Based on the panel data of 36 listed commercial banks in my country from 2014 to 2018, this paper takes Loan Loss Reserves (LLR) and Non-performing Loans (NPL) as undesired output, analyzes the impact of risk management factors on the efficieney of China's listed commercial banks, and provides a comprehensive A comparative study on the efficiency of four types of banks: joint-stock commercial banks, city commercial banks and rural commercial banks, and the Bootstrap method is used to analyze the factors affecting bank efficiency
Prospect of clinical application of ECG imaging technology
Routine 12 lead ECG is a basic method for clinical evaluation and diagnosis of various cardiovascular diseases. However, due to its low accuracy of ECG mapping, it is seriously limited in the study of potential electrophysiological mechanism of arrhythmia and mapping of origin matrix. The emerging non-invasive ECG imaging technology (ECGI) can reverse reconstruct the spatio-temporal dynamic information of electrophysiological activities at various locations of the heart, explore the occurrence and development mechanism of various arrhythmias, and accurately locate their origin, effectively make up for the lack of traditional mapping technology, and play a very important role in guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, studies at home and abroad have shown that ECGI plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of various cardiovascular diseases, such as arrhythmias and cardiac resynchronization therapy. As a non-invasive method, three-dimensional ECGI is a significant progress in conventional ECG mapping, and its great potential to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment needs to be tapped. Research Progress on the relationship between long chain noncoding RNA and cardiovascular disease
Long non coding RNA (lncrna) is a highly conserved non coding RNA (ncRNA) with a length of more than 200 nucleotides. Studies have found that lncrna is closely related to transcriptional regulation, post transcriptional regulation and apparent regulation, and thus participates in the regulation of cardiovascular physiology and pathophysiology. This article summarizes the current biological characteristics of circulating lncrna, the value of lncrna as a potential biomarker of cardiovascular diseases and the future prospects of therapeutic methods
Effect of clopidogrel gene on platelet reactivity and major cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome
Objective: To investigate the effect of clopidogrel gene polymorphism on platelet reactivity and major cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: 149 patients with ACS who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January to December 2019 were included. All patients were tested for clopidogrel related genotypes after admission. Aspirin (100 mg/d) and clopidogrel (75 mg/d) were taken regularly after operation, and the inhibition rate of platelet aggregation (IPA) induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) was detected. According to the IPA results, the patients were divided into two groups: high platelet reactivity (HPR) group after clopidogrel treatment (IPA < 30%) and low platelet reactivity (LPR) group after clopidogrel treatment (IPA > 30%). Results: According to IPA results, there were 23 cases (15.44%) in HRP group and 126 cases (84.56%) in LRP group. The IPA induced by arachidonic acid (AA) in HRP group was significantly lower than that in LPR group (p < 005). There were significant differences in CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3, ABCB1 AND PON1Q192R loss of function (LOF) alleles between the two groups (p < 005). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that CYP2C19*2DF allele was associated with mace after PCI (or = 3112, 95%СI 1048~9241, P = 0.041). Conclusion: Clopidogrel gene polymorphism has certain effect on platelet reactivity in patients with ACS. CYP2C19*2 gene mutation is related to mace after PCI

Growth of horned melon (Cucumis metuliferus) under different levels of Trichoderma-based bio-fertilizer
Implementing practices such as organic agriculture, sustainable agriculture, or ecological agriculture can greatly reduce and eliminate the harmful effects of synthetic fertilizers on both human health and the environment. In efforts to promote a more environmentally friendly approach, this study was conducted at the Department of Horticulture and Agronomy, Midlands State University in Zimbabwe. The focus was on the use of Trichoderma bio-fertilizer at various levels to determine its impact on the growth of horned melon (Cucumis metuliferus) in a greenhouse setting. The experiment followed a Complete Randomized Design (CRD) and included four different Trichoderma-based biofertilizer treatments, as well as a control treatment [0 g/pot (control), 0.1 g/pot, 0.2 g/pot, 0.3 g/pot, and 0.4 g/pot], all replicated four times. The research findings indicate that the biofertilizer utilized had a significant impact (p ≤ 0.05) on vine length, number of leaves, and branches for growth characteristics. However, the biofertilizer did not have a significant effect (p ≥ 0.05) on stem girth, chlorophyll content, or branching pattern. This study reveals that the horned melon plants treated with the Trichoderma-based biofertilizer exhibited noticeable changes in their vegetative growth, flowering patterns, and fruiting features at different application levels. Further investigation is required to fully understand the potential benefits of using Trichoderma-based biofertilizer in horned melon cultivation
Discussion on the biodiversity protection planning methods based on urban–regional scale
This paper explores the relationship between the spatial scale and biodiversity protection level and thinks that under the specifi c urban-region scale, landscape diversity is the key level to the macroscopic protection of biodiversity. Based on the systematicness and the otherness of urban–regional environment and the biologic fl ow and process, the protection pattern of biodiversity within urban–regional scale should be established. The author holds that seeking the “optimal landscape pattern” is one of the core missions of biodiversity protection planning. Based on that, the paper summarizes the two types of city space and their biodiversity planning and design in two ways: first, the “Urban-rural landscape pattern optimization approach” specific to the space of city matrix, which includes “agglomeration segregation”, “landscape”, “green infrastructure”, three models and five pattern optimization strategies; second, the “Nature reserve approach” specific to the space of natural matrix, which includes “reserve circle” and “protected area network” two modes and six reserve design principles
Monitoring and studying rainfall runoff pollution from urban impervious surfaces
Urban impervious surface rainfall runoff pollution is a significant component of non-point source pollution, with pollutants accumulating on these surfaces during dry periods being the primary source of contaminants in rainfall runoff. Using the first ten rainfall events of 2015 as a case study, impervious surfaces such as the roofs of teaching buildings, campus roads, and nearby main traffic roads within the university campus in southeastern Beijing were selected for field sampling and analysis of natural rainfall and rainfall runoff pollution. The findings indicate that the initial rainfall runoff pollution following winter is severe, with water quality falling below Class V. Subsequently, the pollution levels decrease; however, the severity of water pollution varies at different sampling locations. Notably, ammonia nitrogen concentrations are higher near building toilet exhaust outlets, and the presence of pervious surface facilities can mitigate runoff pollution. Based on the analysis and research findings, several recommendations for controlling and managing urban rainfall runoff pollution are proposed
Understanding institutional and policy challenges in China’s coal transition: Insights from the case of Chongqing
China’s efforts and decisions to phase out coal will shape global endeavors in addressing climate change in the upcoming decades. This study investigates the action logic and interactions among different stakeholders, including the central government, local government, coal enterprises, and mine workers, in the case of Chongqing to gain valuable insights into existing institutional and policy challenges. Our results demonstrate that: First, the provincial government is the key to managing and implementing the local coal transitions, its motivation for coal transition, however, may not always align with the nation’s overall priorities. This highlights the need for a top-down coal transition policy to address the mismatched incentives among various participants. Second, Chongqing’s successful experience in maintaining economic development and whole employment demonstrates the possibility of adopting a rapid coal closure in places with similar resource endowments and industrial structures. Chongqing’s collaborative approach to transferring social responsibilities to local governments also serves as a valuable model that may apply to others’ contexts. Lastly, it is crucial to make context-based policy adjustments and establish an integrated and independent governance system when pursuing a rapid, efficient, and safe coal phase-out
