Estrategias docentes para el aprendizaje significativo de la geografía de la población en el contexto universitario
Get PDFThis paper analyzes the strategies of teachers to promote meaningful learning geography of the population in the context of Social Sciences of the Education Project of the National Experimental University Rafael María Baralt; It was based theoretically on the contributions of Vera (2013), Tobon (2010), Ausubel et al (2010), UNESCO (2014) and Fernandez Diaz Barriga (2007), among others. The methodology is documentary literature with design, based on the theoretical analysis of meaningful learning and teaching strategies. The results determine that teachers should reflect on the development of educational practice, using creative strategies constructivist to promote meaningful learning in students of geography of the population, enabling them to learn to learn, how to be and live within the society. In conclusion it could synthesize it necessary to establish teaching strategies for meaningful learning geography of the population, where research and social context, constitute a focal element of meaningful student learning.Se analizan estrategias de los docentes para promover el aprendizaje significativo de la asignatura Geografía de la población, Proyecto Ciencias Sociales del Programa Educación de la Universidad Nacional Experimental Rafael María Baralt; se fundamentó en los aportes de Vera (2013), Tobón (2010), Ausubel y Otros (2010), UNESCO (2014), Díaz Barriga y Fernández (2007). Es una investigación documental, basada en el análisis teórico sobre estrategias docentes y aprendizaje significativo. Los resultados determinan que los docentes deben reflexionar en cuanto al desarrollo de la práctica educativa, utilizar estrategias creativas de corte constructivista para promover el aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes de geografía de la población, que permita aprender a aprender, saber ser y convivir dentro de la sociedad. Se pudo sintetizar la necesidad de establecer estrategias docentes para el aprendizaje significativo de la geografía de la población, donde la investigación y el contexto social, constituyen un elemento neurálgico del aprendizaje significativo del estudiante
Historia consular del Zulia: consideraciones para su estudio
Get PDFInternational relations are increasingly dynamic and lead to the establishment of intense interrelations between States. In this sense, diplomatic and consular relations acquire more and more dynamism. This dynamism depends on the economic importance of a country or region and, in that sense, they will be important or mediated. This article analyzes the figure of the consular exercise, from both a historical and legal point of view, and explains the consular history of the Zulia region since the twenties of the nineteenth century, as an approach to the variables that led to the establishment of consular relations different countries in the area, based on the literature review and primary sources that were used for this investigation, which is descriptive and analytical. It is concluded that the consular exercise in the Zulia region was and is very rich, and this is manifested in the large number of consulates that were established in today’s Zulia State.Las relaciones internacionales son cada vez más dinámicas y conllevan al establecimiento de intensas interrelaciones entre los Estados. En este sentido, las relaciones diplomáticas y consulares adquieren cada vez más dinamismo. Ese dinamismo depende de la importancia económica de un país o región y, en ese sentido, éstas serán importantes o mediatizadas. Este artículo analiza la figura del ejercicio consular, desde un punto de vista tanto histórico como jurídico, y explica la historia consular de la región zuliana desde los años veinte del siglo XIX, como una aproximación a las variables que conllevaron al establecimiento de relaciones consulares de distintos países en la zona, con base a la revisión bibliográfica y fuentes primarias que se utilizaron para esta investigación, la cual es descriptica y analítica. Se concluye que el ejercicio consular en la región zuliana fue y es muy rico, y ello se manifiesta en el gran número de consulados que se establecieron en el hoy estado Zulia
