Violencia laboral en el comité ejecutivo nacional del SUTERM (Sindicato Único de Trabajadores Electricistas de la República Mexicana): estudio de caso
No full textThe article focuses on knowing a particular case of workplace violence that took place in the Only Labor Union of Electricians of the Mexican Republic. The objective is to analyze a case that occurred in this union from the victim’s perspective. The theoretical approach is the paradoxes of law presented by Augusto Sánchez Sandoval. A qualitative analysis is done based on the interview with the victim. The results display that the victim’s integrity, health, safety and self-esteem were harmed, besides suffering institutional violence. As the main conclusion, it is emphasized that the workplace violence permitted by the women in the union environment is conditioned by the power relation which puts their economic, family and close friends’ welfare in their boss’s hands.El artículo se enfoca en conocer un caso particular de violencia de laboral ocurrido dentro del Comité ejecutivo nacional del Sindicato Único de Trabajadores Electricistas de la República Mexicana. El objetivo es analizar un caso, desde la perspectiva de la víctima, ocurrido en ese sindicato. El enfoque teórico son las paradojas del derecho planteadas por Augusto Sánchez Sandoval. Se hace análisis cualitativo con base en una entrevista a la víctima. Los resultados muestran que la víctima sufrió daños en su integridad, salud, seguridad y autoestima, así como violencia institucional. Como conclusión principal se señala que la violencia laboral consentida por las mujeres en el entorno sindical está condicionada por la relación de poder que pone en manos del patrón su bienestar económico, de su familia y personas allegadas

The beginning of a new (second) volume for the journal was outlined by the thought, reflection and pointing out of knowledge or events related to the field of legal knowledge in the essays section.
Perspectives (Section that comprises original and unpublished research papers). In the first place from our research perspectives we introduce Sound utopias: stumbling blocks and dangers of idealized music by Ricardo Miranda which shows us the role that music played in the Utopia of Thomas More. In a second place, Explorations and Reconstructions in Teotihuacan 1960-1962: Interventions Prior to the "Teotihuacán Project" by José Humberto Medina-González, a research which presents findings towards a territorial identity retrieval.
Scenarios (Site intended for figuralization) The gaze of Alicia Florrick: About The Good Wife and the necessary feminization of the practice of Law by Juan Jesús Garza-Onofre is an approach to the role of women in the legal world from a modern perspective starting from a streaming TV series; International Law of Cultural Rights by Erika Flores-Déleon reflects on the importance of visualizing and naming one of the most important rights in humanity: culture; Prisons and their consequences by Paola Zavala-Saeb questions the administration of prisons in Mexico and whether they achieve their objectives on social reinsertion as a constitutional mandate; whilst Environmental justice a way forward the deconstruction of property rights by Alma Rocío Segoviano-Basurto is the very first essay that the magazine publishes in English, and addresses one of the main topics from the international agenda in matters of law: the environmental.
Resonances (Section dedicated to critical reviews). Oceanic Exchanges-Mexico. Tracing Global Information Networks In Historical Newspaper Repositories, 1840-1914 by Rocío Castellanos-Rueda is the review of an international project that offers a new perspective in the work with digital repositories of different countries; The Vital Intensity of the Last Stridentist by Daniel Téllez shows us the role that Germán List Arzubide played in an avant-garde that, although ephemeral, dealt with the desires that the post-revolutionary Mexico had for social vindication from a literary movement. For its part, May We Never Lack Poetry: High Flight, High Life of Altazor by Marco Antonio Bojorquez-Martínez is a review of a Chilean literary magazine that pays homage to the Chilean poet, Vicente Huidobro, by publishing Latin-American poetry. Dimensions of the literature culture in Mexico (1800-1850). Models of sociability, materialities, genres and intellectual traditions by Gamaliel Valentín-González reviews a book that shows the multiple factors that influenced the formation of Mexican literary culture during the first half of the 19th century and inaugurates Historia de las literaturas en México (a six-volume collection promoted by UNAM, among other institutions). Finally, Science Made Into Poetry. Principia by Elisa Díaz Castelo by Alejandro Rodríguez is a review of a poet’s book of poems that manges to mix scientific and poetic language with a great skill, novelty and creativity.

En primer lugar de nuestras perspectivas de investigación presentamos Utopías sonoras: escollos y peligros de músicas idealizadas de Ricardo Miranda nos muestra el papel que jugó la música en la Utopía de Tomás Moro. En segundo lugar, las Exploraciones y reconstrucciones en Teotihuacan 1960-1962: intervenciones previas al “Proyecto Teotihuacán” de José Humberto Medina-González, una investigación que presenta hallazgos hacia una recuperación de una identidad territorial.
Escenas (Sitio donde se configura una representación de la figuralización con un tema particular). La mirada de Alicia Florrick: Sobre The Good Wife y la necesaria feminización de la abogacía de Juan Jesús Garza-Onofre es una aproximación al papel de la mujer en el mundo jurídico desde una perspectiva moderna a apartir de una serie de televisión en streaming; El derecho internacional de los derechos culturales de Erika Flores-Déleon reflexiona sobre la importancia de visibilizar y nombrar uno de los derechos más importantes de la humanidad: la cultura; Las prisiones y sus consecuencias de Paola Zavala-Saeb cuestiona la administración de las prisiones en México y si llevan a cabo sus objetivos de reinserción social como mandato constitucional; mientras que Justicia ambiental: Un camino hacia la deconstrucción de los derechos de propiedad de Alma Rocío Segoviano-Basurto, es el primer ensayo que la revista publica en lengua inglesa, y aborda uno de los temas primordiales de la agenda internacional en temas de derecho: el ambiental.
Resonancias (Sección que recoge reseñas críticas). Intercambios Oceánicos–México. Trazando redes de información global en repositorios de periódicos históricos, 1840-1914 de Rocío Castellanos-Rueda es la reseña de un proyecto internacional que brinda una perspectiva novedosa en el trabajo con repositorios digitales de distintos países; La intensidad vital del último estridentista de Daniel Téllez nos muestra el papel que jugó Germán List Arzubide en una vanguardia que, aunque efímera, se ocupó de los anhelos que el México posrevolucionario tenía de reivindicación social a partir de un movimiento literario. Por su parte, Que nunca nos falte la poesía: alto vuelo, alta vida a ‘Altazor’ de Marco Antonio Bojorquez-Martínez es la reseña de una revista literaria chilena que rinde homenaje al poeta chileno, Vicente Huidobro, publicando poesía latinoamericana. Dimensiones de la cultura literaria en México (1800-1850). Modelos de sociabilidad, materialidades, géneros y tradiciones intelectuales de Gamaliel Valentín-González reseña un libro que muestra los múltiples factores que influyeron en la conformación de la cultura literaria mexicana durante la primera mitad del siglo XIX e inaugura una Historia de las literaturas en México (colección de 6 volúmenes impulsada por la UNAM, entre otras instituciones ). Finalmente, La ciencia hecha poesía. ‘Principa’ de Elisa Díaz Castelo de Alejandro Rodríguez es una reseña del libro de poemas de la poeta que logra mezclar un lenguaje científico con el poético con un gran acierto, novedad y creatividad.

In this issue, the Perspectives section publishes three articles that demonstrate the multidisciplinary development of FIGURAS REVISTA ACADÉMICA DE INVESTIGACIÓN. “Political Management and the Potential for Self-government: Collective Action for Development” takes up some theoretical references that detail certain economic, social and political conditions, that will allow an ex-ante evaluation of the potential success of self-government; “The Gestation of the Concept of Humanism in the First Decade of the 20th Century in Mexico” explores the conditions under which emergence took place, starting from understanding what was there, in 1900, in the place of humanism, was it a void? Was it something designated with another name and then called like that? Finally, “Reconstructing INAH’s “Proyecto Teotihuacán”, 1962-1964 (Season IV and V)” is an extensive research that exposes the unpublished information of the “Proyecto Teotihuacán” that was consigned in the technical reports kept at INAH, as well as in the scarce texts that were published to bring to light the documentary sources that provide direct information from the protagonists of the project.
In the section Scenarios, essays are grouped on a current and little-recognized topic, outside the medical and health fields: menstruation. Four young female writers rehearse their writing in an autobiographical and reflective exercise; from their intimacy, they break the silence, point out the violence that is exercised on the body by ignoring its processes, and show a way to change the conception of the menstrual cycle. That’s how we can read “The Tale of Menstruation”, “A Rabid Animal”, “A Bad Night” and “Menarche, Anarchy”
The Resonances section includes a critical review of the book El pluriverso de Derechos Humanos. The diversity of struggles for dignity in which their contributions to the deconstructive discussion on the effectiveness of human rights are explained. Two critiques dealing with research projects: “Multidisciplinary Dialogue of Knowledge, Season 2: the Challenge of the Blank Page in a Research Project” that presents the challenges to overcome in academic writing; the second (“Linking Didactic Experiences with the Work Environment Through Creative Thinking in the Graphic Design Degree Program”) reviews the processes followed by a group of students to create an advertising campaign. Finally, “Empowering Words for Girls in the 21st Century Poetry” shows how, with the establishment of a literary prize, the publication of poetry for children begins and how the poetry voice is focused on girls.

En este número, la sección Perspectivas publica tres artículos que muestran el desarrollo multidisciplinario de FIGURAS REVISTA ACADÉMICA DE INVESTIGACIÓN. “Gestión política y potencial de autogobierno: la acción colectiva para el desarrollo” retoma algunas referencias teóricas que detallan ciertas condiciones económicas, sociales y aquéllas de carácter político, que permitirán evaluar ex-ante el potencial de éxito del autogobierno; “La gestación del concepto humanismo en la primera década del siglo XX en México” explora en qué condiciones se da su emergencia, a partir de comprender qué es lo que había ahí, en 1900, en el lugar del humanismo, ¿era un vacío?, ¿algo designado con otro nombre y después llamado así?; finalmente, “Reconstruyendo el ‘Proyecto Teotihuacán’ del INAH, 1962-1964 (temporadas IV y V)” es una amplia investigación que expone la información inédita del “Proyecto Teotihuacán” que quedó consignada en los informes técnicos resguardados en el INAH, así como en los escasos textos que fueron publicados para sacar a la luz las fuentes documentales que aportan información directa de los protagonistas del proyecto.
En la sección Escenas se agrupan ensayos sobre un tema actual y poco reconocido fuera de ámbitos médicos y de salud: la menstruación. Cuatro jóvenes escritoras ensayan su escritura en un ejercicio autobiográfico y reflexivo; desde su intimidad rompen el silencio, señalan la violencia que se ejerce sobre el cuerpo al ignorar sus procesos y muestran un camino para cambiar la concepción del ciclo menstrual. Así podemos leer “El cuento de la menstruación”, “Un animal rabioso”, “Mala noche” y “Menarquia, anarquía”.
La sección Resonancias incluye una reseña crítica sobre el libro El pluriverso de Derechos Humanos. La diversidad de las luchas por la dignidad en la que se explican sus aportaciones a la discusión de-constructiva sobre la eficacia de los derechos humanos. Dos reseñas que se ocupan de Proyectos de investigación: “Diálogo de saberes multidisciplinario, temporada 2: el reto de la página en blanco en un proyecto de investigación” que muestra los desafíos a vencer en la escritura académica; el segundo (“Vinculación de experiencias didácticas con el entorno laboral a través del pensamiento creativo en la Licenciatura de Diseño Gráfico”) reseña el proceso seguido por un grupo de estudiantes para crear una campaña publicitaria. Por último, “Palabras capaces de empoderar a niñas en la poesía del siglo XXI” muestra cómo, con la instauración de un premio literario, comienza la publicación de poesía para la infancia y cómo la voz poética se concentra en las niñas

Get PDFThe formation of self-government for the collective control and management of natural resources faces many limitations, especially when it comes to Common-Pool Resources (CPR). One of the objectives of this work is to take up some theoretical references that detail certain economic, social, and political conditions, which will allow ex-ante evaluation of the potential success of self-government, by the means of identification and design of key indicators, a model of which there is no indication of application for the administration and management of the CPR. The methodological proposal presented here is complemented by the inclusion of the influence of political parties as a variable, relevant institutionalized actor in local or regional contexts for the use of common goods, generators of leadership that integrate shared objectives that have an impact on the achievement of collective action for the self-government of the CPRs.La formación del autogobierno para el control y gestión colectiva de los recursos naturales enfrenta muchas limitantes, principalmente cuando se trata de los denominados recursos de uso común (CPR por sus siglas en inglés). Uno de los objetivos de este trabajo, consiste en retomar algunas referencias teóricas que detallan ciertas condiciones económicas, sociales y aquéllas de carácter político, que permitirán evaluar ex-ante el potencial de éxito del autogobierno, por medio de la identificación y el diseño de indicadores clave, modelo del que no hay indicios de aplicación para el manejo y gestión de los CPR. La propuesta metodológica aquí planteada se complementa con la inclusión de la influencia de los partidos políticos como variable, actores relevantes institucionalizados en los contextos locales o regionales de aprovechamiento de los bienes comunes, generadores de liderazgos integradores de objetivos compartidos y que inciden en el logro de la acción colectiva para el autogobierno de los CPR. 
Raza, género y poder colonial en la Nueva España (Siglos XVI-XVII)
Get PDFWith the support of gender, race, and ethnicity theories framed in the history of Afro-Latin American culture, this article analyzes literary narratives and historical documents to explain that the antecedent of current racism is found in the discourse and structure of the colonial system, and it\u27s enslaving, religious, and corporative ideology, which derived in hierarchical segregation of castes and an increase of mestizaje. Although the concept of race as we know it today did not exist in their consciousness, a policy of racial domination is perceived in the classist gaze of the Creoles of \u27the literate city\u27, which is discussed here through the analysis of the relation as a literary and historical instrument, particularly, Alboroto y Motín de México, written by Carlos de Sigüenza y Góngora. In New Spain colonial context of the 16th and 17th centuries, racism, sexism, and gender violence established barriers of the body in relation to the Other, which generated the segregation of African descendants, indigenous, and mestizo populations, as can be seen in the colonial power\u27s writs and juridical codes. Much of that historical and epistemic violence is projected in the society and culture of Mexico and Latin America to this day. Con el apoyo teórico de los estudios de género, raza y etnicidad enmarcados en la historia de la cultura afrolatinoamericana, este artículo analiza documentos históricos y narrativas literarias, para explicar que el discurso del racismo tiene sus orígenes en las estructuras del sistema colonial y su ideología esclavista, religiosa y corporativa, que derivó en la segregación jerárquica de castas y el incremento del mestizaje. Aunque en sus conciencias no existía el concepto de raza como hoy lo conocemos, se percibe en la mirada clasista de los criollos de ‘la ciudad letrada’ una política de dominio racial, que aquí se comenta a través del análisis de la relación como instrumento literario e histórico, particularmente, Alboroto y Motín de México, escrita por Carlos de Sigüenza y Góngora. En el contexto colonial novohispano de los siglos XVI y XVII, el racismo, el sexismo y la violencia de género establecían barreras del cuerpo en relación con el Otro, lo cual generó la segregación de indígenas, afrodescendientes y mestizos, como se puede observar en cédulas y códigos jurídicos del poder colonial
