Patrilineal Constraints and Female Creativity: Case on Gitar Tunggal Lampung
Women have played a significant role in the history of Lampung\u27s indigenous people, a.k.a Ulun Lappung. Lampung and women have had a long relationship since the Lampung people\u27s ancestors settled in this area in the 14th century. Ratu Sekarmong, a Lampung indigenous resident, has led the Tumi tribe in Sekala Brak. Then women played a unique role in the stringed music of the Pepadun community two generations ago, particularly the gitar tunggal. Participant observations of female gitar tunggal performers, particularly those from the Pepadun ethnic group of Lampung, were used to conduct this qualitative study. The number of female guitar players in Lampung is currently dispersed. Women of the ethnic Pepadun make up the majority of the performers. In-depth descriptions are also produced using ethnographic data and digital documents from the internet. Investigations on virtual field sites, interviews, and literature reviews are used to collect research data. According to the findings, male and female gitar tunggal performers use the same way in techniques. Contrarily, female guitarists have different goals than male guitarists. Women are prohibited from playing stringed instruments in public or in the local music industry. In addition, male performers typically remain active on stage, whereas female performers only reside in their homes. In the traditional view, their creativity is only used for household amusement. As a result, female guitarists must advance new coping mechanisms that affect their ability to retain music. Exploring the Dynamics of Conflict: The Case of Tuah Sarumpun Dance Studio and the Government of Nagari Limau Lunggo Solok Regency
This paper discusses the problem of Conflict Analysis between the art group Tuah Sarumpun and the Government of Nagari Limau Lunggo, Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency. This case occurred because of the disharmonious communication between the Nagari government and the Tuah Sarumpun group. This problem continued and escalated when the Nagari government established a new group by providing facilities and financial support to ensure the health of the group. This triggered a conflict between the two camps. However, the conflict had a positive impact. For sanggar Tuah Sarumpun, the conflict can help maintain their social structure in the community. In fact, the conflict can also unite group members and reaffirm their group as members of sanggar Tuah Sarumpun. Their group identity as members of sanggar Tuah Sarumpun is positive. This research is classified as qualitative research that produces descriptive data. Related to that, the data collection methods used were interviews, observations, document studies, and group discussions. For the analysis of the main study is using conflict theory. As Corser (2010: 126) says, conflict is not only seen from the negative side, but positively conflict helps maintain social structures. Also, conflict can positively strengthen groups
The Influence of Local Cultural Values in the Traditional Music Learning Process in the Sendratasik Department
Traditional music as an integral part of a society\u27s cultural wealth has aesthetic value and plays a role in deepening cultural identity. However, in the era of globalization and modernization, traditional music is often threatened by changes in values and lifestyles that dominate from outside the culture. This article explores the influence of local cultural values on the traditional music education process in the Sendratasik Department. The main challenge is maintaining the existence of traditional music amidst the ever-changing interests of the younger generation. The research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and direct observation, this research aims to understand the extent to which local cultural values influence students\u27 attitudes, interests, and participation in learning traditional music. The research results show that curriculum implementation through face-to-face lectures, online learning, lecturer collaboration, and integration of educational technology are effective strategies for maintaining the existence of traditional music. Analysis of the impact of globalization shows that traditional music needs to adapt to contemporary trends to remain relevant. Traditional music education also plays a role in developing student character, such as creativity, communication skills, empathy, pedagogical skills, discipline, collaboration, understanding of cultural diversity, understanding of technology, self-development, spirit of inclusivity, as well as creation and performance. This research is expected to contribute to the development of learning strategies and curricula that focus on maintaining and developing traditional music as an inseparable part of cultural heritage that is alive and relevant in today\u27s society

Die COVID-19-Pandemie und die zur Verfügung stehenden präventiven therapeutischen Maßnahmen (Vakzinierung) haben nachdrücklich gezeigt, dass RNA-basierte Wirkstoffe sowie auf mRNA-basierende Impfstoffe das Potential besitzen, eine neue Ära der zugänglichen und personalisierten Gesundheitsversorgung zu begründen. Die pharmakologischen Eigenschaften von Nukleinsäurebasierten Wirkstoffen wie das Induzieren der Proteinkodierung, das Hemmen der Proteintranslation oder die Spezifität, an Zielmoleküle zu binden, lässt diese zu attraktiven Wirkstoff-Kandidaten werden. Diese potentiellen Medikamente sind kostengünstig, relativ einfach herzustellen und können auf zuvor nicht oder nur äußerst eingeschränkt medikamentös-therapierbare Indikationen abzielen. Insbesondere RNA Wirkstoffe haben somit das Potential die Pharmakotherapie zu revolutionieren.
Die zwingende Grundvoraussetzung für die Verwendung von RNA-Wirkstoffen ist ein verlässlicher und effektiver Transport (Delivery) dieser Strukturen in die Zielorgane und dort in das Zytosol der entsprechenden Zielzellen. Wir haben einen neuen aktiven Hilfsstoff entwickelt, welcher aus einem zyklischen, lipophil-modifizierten zellpenetrierenden Peptid (CPP) besteht. CPPs sind in der Lage, zelluläre Membranen auch zusammen mit an sie gekoppelten Substanzen zu überwinden. Dieser Hilfsstoff konnte in ersten Vorversuchen die zelluläre Aufnahme von Nukleinsäuren im Zellmodell deutlich erhöhen und war im Vergleich den bisherigen kommerziell erhältlichen Transfektionssystemen überlegen. Dies war insbesondere für die schwer zu transfizierende Monozyten-Zelllinie P388 der Fall.
Das übergeordnete Ziel des ZeNaTra-Projektes besteht in der präklinischen Entwicklung eines in vivo-Delivery-Systems von Nukleinsäure-Therapeutika mittels lipophil modifizierter zell-penetrierender Peptide und darauf basierender Nanopartikel als Trägersysteme. Hierzu sollen in der beantragten
Sondierungsphase Vorarbeiten und strategische Planung erfolgen, um bei positiven Ergebnissen einen möglichst schnellen und effizienten Projektfortschritt für den Proof-of-Concept (PoC) zu gewährleisten und eine mögliche Translation in den Menschen vorzubereiten. Ziel ist es, eine effiziente Trajektorie notwendiger, logisch gereihter Versuche zu entwickeln und die regulatorischen und kommerziellen Rahmenbedingungen zu definieren.

GREAT (German Receiver for Astronomy at Terahertz Frequencies), 2007 in einem Peer Review als eines der beiden first-light Instrumente für die Early Science Flüge ausgewählt, wurde im März 2011 in das SOFIA Observatorium integriert. Die Modularität von GREAT erlaubte, auf der flugzertifizierten Struktur des Empfängers aufsetzend, die Aufrüstung mit Arrays mit bis zu 14 Detektoren. Diese Ver-besserung, kurz upGREAT genannt, erfolgte in 2017. Ein Konsortium bestehend aus dem Max-Planck-Institut für Radioastronomie, der Universität zu Köln und der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, haben das GREAT-Spektrometer zum upGREAT weiterentwickelt. upGREAT besteht aus zwei Frequenzkanälen, einem der den Bereich von 1,8 bis 2,1 THz abdeckt und einem Frequenzkanal mit dem der astronomisch wichtige Feinstrukturübergang von atomarem Sauerstoff bei einer Frequenz von 4,7 THz gemessen werden soll. Als Instrument der Principal Investigator Klasse wird upGREAT dabei ausschließlich durch sachkundiges Personal des Konsortiums betrieben. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts wurde die wissen-schaftliche Nutzung von upGREAT für Beobachter, die nicht dem PI-Team angehören (sog. Gastbe-obachter) unterstützt.

The modularity of GREAT allowed, based on the flight-certified structure of the receiver, the upgrade with arrays with up to 14 detectors. This improvement, called upGREAT took place in 2017. A consortium consisting of the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy, the University of Cologne and the Humboldt University of Berlin, has the GREAT spectrometer further developed to the upGREAT. upGREAT consists of two frequency channels, one covers the range from 1.8 to 2.1 THz and the other frequency channel is for the astronomically important fine structure transition of atomic oxygen (OI) at a frequency of 4.7. As an instrument of the Principal Investigator class, upGREAT is can only be operated by experienced staff from the consortium.
