Between keyframes, modern animation software allows for partial automation of the action. Anyway, the formation of scenes including many collaborating characters actually requires the greater part of the work to be hand-done by illustrators and any programmed conduct in the liveliness arrangement will in general be permanently set up and lacking independence. This paper depicts our "FreeWill" model which tends to these restrictions by proposing and executing an extendable mental engineering intended to oblige objectives, activities, and information, consequently investing enlivened characters with some level of independent insightful way of behaving

An Investigation On Novel Combination For Diabetic Neuropathy

Diabetes is a multifaceted metabolic illness. When it is a chronic ailment, it severely damages several organs, including the kidneys, heart, eyes, blood arteries, and nerves. This further leads to difficulties with the macro and microvascular systems. Although there are currently enough medications to manage diabetes, there is a significant danger and death rate associated with the disease. One of the biggest problems facing medical and healthcare professionals is the reported partial relief and ongoing pain of their patients.  A parallel epidemic of complications from diabetes and prediabetes has been brought on by the global epidemics of these conditions. While the last ten years have seen a significant advancement in our knowledge of the intricacies of diabetic neuropathy, the unique processes behind neuropathy in type 1 and type 2 diabetes are still unknown. To effectively treat and prevent diabetic neuropathy, further research on the disease\u27s pathophysiology will be essential. People with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) have a much lower quality of life when they have painful diabetic neuropathy. The development of tolerance is a constraint and the efficacy of currently available pharmaceutical medicines is restricted. We shall talk about an Investigation on Novel Combination for Diabetic Neuropathy in this paper

Present review paper is aimed to identify the various variables associated with suicidal ideation by review of existing literature available on suicide attempts, suicide and suicide ideation in Indian contex

Effect Of Sensitization Programme Regarding Hpv Screening With Self Sampling Method (SSM) Vs Assisted Sampling Method (ASM) On The Level Of Awareness, Among The Women At The Selected Villages Of Puducherry – Pilot Study Report

The cervical cancer screening is very low (22% to 36%) in India among women. Hpv testing has been shown to be more sensitive than a pap smear exam. Several shreds of evidence proved that self-collection of samples for cervical cancer screening can increase participation and follow-up as well. Women may feel more feasible to collect their own samples, rather than going to visit a health worker for cervical cancer screening. Objectives To assess the existing level of awareness on hpv screening among group I (Self Sampling Method) & group II (Assisted Sampling Method) women at the selected Villages of Puducherry. Methodology Quantitative research approach and Quasi experimental design was adopted in this study. Simple random sampling Technique was adopted to select the sample for the study. Total 20 Samples - 10 for experimental group and 10 for control group were selected . Result and Findings:    Regarding demographic variable the study findings are: majority 40% and 70% of women were in the age group of 25-35yrs and 36-45yrs in the group I and II respectively. With regard to level of awareness the mean pre and posttest level of Awareness in the group I shows that during pretest the mean was 6.1 with SD 4.23 whereas during post test mean is 17.8 with SD 2.14. The mean difference was 10.3 with t value 6.65 shows highly significant. Similarly in the group II the mean level of Awareness was 2.1 with SD 2.66  and the mean of post test is 6.1 with 3.17. The mean difference was 4 with t value 13.41 which is not significant. Conclusion: This highlights awareness increased in the group I after the sensitization programme more than Group II

A Study Of Marketing Challenges Faced By Agro Producers Through Agricultural Produce Marketing Committees In The Of Maharashtra

The production and marketing aspects of agricultural products are two sides of the same coin. Marketing oriented production would be the key to success than production based marketing. In the current distribution of agricultural products, the agricultural and related departments dealing with product efficiency are completely separate from the marketing organization. This caused a visible lack of integration in the planning and implementation of different systems at the district level. In the marketing of agricultural products, there is a need for convergence between agriculture and related departments. This requires a convergence of systems and resources to explore synergies for the benefit of farmers. The current system seems to indicate that the existing deficiencies on the marketing front are mainly due to the lack of coordination between the production and marketing departments. The objective of this literature review is to examine the gaps and deficiencies of various agricultural marketing infrastructures, their geographical distribution in the state of Maharashtra to enhance marketing and related activities in India

Development And Significance Of Social Networks In Sales Organizations For Enhancing Salesperson Performance

In recent years, there has been a noticeable shift in the study of salesperson performance, with a growing recognition of the significance of intra organizational dynamics alongside the traditional focus on customer relationships. This evolving perspective acknowledges the intricate web of connections and interactions within sales organizations that contribute to overall sales effectiveness (e.g., Royals and Humphries 2007). By delving into the realm of intra organizational relationships, researchers are uncovering valuable insights into the factors that drive salesperson performance beyond external customer-facing activities (e.g., Brown and Peterson 1994; Szymanski 1988). The study referenced here presents a nuanced exploration of the impact of intra organizational relationships on salesperson performance, drawing on data collected from a substantial sample of 286 sales professionals in Pune (Balkundi and Harrison 2006; Wasserman and Faust 1994). Through the lens of social network analysis, the researchers scrutinized the intricate patterns of interaction and influence within the organizational context. Their findings shed light on the pivotal role played by two distinct dimensions of social network characteristics: relational centrality and positional centrality. Relational centrality, (e.g., Plouffe and Gr´egoire 2011), which reflects the prominence of salespeople within the social fabric of the organization based on their relationships and connections, emerged as a significant determinant of salesperson performance. The study further illuminates the role of political skill—an individual\u27s ability to effectively navigate organizational dynamics and influence others—in shaping relational centrality (Hughes, Le Bon, and Malshe 2012; Plouffe and Barclay 2007) . Surprisingly, however, the researchers observed that while political skill positively correlated with relational centrality, it did not exert a similar influence on positional centrality within the social network
