Get PDFสัตว์เลี้ยงในประเทศไทยมีจำนวนสูงมากขึ้นในทุกปี ปัญหาที่มักเกิดกับการเลี้ยงสัตว์คือสูญหายหรือพลัดหลง และแมวหนึ่งในสัตว์เลี้ยงที่มีความนิยมมีอัตราพลัดหลงแล้วกลับมาเพียง 64% และอัตราของการเสียชีวิตระหว่างสูญหายที่สูง การระบุตัวตนแมวจะช่วยทำให้ระบุตำแหน่ง หรือให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแมวที่พลัดหลงได้ งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ได้มีการนำเสนอวิธีการระบุตัวตนโดยใช้การเรียนรู้เชิงลึก โดยประกอบไปด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน 1) ขั้นตอนการตรวจจับใบหน้า ซึ่งใช้สถาปัตยกรรม YOLOv5Face เพื่อตรวจจับใบหน้าและตำแหน่งของ หู ตา และจมูก 2) ขั้นตอนตรวจสอบใบหน้า ใช้แบบจำลอง EfficientNetV2S ที่ถูกฝึกฝนไว้ล่วงหน้ากับสถาปัตยกรรมแบบแฝดสาม คู่กับ Triplet Loss Function และการใช้วิธีการ Hard Batch สำหรับการชุดข้อมูลเพื่อฝึกฝน และ Global Orthogonal Regularization เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจำแนกข้อมูล 3) ขั้นตอนการระบุตัวตน โดยใช้ FAISS และ K-NN เพื่อหาจำนวนใบหน้าคล้ายคลึงและระบุว่าเป็นแมวตัวใดในฐานข้อมูล ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ของงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้แบบจำลองสำหรับการตรวจจับใบหน้ามีค่า mAP อยู่ที่ 0.9974 และขั้นตอนการระบุตัวตนแบบ 5 อันดับแรก มีความแม่นยำสูงสุดอยู่ที่ 89
