Performance Analysis of Select ESG Funds in India
The creation of the “Jones Sustainability Index” in 1999, the “Asia Pacific Index” in 2009 and other indices have made it easier for investors to select companies with a best-in-class approach to ‘economic’, ‘environmental’ and ‘social issues’(ESG). ESG investing is now percolating in response to public demand for ESG investment products and the adoption of ESG by mainstream investors in the West. In line with “United Nation Environmental Programme (UNEP)” in 2014, the Indian government started the process of inducting Sustainable Finance schemes in the Green energy, non-renewable energy, technology hardware, and renewable energy sector mainly through startups in the form of Business Loans to MSME sector by various lending institutions. In this research paper, an attempt has been made to analyse the performance of select ESG for 24 months after the outbreak of Covid-19 based on return and risk evaluation. This secondary data-based analysis includes four ESG funds and uses tools like ‘Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR)’, ‘Standard Deviation’, ‘Sharpe Ratio’, ‘Treynor Ratio’, ‘Alpha’, ‘Beta’ and ‘coefficient of determination’. The study expects to benefit the stakeholders in choosing appropriate ESG scheme. In terms of ‘CAGR’, ‘Sharpe Ratio’ and ‘Treynor Ratio’ most of the funds have underperformed. Most of the funds are defensive during both time frames. For the entire time the degree of diversification is quite satisfactory for most of the funds

Change Agility: A Paradigm of Change Acceptance for Organization Sustainability
In today’s business, the concept of change agility has become essential for an organization’s growth and survival. Change agility in an organization is about quickly adjusting and reacting to the changing needs of the business environment. Numerous experts point out that organizations that adapt to change agility focus more on creation and innovation through collaboration, resulting in organizational sustainability as a competitive advantage. The study’s key objective was to identify research gaps in change agility that needed further attention. This paper provides a comprehensive theoretical perspective that adds to the literature on change agility for organizational sustainability. The literature review was carried out using desk and digital research methods, and the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) approach was applied as the main method for data collection. An extensive review of scholarly articles published between 2000 and 2023 in the fields of change agility, change acceptance, and organizational sustainability was undertaken. Primarily, 110 articles were examined, and out of those, 72 were systematically reviewed. Through the analysis of previous studies on change agility and organizational sustainability, the researcher identified five main types of research gaps: knowledge, empirical, theoretical, contextual, and practical knowledge gaps. It’s important to note that there’s a clear lack of information in academic studies about what makes change agility unique and how it connects with different theories. The concepts of change agility for change acceptance remain largely unexplored in various disciplines. This paper suggests that more studies need to be carried out on change agility by identifying its dimensions, measurement, and methodologies, and aligning with the concept of organizational sustainability

According to Hon’ble Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, “Skill Development of the new generation is a national need and is the foundation of Aatmnirbhar Bharat.”
MSMEs are known as the backbone of the Indian economy; which employs nearly 11 Cr. of people and contributes over 30% of the nation\u27s GDP and industrial output. To guarantee that MSMEs receive all of the benefits of these MSME schemes on proper time, the Indian government has taken the initiative. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are essential to India\u27s economic development and expansion. This sector makes a specific contribution to exports, industrial output, employment creation, driving innovation, and inclusive socioeconomic development. To encourage the expansion and sustainability of MSMEs throughout the nation, the Indian government has put in place several policies and initiatives. Nonetheless, MSMEs have numerous obstacles concerning official credit, creating jobs, selling directly to the government, high-quality manufacturing, obtaining microcredit, ignorance, and other issues. To help new firms get off the ground, the government has already established several programs to address these difficulties. But, due to a lack of knowledge regarding various appropriate schemes, many units are not getting proper advantages. MSMEs have still several challenges and barriers when attempting to obtain financing from banks and other financial establishments. Even though the government has already taken great steps to facilitate credit flow to this industry, much more work needs to be done to fulfil the MSME sector\u27s actual financing needs. The MSME sector in India has a bright future since it creates more job possibilities, and aids in the government\u27s efforts to reduce other macroeconomic issues including inflation, massive budget deficits, poverty, and imbalance of payments.
The present study confers the government initiatives for the MSME sector & the implementation & progress of important schemes in the present scenario
