Intelligent Transportation System for Smart-Cities using Fuzzy Logic
According to United Nations population statistics 2017, the world population is 7.6 billion and is growing rapidily alomost 11 billion by end of 21 century with a 70% chance of continued growth, this rapid increasing population have created low standards of living in cities. Smart Cities are facing pressures associated with due innovations and globalization to improve their citizens life. Computational intelligence is the study of adaptive mechanism to facilitate intelligent behavior in changing and complex environments. Traffic congestion and monitoring has become one of the critical issues in big cities. The adaptive mechanism of computational intelligence in changing the behavior of complex environments of smart city is very effective. The developing framework and services for smart-city requires sound infrastructure, latest current technology adoption. A framework model with the integration of cloud-data, social network (SN) services that is collecting stream data with smart sensors in the context of smart cities is proposed. The adaptive mechanism of computational intelligence in changing thebehavior of complex environments of smart city is very effective. A radical framework that enables the analysis of big-data sets stemming from Social Networking (SN) sites. Smart cities understanding is a broad concept only city transportation sector is focused in this article. Fuzzy logic modeling techniques are used in many fields i.e. medical, engineering. business and computing related problems. To solve various traffic management issues in cities a detailed analysis of fuzzy logic system is proposed. This paper presents an analysis of the results achieved using Fuzzy Logic System (FLS) for smart cities. The results are verified using MATLAB Simulation
Artificial Intelligence A Byproduct of Natural Intelligence and Their Salient Features
This paper mainly focuses on the creation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) using natural intelligence but the question to be considered whether the natural intelligence can be created using artificial intelligence or not. The Artificial intelligence is the outcome of functionality and capabilities of human brain called neural Network. In this paper, it is presumed that the artificial intelligence is a byproduct of natural intelligence and then we discuss some relationship between both of these, especially the working of natural intelligence. Some other important questions are raised to understand a deep linkage between natural and artificial intelligence. There exists lot of non-material phenomenon created by dint of natural intelligence (not created by human) causing to produce systems run by artificial intelligence theorems and algorithms working at backend. The software based on Knowledge Based Systems (KBS) derives its power from human wisdom and natural intelligence. There are several limitations on artificial intelligence. In creation of natural intelligence there is a great role of spirituality.Humans are creator of artificial intelligence with limited abilities. Actually AI started with invention of machines. The applications of creation of natural intelligence are vastly and abundantly known to humans of 21st Century, which are incorporated in the areas of Space Science, Anatomy, and motion ofPlants, spin of electron, Electronics, plant intelligence and Neural Science etc. The working of machines depending upon the artificial intelligence doesn't provide creativity or self-motivated innovations, within the meaning of natural intelligence
A Comparative Study of Routing Protocols Including RIP, OSPF and BGP
In network communication, routing is the process of transferring data across network between different end devices. Communication can be within a local area network (LAN) or a wide area network (WAN). Despite of the network type, routing is considered as an important process in network communication. Router works with routing protocols. Routing protocol basically determines the way in which different routers communicate and transfer data. Different protocols have different attributes, algorithms and architecture that makes them capable to achieve reliable communication. So, we can say that the basics for transferring data across network is routing protocols. The data moves across different network topologies and different protocols working within and outside an autonomous system handles this data. Various protocols used in routing includes: Routing Information Protocol (RIP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and many more. Image Segmentation Using Marker-Controlled Watershed Transformation and Morphology
The watershed segmentation methods are essential methods, to be considered for quick results in image handling and analysis. However, the main problem arises in produced image because it causes excess segmentation and noise. This research is conducted to improve this presented algorithm based on the mathematical morphology and filters to minimize flaws mentioned in that paper. Objective of this research is to find the gaps in the existing literary works. In most cases, themarker based segmentation is best because it marks the part of segment. The working of this proposed algorithm is checked by optimization of the part that is still an area of research

Precision medicine being top priority in medication is main essence to describe treatment based on individual physiology, genetic makeup and other factors. Healthcare information is available from clinics, government hospitals and electronic medical records along with advanced digital resources such as glucometers, insulin injectors, blood pressure monitors, and smart watches. Social media is an excellent source where people share their medical treatment status on Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Effective statistical models can be created social media to prescribe medicines. Vital architectural components include storage programs (Amazon S3, Google cloud store), data incorporation mechanisms (Kafka, Storm Topology, Sqoop), APIs (Fitbit Web, Apple HealthKit, OneTouch, Facebook, Twitter), processing engine (Spark, Hadoop) and training datasets (Spark ML, Mahout scalable machine learning, data mining techniques, appropriate algorithms).
