PLPR: Joint Perpetual Lifetime and Path Reduction for Energy Recharging Using Multiple Mobile Chargers in WRSNs
Energy recharging is one of the most important issues in wireless rechargeable sensor networks (WRSNs). Many energy recharging algorithms have been proposed using multiple mobile chargers (MCs). However, the number of MCs that significantly impact the network lifetime of the given WRSNs still can be improved. This article proposes an energy recharging algorithm, called joint perpetual lifetime and path reduction algorithm (PLPR), which uses the MC to recharge the sensors and uses the super MC to recharge the MCs, aiming at minimizing the number of MCs and super MCs while achieving the purpose of sustainable survival of all sensors. Initially, the proposed PLPR determines the number of MCs, clusters the sensors into several groups, and constructs the initial path for each MC in each cluster. Based on these paths, the proposed PLPR further reduces the path length in each cluster and improves the recharging efficiency of the MC. To satisfy the perpetual lifetime of the MCs, the PLPR further constructs an initial path, reduces the path length, and schedules the recharging task of super MCs. Performance evaluations reveal that the proposed PLPR outperforms existing energy recharging algorithms in terms of average energy consumption, total recharging time, charging efficiency, traveling distance of MC, fairness indices, standard deviation (SD) of recharging efficiency, and average waiting time for a given WRSN.補正完畢US
JMLA: Joint Monitoring Quality and Network Lifetime for Range-Adjustable Sensors in WRSNs
Area coverage is a critical issue in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). Existing studies mainly used the Boolean sensing model (BSM) and battery-powered sensors with fixed sensing radius, potentially reducing network lifetime and monitoring quality. This article proposes an area coverage algorithm called joint monitoring quality and network lifetime with adjustable sensing radii (JMLA), which employs rechargeable sensors with adjustable sensing radii and utilizes the probabilistic sensing model (PSM) to enhance monitoring quality and perpetuate network lifetime. This will encounter several challenges: 1) more complex sensor scheduling due to the unstable of solar power; 2) more complex energy allocation because of different power consumption rates for different sensing radii; and 3) the cooperative detection between neighboring sensors resulting in different monitoring contribution when applying the PSM. To tackle these challenges, JMLA first estimates the potential solar energy available for the upcoming day. Based on this forecast, it partitions the day into multiple time slots and cycles. Sensors are scheduled to activate in different slots to balance energy consumption with the energy harvested. In addition, JMLA divides the area into several identical grids and forms multiple space-time points with each time slot. Then, sensors are scheduled to cooperatively monitor the bottleneck space-time point with the weakest cooperative detection probability, aiming to maximize the monitoring quality. Performance results show that the proposed JMLA outperforms the existing algorithms in terms of monitoring quality, stability of monitoring quality, and solar energy utilization (SEU).補正完畢US

Exploration of Over-Consolidation Effect on the Potential of Soil Liquefaction--A Case Study of Taipei Basin
臺北盆地曾在民國六十年代以前,超抽地下水而造成地盤下陷,後來實施禁抽/管制措施後,因地下水位回升而產生過壓密效應;而目前慣常使用之土壤液化評估方法中,並未考慮過壓密效應所產生土壤組構強化之影響,且國內過去也較少有對這個影響因素進行探討,所以本研究乃蒐集及篩選臺北盆地過往重要工程案例,共658個試驗孔位之832組壓密試驗資料進行分析,評估過壓密效應對液化潛能高低及液化潛勢分區的影響。分析結果顯示,不論在設計地震或最大考量地震作用下,考慮過壓密效應皆明顯提高了土壤之抗液化強度,降低了臺北盆地之土壤液化潛勢,較切合歷史震害經驗。補正完畢TW

2014 年歐洲法院裁定當個人資料顯然已過時且不相關時,即使所刪除資訊在過去係屬合法公開,民眾仍有權要求網路業者刪除個人相關資訊之連結,這樣的權利稱之為被遺忘權。此權利的提出刺激相關單位及人員重新檢視自身業務及其所提供資料內容,而歷史文獻資料內容因涉及大量曾經合法公開之個人資訊,因此相關議題亦為記憶保存單位所爭議。為此,本文即聚焦於被遺忘權對於檔案典藏單位之影響,釐清被遺忘權之定義與範疇,以及國外檔案典藏單位對於是項議題之意見進行整理,不僅可作為檔案典藏相關單位參考,更可作為其他文化典藏單位在處理相關事宜時之借鑑。補正完畢TW
1950~1960年代臺灣行政改革主張中的檔案管理政策發展
近代檔案事業發展研究學者普遍認為,戰後臺灣檔案管理制度因國內局勢動盪而未有明顯發展。事實上,隨著韓戰爆發,總統蔣中正趁此喘息之際,令黃季陸、王雲五等人參酌美國胡佛委員會行政改革之成果,針對我國中央行政效能及行政組織架構進行檢討。在黃季陸與王雲五有關總務議題的報告中,文書與檔案管理相關建議不僅提出設置中央主管機關的看法,更轉化、結合美國檔案管理思維從而建立臺灣公文書系統,成為我國檔案事業發展歷程中特殊的一頁。為探究戰後美國檔案管理思維對於我國的影響,本研究針對政府遷臺後為進行行政改革而仿效美國胡佛委員會之各項作為中,檔案管理核心移轉及其相關制度建立進行論述,整理並耙梳1950至1960年代相關文獻內容,以瞭解戰後臺灣在面對檔案管理各項問題所開拓出來的新制度作為,從而構建戰後臺灣行政改革與檔案管理制度發展之歷史。補正完畢TW
A framework for cooperative and interactive mobile learning to improve online information evaluation skills
The quality of online information is highly variable because anyone can post data on the internet, and not all online sources are equally reliable, valuable, or accurate. Previous studies reveal problems with online information evaluation skills and a lack of ability in using evaluation criteria, including currency, relevance, authority, accuracy and purpose. The primary purpose of this study is to develop a framework for cooperative and interactive mobile learning to improve students' online information evaluation skills. A mobile learning application is subsequently developed based on the proposed framework. To assess the effectiveness of the developed application, an experiment is conducted on diploma students in a university. A usability questionnaire is conducted on an experimental group to identify students' perceptions regarding the usability of the developed mobile application. The experimental results indicate that the application is significantly more effective with an effect size of 1.91 in improving students’ online information evaluation skills than traditional learning. The results contribute to the extant literature in the context of mobile learning by identifying usability evaluation features and providing a framework for developing cooperative and interactive mobile learning. The implications of the present findings for research and instructional practice are discussed.補正完畢TW
A Study of the Customer Segmentation Based on Shopping Behavior in Online Foodservice Retailer
本研究探討零售業如何運用RFM、顧客分群、關聯規則及決策樹分析的組合,更完整地瞭解顧客行為及有效顧客分群。資料來源為某家線上食品零售商的會員交易紀錄,以RFM指標對顧客進行分群,再以決策樹CART及Apriori法對顧客群進行購買關聯分析。研究發現將顧客分為四個群體,其消費特徵和RFM行為具顯著差異;關聯規則分析揭示了不同群體之間的商品購買關聯,這有助於定制化行銷活動,增強顧客保留率和預測顧客生命價值;決策樹分析提供了各群組的主要分類規則,有助於預測顧客類型。這三種分析技術的組合可以有效進行顧客分群並瞭解顧客購買行為,藉以掌握顧客變化與商品偏好。補正完畢TW
Role of Health-Consciousness on Purchase Intention of Health and Wellness Food: The Serial Mediating Effect of Attitude and Desire
Background/Objectives: This study investigates consumers’ purchase intention (PI) toward health and wellness foods (HWF) in China by examining key factors, such as health-consciousness (HC), desire, and attitude toward organic food. Methods: Data were collected via online surveys completed by Chinese respondents aged 50–65 years. Of the 270 distributed surveys, 230 valid responses (85.2% effectiveness) were analyzed. A multi-analytic approach was employed, integrating Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS–SEM), Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA), and Combined Importance-Performance Map Analysis (cIPMA), to explore the hypothesized relationships. Results: The results reveal consumers’ HC has a strong influence on their PI toward HWF, with attitude and desire sequentially mediating this relationship. Furthermore, the results of NCA confirm that HC and desire are necessary conditions for purchasing HWF, whereas attitude is not. Conclusions: Based on these findings, the study provides suggestions for future research and practical recommendations for HWF businesses.補正完畢CH
