    In this talk, we will work almost exclusively with the Euler characteristic and some of the consequences of its topological invariance. We discuss by following that motivated the study of the characteristic. This gives a relation between topological invariant of the surface and a quantity derived from its combinatorial description. Secondly, we obtain an inequality relating the number of normal triangles and normal quadrilaterals, that depends on the maximum number of tetrahedrons that share a vertex.     An Experimental Approach for Encryption and Decryption of Image using Canonical Transforms & Scrambling Technique

    Data security is a prime objective of various researchers & organizations. Because we have to send the data from one end to another end so it is very much important for the sender that the information will reach to the authorized receiver & with minimum loss in the original data. Data security is required in various fields like banking, defense, medical etc. So our objective here is that how to secure the data. This study is performed on MATLAB R2016b with standard databasegrey scale images like Barbara, Cameraman and Lenna or by using the personalize images in standard format. First of all, the images are scrambled and then the generation of a new complex image took place. Initially phase mask is applied on the complex image by using RPM 1, and then the complex image is encrypted by using LCT of first order. Again the phase mask RPM 2 is applied on the encrypted image followed by the LCT of second order to get the encrypted image finally. Reverse process is applied to get the original image. Various parameters are calculated which shows various aspects. Like Change in the value of MSE with change in order of transform tells the quality of encrypted image. Correlation coefficient of encrypted and decrypted image also shows the difference between the encrypted and decrypted image. The original image is then reconstructed and histogram of all these images analyzed. Robustness and imperceptibility of images increases by the proposed method

Keeping these benefits, it is advised to go for cloud computing environment for any application deployment. The major challenge in this environment is fault tolerance of resources to support for continuous availability of resources to client for working. Especially in IoT applications, we use Fog networking connecting to cloud computing. In this scenario, it is advised to use KNN (K- Nearest Neighbour) resource identification and allocation algorithm to increase the throughput to user requirement. We are presenting an approach to allocate the required resources with optimal distance resource allocation, so as to improve the throughput of user requirement

    The distribution systems must be able to provide energy/electricity to each consumer at an appropriate form of voltage rating. The modern forms of power are complex in nature with multiple load centres and generating stations interconnected through the transmission and distribution networks. The main objective of the energy based power system is energy generation and to deliver the energy/power at to its customers at its rated voltage-based value with minimum losses. In case of heavy loading condition, the reactive form of power flow is the major cause of losses, thus reducing the levels of voltage simultaneously. So, there is occurs a big need to minimize real losses of power and to improve the level of voltage in distribution systems. In such cases, a variation occurs in the network configuration usually varying by the operation based on switching meant for transferring the load among the feeders. Basically there are two switches used in distribution systems; one is normally closed switch that usually connects two line-based sections and the other is the normally open switch placed on tie lines connecting two of the primary feeders in the section.The optimized form of network configuration represents a topological feeder structure by changing the open/closed sectionalizing status and tie-line switches with minimized losses, saving the distribution system radial structure

    Watermarking Based Image Authentication for Secure Color Image Retrieval in Large Scale Image Databases

    An important facet of traditional retrieval models is that they retrieve images and videos and consider their content and context reliable. Nevertheless, this consideration is no longer valid since they can be faked for many reasons and at different degrees thanks to powerful multimedia manipulation software. Our goal is to investigate new ways detecting possible fake in social network platforms. In this paper, we propose an approach that assets identification faked images by combining standard content-based image retrieval (CBIR) techniques and watermarking. We have prepared the wartermarked image database of all images using LSB based watermarking. Using gabor features and trained KNN, user is able to retrieve the matching query image. The retrieved image is authenticated by extracting the watermark and matching it again with the test image

Intel Core i7 etc.) with speed thousand times greater, microprocessor 8085 is still widely used in academia for education and research purposes. To make the microprocessor 8085 more accessible and portable, many simulators for the same have been introduced over the past years with various level of user friendliness. This paper proposes a simple yet powerful enhanced simulator, namely OneX which is capable of real time code parsing, error handling and label parsing for different addresses.
