A Note on the Linkability of Blind Signature Schemes over Braid Groups
Blindness and unforgeability are two essential security requirements of a secure blind signature scheme. Blindness means that after interacting with various users, the signer can never be able to link a valid message pair. Blindness is meaningless if after interacting with various users, the signer is able to link a valid message signature pair. This security vulnerability is known as linkability attack. Recently, Verma proposed two blind signature schemes over braid groups. Verma claimed that the proposed schemes are secure against all possible security vulnerabilities and also satisfy all essential securities properties. This paper reviews Verma’s proposed blind signature schemes and found that these scheme do not withstand against the linkability vulnerability
Implementation of Secure and Energy Efficient Routing Protocol for Mobile Adhoc Network
Mobile adhoc network are networks consisting of spatially distributed autonomous sensors, which are capable of sensing the physical or environmental conditions and have set of applications in various domains. But MANET is also prone to various active and passive attacks due to the lack of security mechanism, centralized management in routing protocol and. The prime task of WSN is to sense and collect information, process and transmit to the sink. One of the major security threats in MANET is attacks; attacks may be active or passive. First of all implementation of reference work carried out in NS 2 environment for various numbers of nodes in the range from 10 to 50 followed by integration of attacker node. In our research work specifically black hole attack has been taken to see the impact on network parameters. To overcome such active attacks an advanced Ad hoc On-Demand Distance Vector routing protocol techniques incorporated hash function with security algorithm so that data cannot be accessed by unauthorized person. Network matrices are improved by implementing advanced AODV routing protocol. In the distributed network trust among various sensing nodes is a powerful tool to increase the performance of device networks. In our research work depth analysis carried out on the security and trust communication between the device nodes with routing techniques to discover and prevent information packet from the being exposed to black hole attack. Further various mobility pattern can be investigated with different attacks

Numerical Solutions forTwo-Dimensional Laplace Equation in Electrostatics with Boundary Values
In this paper, numerical method algorithmsare designed and implemented for the solution of partial differential two dimensional Laplaceequations.Finite difference method (FDM)and Finite element method (FEM) approaches are used to determine the solution and the performance is investigated by developing algorithms in MATLAB. The electric potential over the entire domain for both methods are computed. The solution obtained using FEM is compared with FDM. In this problem, theFDM results are considered to bemore accurate. The accuracyof FEM solution can be increasedusing higher order elements or by dividing the given domain into a greater number of triangular elements
A Comprehensive Review on Face detection using Machine learning classification
Increased interest in biometric security systems makes face recognition a very effective research area. Now, we will take a look on basics of a face recognition system. In an image a face region is present where only facial features are present. In another terms it means we have to localize or concentrate only on the face region that means we are contemplating those parts of an image where a face may present. This research provides an up-to date survey of various existing recognition techniques but also represent precise descriptions of some methods. In addition to this other topics like issues of illumination and pose variation are also discussed in their work. The purpose of this short review paper is to present, categorize and evaluate some new face detection techniques using four conventional learning machine. The performance and the other evaluation parameters of these methods compare with each other in order to introduce significant techniques and also to state advantages and disadvantages of related work
Comparative Analysis of Secure Routing Protocol with Malicious Node Attack in VANET Using CBR/UDP Traffic: A Review

In this paper we present the performance analysis of the black hole attack in Vehicular Ad Hoc Network. We elaborate the different types of attacks and their depth in ad hoc network. The performance metric is taken for the evaluation of attack which depends on a packet end to end delay, network throughput and network load. Comparative Study of PCF Structure at Different Air Hole Pitch
Photonic crystal fibers (PCF) play most interesting and promising role in optical communication industry than conventional optical fibers. There are several unusual optical properties of PCF, which makes PCF more flexible and useful than conventional one. These properties are single mode operation, flattened dispersion, zero chromatic dispersion.. These properties are achieved by carefully design the PCF structure. This paper proposes a PCF structure of fused silica glass with an array of circular or elliptical air holes running along its length. In this paper I proposed 3 PCF designs with varying hole pitch and compared their results. The methodology I adopted to propose these designs with circular air holes is, by changing the pitch of the air hole rings. I designed the PCF structure with three different hole pitch of 2.0µm,2.03µm,2.05µm. By this investigation I selected the design with hole pitch=2.0µm as my best result, because it provide very low confinement loss less than 10-5dB/km in the wavelength from 1.1?m to 2.0?m, zero dispersion at 1.55µm wavelength, and ultra flat dispersion over a wide wavelength range 1.1µm to 2µm range
OFDM-Based Based Cognitive Radio Networks for Spectrum Monitoring Using Energy Ratio Algorithm
This paper presents a spectrum mon- itoring algorithm for Orthogonal Frequency Di- vision Multiplexing (OFDM) based cognitive ra- dios by which the primary user reappearance or availability can be detected during the secondary user transmission. The proposed method or tech- nique reduces the frequency with which spectrum sensing must be performed and greatly decreases the elapsed period between the start of a primary transmission and its detection by the secondary network. This is done by sensing the change in signal strength throughout a number of reserved OFDM sub-carriers so that the availability of the primary user is easily detected. Moreover, the OFDM impairments such as power leakage, Narrow Band Interference (NBI), and Inter-Carrier Inter-ference (ICI) are investigated and their impacts are studied. Both analysis and simulation show that the energy ratio algorithm can e ectively and accurately detect the appearance of the primary user. Furthermore, this method achieves more im- munity to frequency-selective fading channels for both single and multiple receive antenna systems, with a complexity that is approximately twice that of a conventional energy detector.Cognitive radios o er the promise of being a disruptive technologies innovation that would enable the future wireless world.
