This article attempts to analyze Iqbal-e-Kaamil, the creation of Maulana Abdus Salam Nadwi, published in 1948. The book deals with the life history, philosophy, ideology, poetry, prose and almost each and every aspect of the universal poet, Iqbal. It is not only a biography of Iqbal but a portrayal of him as an artist. The writer has discussed Urdu and Persian poetry of Iqbal and given a critique of some of the best of his couplets. Apart from it, certain topics of his poetry like Ego/the Self, loss of the Self, nation, politics and fine arts have been reviewed. This book holds a great significance to understand the creative work of Iqbal. It is a compact study of the personality and writings of Iqbal. To sum up, this article establishes that this book is a comprehensive work on Iqbal

Tadveen of Urdu texts during the 20th century has been carried out simultaneously, and often con-currently, at various centers of learning in different cities and provinces /states in India and Pakistan. These include Deccan, Lahore, Karachi, Delhi, Lucnow, Raam Pur and Patna etc, where it was carried out and these centres/Cities determine its characteristics and tendencies. Any study of the tradition of Tadveen e Matn in Urdu has to take into account these centres as a whole describing their history as well as characteristics and evolution. These centres can be described as "Dabsitaan" in the tradition of Tadveen e Matn. Among these centres the Patna Dabistan has its own characteristics. Qazi Abdul Wadood is the main Mudavin of this center. Ghalib belongs to the classical period of Urdu poetry. This was a period when the appreciation and enjoyment of poetry was a cultural phenomenan of the Sub-continent. Mewati is one of the four languages spoken in Dehli and around its boundries. It has a distinct identity in Urdu Language. The region of Mewat consists on state Alwar, Bhart-pur and district Gorgaon which is spread over the area of 100 miles long and 75 miles wide.
