Study of Product Branding Morphology at Abeokuta urban Communities of Ogun state, Nigeria
The branding technique is based on local identity because artificial narratives are not effective. That is, to be real, branding descriptions must be based on reliable values associated with the location and establish a connection with the genuine local identity. The rationality that differentiates the product, helps the artifact compete with other products. In addition, authenticity can combine a constant reinterpretation (to suit consumer taste) with an idealized evocation of the past to strengthen a brand’s popularity. This study looks at what makes Abeokuta urban morphology positive to become branding tools. This study adopted a qualitative research approach because the research is confined within a subjective assessment of attitudes, opinions and behavior of Abeokuta communities. A research ontological position is that Abeokuta morphological features were used as a branding toolfor core indigenous communities of Abeokuta. Since Abeokuta is brandable, Abeokuta morphology must be identified and its meaning is known. For this study Nvivo words cloud and place theory was used for analyzes. Desktop data, Focus group discussions, the personal observation were used as data collection techniques and satellite imagery was used for the base map of Abeokuta. This research discovers what robust brands own and what cities need in order to brand themselves productively. What a city needs to possess to be a good brand; it must possess important and unique characteristics that can be easily identified. These are functional as well as non-functional qualities. These include city form, people’s understanding of the city, people’s conviction in the city, what the city views for, and what kind of people dwell in the cit
Social Behavior of Women Migrant Workers from Taiwan and Hong Kong After Returning to Their Home Regions (Case Study of Pagu Village, Wates District, Kaediri Regency, Indonesia)
At Present cannot be denied that at this time women who work outside the home have reached their peak with the discovery of promising employment fields from an economic perspective, namely as Women Migrant Workers Overseas. As happened in Wates sub-district, the reasons for women or wives choosing to work as women migrant workers abroad are from an economic background that is still not fulfilled, the high level of daily needs, education costs and children's health, while the income of their husbands which is still very low. Becoming Women Migrant Workers Overseas is considered as the answer to get a better economic status. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the social behavior and images exhibited by female migrant workers from Taiwan and Hong Kong after retiring and returning to their place of origin, and to describe and analyze internal and external factors that encourage social behavior exhibited by female migrant workers from Taiwan and Hong Kong after retiring and returning to their home regions. To uncover this reality, qualitative research methods are used where the data obtained is processed by organizing and sorting data into patterns or categories and describing basic units so that they are more readable and interpretable. Based on the facts and phenomena obtained in the field, the results of the study are as follows: First, Female Migrant Workers from Taiwan and Hong Kong after retirement and returning to their area of origin become more consumptive due to different expectations and realities after following lifestyle trends by no longer basing on the value of the goods they consume. Second, the Changing Behavior of Social Life of Migrant Workers Women from Taiwan and Hong Kong after retiring and returning to their hometown due to environmental factors, adaptation to the work environment, length of service and lack of communication. Third, the Community Perception of the Success of Women Migrant Workers from Taiwan and Hong Kong after retiring and returning to their hometowns is a hegemony that makes the Migrant Workers follow that perception. Internal and external factors that encourage social behavior exhibited by female migrant workers from Taiwan and Hong Kong after retiring and returning to their home areas internally include: motivation of women migrant workers working abroad to fulfill their needs, following in the footsteps of successful female migrant workers previously and the lack of employment opportunities in the country, and the perception of being a female migrant worker abroad brought changes in the economic upturn and appreciation from the community. External factors include, reference groups originating from female migrant worker friends tend to be influenced by technological advances and Western style, improving family life and encouraging other family members to become successful female migrant workers is the goal of women becoming female migrant workers abroad, working in Foreign Affairs is considered to be able to improve social class and dignity of self and their families better. From these findings, a Major Proposition for Changing Social Behavior of Former Women Workers can be drawn from a change in consumption behavior that tends not to base the value of the goods consumed and social life behavior caused by environmental factors, adaptation to the work environment, length of work and rarely communicate
Comparison of Performance between Bi-facial and Mono-facial 10kW Photovoltaic Power Systems
This paper is based and written on performance analysis of a 10kW Grid-connected solar power system with a comparison in integration of bifacial photovoltaic systems vs mono-facial photovoltaic systems. Thus, all these tastings were carried out on computer simulations using PVSyst6 software & MATLAB/Simulink. These simulations were done considering different albedos and tilt angles in order to identify power variations under different environmental conditions. The selected panels used mono-crystalline type-high efficiency cells, both in bifacial and mono-facial and therefore, the technical parameters of both cell types will be the same in operating conditions. With the results obtained, it has shown the power gain in ground mounted-grid connected bifacial solar system is 23% more than the mono-facial solar power system and using these details, the researcher proposed a table that represents, most suitable PV panels for different site conditions
Modeling and Simulation Performance of a Small Electric Vehicle on Different Floor Slopes
This paper presents the development of a mathematical model of a small electric vehicle which is propelled by permanent magnet direct current (PMDC) motor. The tractive force required to drive the vehicle is obtained from (PMDC) motor. The torque-speed characteristics of the motor are used to obtain tractive force at given vehicle load and floor conditions. The simulation model of the vehicle for acceleration is developed, considering various forces that are acting in favour and opposite to the vehicle acceleration and also floors having different slopes. The vehicle parameters used in the simulation are determined beforehand. The vehicle acceleration model is simulated in MATLAB for various floor slopes and simulation performance results are presented for the vehicle that is moving on floors like flat, upslope, downslope, and more

The Impact of Teacher Education and English Language Education in Fostering Global Citizenship Education: A review of literature
The notion of Global Citizenship Education (GCE) has become a buzzword of educational discourses and policies of the contemporary world in which it aims to create knowledgeable, empathetic and skillful personnel with a view to ensure peaceful, tolerant, inclusive and sustainable global society. This renewed and transformative educational approach is a framing paradigm that encapsulates the role of education in forming competent citizens who actively and responsibly participate with critical awareness and understanding in this interconnected and interdependent world with its accelerating challenges and opportunities by disregarding any kind of manmade differences. Since teachers are the key to deliver such an education, this scenario demands teachers to be professionals possessing strong subject and pedagogical knowledge with appropriate managerial skills, readily adopt technologies and stay focused on the diverse and sensitive needs of their students. Therefore, building teachers’ capacity through teacher education should be a compulsive continuum. Moreover, with this approach, it is imperative to participate and collaboratively work as members of a global society. Thus, it is feasible to reach the intended goals through the English language as the linking language of the global community. Thereby, fostering GCE, with complementary effects between Teacher education (TE) and English Language Education (ELE) will be revealed by this study based on the literature review
Interval Type-2 Intuitionistic Fuzzy Logic System for Forecasting the Electricity Load
A study on load forecasting prediction is important for efficient management of users' demands for any utility such as electricity and gas. Many computational intelligence approaches have been adopted for short term electricity load forecasts. For instance, artificial neural network, traditional fuzzy neural networks, support vector machines and other intelligent methods have been adopted in the literature. It is well known that load forecast is an important input for management decision systems in every power supply organization. Fuzzy logic systems (type-1 and type-2) have proven to be one of the effective tools for many load forecasting problems. In this study, interval type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy logic system equipped with membership functions, non-membership functions and hesitation indices is proposed for very short and short-term load forecasting for the first time. Gradient descent method is used to optimize the parameters of the developed model. The proposed model is compared with the traditional interval type-2 fuzzy logic and traditional neural network systems. Experimental analyses reveal that the proposed model outperform the two traditional systems in many load instances
Fault Analysis of Electrical Machine Drives Employing Novel Model Predictive Control
Electrical machine drives play a crucial role in various industrial applications. Therefore, its control system design became more significant in the last decades. Numerous high powers and high-efficiency machine drives require faultless continuous operation. Fault-tolerant control is a productive solution for the improvement of the reliability of the machine drives. Model Predictive Control (MPC) is an optimal control algorithm developed for constrained control of Multi-Input-Multi-Output (MIMO) systems. MPC can handle MIMO systems and can incorporate several constraints in the form of equalities and inequalities. A Novel Model Predictive Control(NMPC) method for a Synchronous Servo Motor Drive (SSMD) integrating a real-time fault diagnostic method for Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor ((IGBT) faults in an inverter has been presented in this paper. NMPC ensures the system's better performance and minimal fault clearance time.
