Secure Multilevel Data Authentication System in Cloud Environment
Dynamic Proof of Storage is a useful cryptographic primitive that enables a user to check the integrity of outsourced files and to efficiently update the files in a cloud server. Though researchers have planned several dynamic PoS schemes in single user environments, the matter in multi-user environments has not been investigated sufficiently. A sensible multi-user cloud storage system wants the secure client-side cross-user de-duplication technique, that permits a user to skip the uploading method and procure the possession of the files now, once alternative house owners of an equivalent files have uploaded them to the cloud server. Optimization of Lipase Activity from Pseudomonas Fluorescens Using Response Surface Methodology
To ensure optimal lipase activity from Pseudomonas fluorescens, selection of various parameters for an optimized fermentation process is vital. The current study is aimed at the optimization of process parameters of the fermentation based on three basic process parameters during fermentation including pH, fermentation temperature and incubation hours so as to improve lipase activity using response surface methodology (RSM) coupled with central composite design method (CCD). As per the experimental data, correlation between the three investigated parameters with respect to lipase activity of Pseudomonas fluorescens was obtained. The results of analysis of variance (ANOVA) proved that the correlation proposed by quadratic regression was adequate for predicting lipase activity of Pseudomonas fluorescens. It was concluded that the lipase activity was significantly influenced by fermentation parameters. The fermentation temperature of 30 ⁰C, pH value of 8.5 and incubation of 30 hours were found to be optimal for optimal enzyme activity
Modified Biogeography Based Optimization (MBBO)
Biogeography based optimization is most familiar meta-heuristic optimization technique based on biogeography concept. In BBO, a solution of any problem is the habitat and the features of that habitat are suitability index variable (SIV). The SIV values are used by transition operators (migration and mutation).In this paper, we proposed modified BBO (MBBO) which improves the transition operators by introducing exponential average of best solutions. We applied MBBO and some other optimization algorithms (such as BBO, Blended BBO, GA and PSO) on 19 benchmark functions to demonstrate the performance. Evasive Internet: Reducing Internet Vulnerability through Transient Destination
In the current Internet architecture, traffic is commonly routed to its destination using DNS names that are mapped to IP addresses, yet there are no inherent means for receivers to attribute sources of traffic to senders or for receivers to authorize senders. These deficiencies leave the Internet and its connected hosts vulnerable to a wide range of attacks including denial-of-service and misrepresentation (spoofing, phishing, etc.) which continue to cause material damage. In this mechanism to combat these vulnerabilities by introducing attribution and authorization into the network using a transient addressing scheme to establish attribution through DNS, establish authorization at the host, and enforce authorization and attribution in the network. In this work, I developed and characterized a system for effecting in-network enforcement at the router, and I demonstrate the enforcement is possible on current commodity hardware at sustained throughput rates Ill above common Internet connection rates. The current internet architecture allows hosts to send arbitrary IP packets across a network, which may not reflect valid source address information. IP spoofing and Denial of service attacks are ubiquitous. Filtering techniques are not sufficient enough to counter these attacks. Current Internet design calls for in-network authentication of addresses and attribution of traffic they generate. In this architecture the destination can only be reached through a valid capability. The aim of this dissertation is to implement Evasive Internet Protocol for the end hosts and measure the preliminary performance as compared to current internet protocols

Most of the industries and business organizations use various kinds of biometric patterns such as face, finger, palm, vein, skin surface, footprint and some structural parts of the human body and also to consider some video patterns of the stakeholder/customeras secure data for the customers /stakeholders in terms of authentication / verification / authorization/ recognition of traits and also use secure agents for the personal data as well as social/ business/ web/ banking transactions. Also, the government sector use the biometric patterns of stakeholders to claim the government policies, facilities and issue the authorized cards like aadhaar, driving license, passport, pancard etc.., for their needs. The stake holders would provide different patterns of his/ her poster as face, fingerprint, palm, vein, footprint, and/ or other structural patterns of the human body in terms of 2D and 3D patterns. In order to compute such patterns the extraction of features/ recognition of patterns is complex and NP-hard due to the representation of captured patterns with noise or acquisition of sensed data or noisy of sensing devices. Search Space Reduction in Exemplar Based Image Inpainting
This paper aims at developing accelerated exemplary inpaint method. The feature set is considered to be the pixels along with their 8-neighbors. A Multi Phase Search Space Reduction framework namely Systematic Reduction of Information System (SRIS) is employed. SRIS, basically is a roughest based approach which imputes the missing values in an adaptive manner. In this approach the order of inpainting pixels is determined by a simple but effective priority term. The best exemplar is determined based on a similarity metric which is derived by element wise difference of informative pixels of inpaint window and the corresponding pixels of the source region window
