Mir is most famous and unique poet. He is king of ghazal. He finds the love and esheqe of reality. Love is a major phenomenon in lierature. It is an important topic of literature. Mir had special longing for this art of expression and play of words. Asnat is such a craft of words which has various types of kinds. This article is a review of autobiography of Field Marshal Muhammad Ayub Khan, Ex. President of Pakistan. The book entitled "Friends not masters" which was translated into Urdu by a famous writer Ghulam Abbas. Ayub Khan was born in a village "Rehana" near Rawalpindi. After compilation of educatin he got commissin in Royal Army and proceeded to England for professional training. When Pakistan came into existence, he joined Pakistand Army and gradually became Field Marshal of Pakistan Army. According to the author, the book may be called a verbal creation regarding his autobiography which is anthology of conversations among some close friends of the author. Basically book is based on the ideology that the citizens of developing countries are desirous for the friendship and help of the advanced / developed countries especially America, but it would be equal level like friends not masters. The book also discussed the political ups and downs in Pakistan because the author remained the President of Pakistan for more than 10 years

The history and tradition of Urdu Tadveen e Matan has a distinguished background. Its theory and practice is derived from the grand tradition of the Tadveen of Quran e Pak and that of Ahadith. It has been adopted to modern times and Urdu language and literature.The early practices of it learned this art from the madrisas and adjusted it to modern literary requirements. Now, however, the universities have started to teach it as part of research methodology. But there is a lack of the books which can be used to teach it to the beginners. In this article, the authors review the requirements of teaching the theory and practice of Tadveen in Urdu and point to its future requirements

Shafiq-ur-Rehman was the renowned Pakistani humourist and a short story writer of Urdu language. He was one of the most illustrious writers of the Urdu speaking world. He has given enduring pleasure to his readers. He was a medical Doctor by profession and served in Pakistan Army. He also received Hilal-e-Imtiaz for his military and civilian services. He has widely been appreciated by the writers and critics of Urdu literature. He joined the Indian Army Medical Corps and served at different war fronts during the Second World War. After the independence of Pakistan in 1947, he joined the Pakistan Army and eventually rose to the rank of general. He also served as Chairman of the Academy of Letters of Pakistan from 1980 to 1985. Urdu is a Turkish word. Turkish is one of those languages which form the basis of Urdu. Like Persian and Arabic, the literary works of Turkish language should also be translated into Urdu to flourish it. Therefore, to promote Urdu language, researchers and writers should have an understanding of Turkish literature to enhance the richness of Urdu literature. Three periods of Turkish literature in its long history since 11th to 20th century remained prevalent.The first period from 14th to 19th century remained under the influence of Persian Poetry. The second period is called Tanzimat period. Literary creations and writings from ancient Greece to modern literature have been translated into Turkish language in this era. Third period is connected with the beginning of Sultan Abdul Hameed as well as modern literature. The modern Turkish literature is characterized by simplicity of language. Turkish language became the third largest language of Islamic world after Arabic. Modern Turkish literature has developed its recognition as compared to former literature of Usmani era.
