As the number of people has increased, the number of vehicles on the road also increased . Increasing the number of vehicles in cities has lead to problem of finding the parking space in public areas. In metro Cities during peak hours drivers faces real problem of finding parking space . At instant Drivers are not knowing where the parking spaces are available, this causes them parking difficulty. To resolve this problem I have developed a system using Internet of Things (IOT) ,sensors, At mega 328 micro controller, and thinkspeak application. In this study we design a smart parking system with weather monitoring which enables the user to give availability of parking slots in advanced before reaching to that respective parking area , the system also deals with monitoring the environmental conditions like temperature, rain , humidity, air quality etc. This system will reduce the time in finding the parking lots and also will avoids the unnecessary travelling through filled parking lots in a parking area thereby reducing the fuel consumption which in turn will help reduces carbon footprints in atmosphere
Development of an Inclusive City-Wide Faecal Sludge Management Business Model for Kabwe Town, Zambia
Investment in sanitation solutions reduce disease burdens and is a huge market for public and private businesses since billons of people in the world do not have access to safely managed sanitation services. However, there remains much to be done to develop, pilot and scale up business models and technologies that work to fully understand the nature and quantities of faecal sludge needing collection and treatment. In Kabwe, the lack of a comprehensive business model informed by market research has contributed to faecal sludge not reaching designated treatment sites. Private operators charge unregulated fees for emptying and use unhealthy emptying methods that risk public health and groundwater resource. This research aimed at developing an inclusive city-wide FSM business model for Kabwe Town was conducted using mixed qualitative and quantitative approaches at 172 households and institutions spread across 20 wards. The results showed that 41 percent of the containments were unlined pits which could not be desludged easily. Atleast 84 percent of households could not afford to pay 1 – 3 – 28,400. The model demonstrated that in as much as financial resources are required, minimal start-up capital coupled with prudent planning, utilisation of readily available resources are key success factors. The study brought out key areas of attention which includes the need for awareness creation, pro-poor diverse payment schemes to increase demand and concerted stakeholders efforts on issues of policy, enforcement and capacity strengthening
A Study on Price Behavior of Crude Oil, Gold, Nifty and India VIX” Multivariate Analysis
Gold and Crude oil are very vital global Variables and they are ruling the market. An increase in the worldwide oil prices and gold prices hurts the Indian economy. To know whether there is any dependency of gold and crude oil price fluctuations with respect to Indian market. The interdependence between financial markets and financial products are the most difficult problems for investors. The volatility of one market can influence the value index of another marketplace. The purpose of this article is to examine whether the price of gold, the price of oil, the volatility of the price of gold (GVZ), and the volatility of the price of oil (OVX) have a major collision on the stock index (GSPC). The goal is to find coexistence between characters, determinants, and price levels. The survey has taken into explanation of the prices of gold and oil business on the Commodity Exchange (MCX) between 1 January 2014 and 31 December 2018. This relationship is analyzed using tendency line assessment. The gold-oil ratio is calculated as the ratio of gold price to crude oil price related to time. Correlation tests are also performed to discover the strong point of the relationship between the prices of the two products. In the commodity market, in most cases, gold and crude oil price groups are moving in the same direction. Therefore, it is recommended to buy and sell gold and crude oil at the same time. So the risk can be minimized. Sometimes gold and crude oil prices will go in the opposite direction. Gold prices can be very tight and crude oil can go down. At that point, it is advisable to invest in the declining products. It is likely that the prices of falling items will soar automatically
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) “Drones” using Machine Learning
Unmanned aerial vehicle decision-making issues are increasingly being addressed using reinforcement learning (RL) (UAVs). The current advances in RL-based algorithms for UAV applications, encompassing both single-agent and swarm scenarios, are thoroughly reviewed in this work. First, the basic concepts of RL and its variants are introduced, followed by an overview of the state-of-the[1]art RL algorithms that have been applied to UAV navigation, path planning, and obstacle avoidance. The study then examines real-time learning concerns, model selection, and exploration-exploitation trade-offs, as well as challenges and potential for employing RL in UAV systems. In order to further the use of RL in UAVs, future research initiatives are also suggested. They include creating hybrid methods that integrate RL with other methodologies and incorporating human feedback and domain expertise into the learning process. Overall, this work demonstrates the potential of this approach to improve the autonomy, adaptability, and resilience of UAV systems and serves as a significant resource for researchers and those interested in applying RL to UAVs

On the other hand, using both software and hardware technologies, network security refers to a collection of regulations and configurations and data. Data that is kept in our systems as well as network and data transfer through wireless networks are protected using cryptography and network security. Through the use of codes (encryption), techniques like fusing words with images, and other methods to hide information, cryptography is a network security tool used to safeguard company data and communication from cyber attacks. The study and application of methods to protect communication against malicious behaviour is known as cryptography. On the other hand, using both software and hardware technologies, network security refers to a collection of regulations and configurations intended to safeguard the accessibility, integrity, and confidentiality of computer networks and data. Study of Various Key Process Parameters of FDM 3D Printed Parts using Ultimaker 2+ 3D Printer
This research paper aims to investigate the effect of different Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) printing parameters on the mechanical properties of printed parts. FDM is one of the most widely used 3D printing technologies due to its versatility and low cost. However, the mechanical properties of FDM printed parts depend largely on the printing parameters used. A series of tensile tests were conducted on FDM printed parts with varying printing parameters such as layer height, infill density, print speed, and nozzle temperature. The results showed that increasing the layer height and infill density improved the mechanical properties of the printed parts, while increasing the print speed decreased the mechanical properties. Nozzle temperature also had a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the printed parts, with a higher temperature resulting in stronger parts. Overall, this research provides valuable insights into the effects of different FDM printing parameters on the mechanical properties of printed parts and can be used to optimize FDM printing for specific applications. The research value of this case study is to obtain the best suitable key process parameters for FDM printing
