اقبال:حیات ِ انسانی اور دانشِ نورانی
Allama Iqbal's work is rich in wisdom and sagacity. Iqbal's prudence appears in his key concepts expressed both in prose and verse. He keenly observed the issues related to mankind. He not only observed them intensly but also presented remedial course of action against them. Plenty of places especially in his verse he presented his viewpoint to handle these issues amicably. Iqbal's wisdom is of divinely nature. His work has also tinge of psychological treatment. This article covers Iqbal's understanding of the human issues and their remedies in light of his poetry.

Gabriel Garcia Marquez was one of the greatest Colombian novelist of the 20th century. He was awarded with the Nobel prize for literature after the publication of his novel One Hundred Years of Solitude .Besides fiction, he wrote screen plays and continued to work as a journalist. He was considered to be one of the founders of magic realism and unique stylist of writing blended fantasy and reality to make magical realism. The language utilized in his fiction is enriched by the folklore of his people, culture and place of origin Aracata. This article highlights some elements of his style which surprised his readers.

Makhdoom Muhammad Hashim Thattvi was one of the most prominent Islamic scholars in the history of Sindh. He was a great jurist, poet, academician, researcher, Muhaddith and Mufassir who authored hundreds of books. He also worked as chief justice in the Kalhora reign. He was the leading Islamic theologian and the Imam of the grand Masjid at Thatta. He engaged himself in missionary services. His religious dictums helped in shapping of Sindhi culture and spread of Islamic tradition in Sindh. He was believed to be a leading authority on the Fatwa-e-Alamgiri. He belonged to the Qadri Order of Sufism. He had a large following throughout the Muslim world especially in Sindh.
حسن رضا خاں کی غزل گوئی
Hasan Raza Khan belonged to a renowned religious family of the Sub continent. Though his main claim to fame is his Na'at verse, yet he is also an established Ghazal composer. He was a disciple of Mirza Daagh Dehlvi. He followed his teacher Daagh in ghazal both in thought and style. The article is a study of Hasan Raza's poetic flare as ghazal poet.

Literature of every era is reflective of particular time. So is the case of Urdu literature. Like other literary genres, Urdu novel is an index of contemporariness. The Urdu novel written in 21st century and especially after the 9/11 depicts the very situation of both local and international scenarios. A number of novels have been written in the backdrop of the terror attack on the twin tower of America. Consequently, the transpiration of international stage which played havoc with the already poor and backward nations has been a valid topic for novel writing across the globe including Urdu. مِلّی نغمہ کی جداگانہ صنفی شناخت
National song Milli Naghma is a distinguished genre of Urdu litrature due to its diverse structural qualities and patriotic emotions which make it unique from other genres. Unfortunately, this genre remained devoid of its identity in Urdu literature and it had been considered as a part or sub genre of different genres especialy "song". Indeed, National song has more rhythmical and musical qualities like the genre of "song" than other geners of Urdu literature, but it is different at its thematical level and a reasonable range of topics, which makes its identity as an independent genre. This article lays emphasis upon the individuality and separate genre identity of MIilli Naghma.

Saqiba Rahimuddin is known for her works for children and literary books. She is also known for her social work, especially in the field of education and upbringing of the deserving children. She has published several collections of short stories. This paper reviews the themes, portrayals and philosophy of her short stories namely Dard hi Dard, Tehzeb ke Zakham and Muhabbat. Saqiba's style and approach to life makes her writings near to real-life, leaving audience in ultimate realistic spark. The themes of her short stories revolve around the pattrens and realities of our society, dealing with domestic life, religion, status and condition of women in society

The erstwhile state of Swat has been a peaceful valley since time immemorial. It is widely renowned for its scenic beauty. People of Swat are very peaceful and simple. But unluckily, this beautiful valley has seen some worst days of its history when it fell into the hands of terrorists who played havoc with the fate of its residents. The Swat people went through tremendous hardships during this time. Naturally, the sufferings of the people of Swat got inroads into works of poets and author of the valley. Latin America largely remained Spanish colony for over three centuries. Argentina compared to other Spanish colonies is an advanced country, facing challenges associated with modern life style. The paper studies and evaluates the basis Ernesto Sabato employ to highlight the isolation, alienation and absurdity of a modern man in his novel 'The Tunnel'. The novel is grounded in the colonial past of Argentina, conditions of settler colonialism, modernism and French philosophy and wisdom. It concludes that among the abundance of material resources and ideologies of 20th century, individuality of a person and its existence is facing an existential threat
