Precision local anomaly positioning technology for large complex electromechanical systems
In recent years, Prognostics Health Management (PHM) technology has become an important reference technology in fields such as avionics and electromechanical systems due to its ability to reduce costs and achieve state based maintenance and autonomous support. However, with the operation of large and complex electromechanical systems (ES), the data generated gradually ages the status of components, and traditional PHM technology is difficult to solve the problem of electromechanical system components becoming more complex. Based on this, this study takes the hydraulic actuator cylinder as an example to construct a local component fault detection model. Firstly, fault data features are extracted using wavelet packet energy spectrum, and then a fault detection model is constructed based on support vector machine (SVM). In response to the shortcomings of SVM, a smooth support vector machine (SSVM) is proposed to replace SVM, and an improved crow search algorithm (ICSA) is used to improve SVM. Finally, an intelligent detection model for hydraulic actuator cylinder faults based on ICSA-SSVM was constructed based on the above algorithms. The experimental results show that the ICSA-SSVM model has the fastest Rate of convergence, among which, the positioning accuracy is 0.96, the fitting degree is 0.984, the fault detection accuracy is 99.16 %, the recall value is 94.52 %, and the AUC value is 0.986, all of which are better than the existing fault detection models. From this, it can be seen that the precise local anomaly localization technology for large-scale complex electromechanical systems based on the ICSA-SSVM algorithm proposed in this study can improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault detection, achieve accurate and intelligent detection of ES local anomalies, and have certain positive significance for the development of China’s industry
Prediction of comprehensive dynamic performance for probability screen based on AR model-box dimension
In order to evaluate the comprehensive dynamic performance of probability screen and select the appropriate working conditions, a dynamic model of probability screen vibration system is established. Then, the calculation method of the dynamic characteristic parameters, based on the time series Auto Regression (AR) model of vibration test, is used. The relationship among the comprehensive dynamic characteristics, the screening efficiency and the box dimension of probability screen vibration system is analyzed, and Least Square Support Vector Machine (LSSVM), Generalized Regression Neural Network (GRNN) and Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) are used to predict the screening efficiency with box dimension. The analysis result shows that the screening efficiency, the stability, the response rapidity and the comprehensive dynamic characteristic of the system are all related to the box dimension of time series. As for the complexity of probability screen vibration system, it affects the comprehensive dynamic performance, and ultimately touches the screening efficiency of the probability screen; The best working conditions for the system are selected by the curve between box dimension and the working condition parameter; Taking box dimension as the only input variable, the prediction accuracy of the screening efficiency is high by using LSSVM,GRNN and BPNN methods, the prediction results are stable and reliable, and the box dimension can be used as a single input variable to predict the screening efficiency, it has the advantages of fewer input parameters, high prediction efficiency, and high prediction accuracy, which has great potential for expanding application space and further research value
Electro-erosion fault identification of motor bearing based on ASMOTE-CFR
In view of the problem that the electro-erosion fault signal is rare and weak during motor operation, and the database is seriously imbalanced, this paper proposes an ASMOTE-CFR training model based on adaptive minority oversampling technology. Four bearing vibration acceleration signals in different states were collected through experiments, and each signal obtained 32 sets of energy features using wavelet packet decomposition. Then ASMOTE technology is used to balance the energy features of electro-erosion fault signal. And construct a vector matrix combined by energy features and bearing fault state features. Finally, the collaborative filter model of matrix decomposition is used to train and identify. The results show that the recognition rate of the ASMOTE-CFR model proposed in this paper is 98.46 %, which improves by 7 % compared with the traditional CFR, which verifies the effectiveness of this method
Evaluation of the hardness and wear behavior of date seed powder/epoxy composites as potential biomaterials
The date palm, or Phoenix dactylifera, is a crop that is grown for food and is used by many people on a regular basis. The cultivation of date palms, their processing, and consumer demand all produce tons of waste. Date palm seeds can account for up to 10 % of the total weight of the fruits. A topic of interest for research is the application of date seed waste in the fields of engineering, nutrition, and cosmetics. This work aims to show that epoxy/palm seed date composites are suitable for use as biomaterials by examining their wear behavior. Give a brief introduction to a few ideas before going over the fundamental idea of wear resistance. Future wear resistance improvements in biomedical applications and other industries that might benefit from this addition will continue to be achieved through the use of date palm seed microparticles in epoxy. In this study, epoxy composites containing palm seed particles are made by the mixing procedure. The studied composites made from date palm seed powder particles has micron particle size of 150 which is mixed with epoxy as a matrix. The percentages of date palm seeds are varying from 5 % to 20 %. The 20 percent sample had the best results, losing 7.03 percent of their starting weight. The 10 percent group, which lost 9.4 percent, the 15 percent group, which lost 12.2 percent, and the 5 percent sample, which lost 19.95 percent, were the next in line. Each of the four samples had 1 kg to 5 kg of weight applied to them at five different rotation speeds. Upon analysis of all the samples under investigation, it was discovered that the date palm seeds enhanced and increased wear resistance, leading to better outcomes

Fault diagnosis method for hydro-power plants with Bi-LSTM knowledge graph aided by attention scheme
In hydro-power systems, the fault of equipment is an important potential threat for the safe production of electricity. Therefore, the automation and intelligence of fault diagnosis becomes the popular issue in the research on hydro-power system. In this paper, a knowledge graph-based method is put forth to diagnose faults occurred in hydro-power systems, since the knowledge graph can store structured and unstructured data for better fault diagnosis and intelligently search the reasons of the faults. First, we model the knowledge graph for hydro-power plants, where the rational path for the fault reason is formulated. Then, the bi-directional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM) with conditional random field (CRF) is used to extract the entities and relations to the given documents, which record the phenomenon and reasons for the occurred faults. Moreover, the attention scheme is employed in the Bi-LSTM to weigh the closer relationships to improve the diagnosis accuracy. An automatic diagnosis algorithm is developed to improve the diagnosing efficiency by constructing rational paths, with which directive and in-directive factors for occurring faults can be traced. Simulation results reveal that the intelligent search method with a knowledge graph can effectively find the reason, locate the position, and provide useful suggestions for the occurred faults

The application of fault diagnosis techniques and monitoring methods in building electrical systems – based on ELM algorithm
The reliability of modern building electrical systems are receiving increasing attention as they become more intelligent and complex. As the majority of building electrical systems use neutral point grounding, earth faults or short circuits can get worse over time and damage both the distribution system and the electrical equipment. To this end, the corresponding three phases and four categories, namely three-phase voltage, three-phase current after fault, three-phase voltage distortion rate, three-phase current distortion rate, a total of 12 dimensional fault feature vectors and 10 fault simulation types, were summarised and extracted in conjunction with the actual operating conditions of the system. Using traditional fault identification ideas and neural network algorithm as reference, a 12-dimensional fault feature vector is used as the model input to construct a building electrical fault diagnosis and detection model based on ELM algorithm. Results showed that the ELM-based model’s classification accuracy for this experimental sample was 97.56 %, its AUC was 0.92, and its RMSE was 0.3521. These figures were higher than the classification accuracy and performance of the BP algorithm and GA-BP algorithm fault diagnosis models, and they also demonstrate better robustness and generalizability. The model also has a 97.27 % correct rate in fault discrimination, while the computation time is only 0.201 s, and its fault identification and diagnosis speed is faster than other algorithmic models. At the same time, this research model has a good fault monitoring accuracy of up to 98.6 % for building electrical systems. The research can provide a more sensitive, accurate and rapid fault monitoring method for the current building electrical system. It also improves the reliability of the building electrical system in a complex environment and achieves better protection of the system. This has a certain significance for the development of the building electrical industry
Rigid-flexible coupling modeling of the dual-rotor system for aero-engine
The dual-rotor system is the core component of advanced aero-engine. Establishing a reasonable, accurate, and efficient dynamics model is the key to studying the dynamics and vibration of the rotor system for aero-engine. This manuscript takes a representative aircraft engine dual-rotor system as a prototype, considers the rig-id-flexible coupling characteristics of different stiffness elastic supports and rotor structures, and establishes an analytical dynamic model of the dual-rotor system. Based on the established dynamic model, the natural char-acteristics of the dual-rotor system are analyzed. The model was validated using two different research methods: the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body system dynamics simulation platform ADAMS, and finite element analy-sis. The dynamic model of the dual-rotor system established in this paper can meet the requirements of hierar-chical rigid-flexible coupling of system and structure, overall mass distribution, and stiffness distribution. In particular, it can also effectively realize the simulation of multi-facet and multi-phase unbalanced vibration of the rotor system. The research methods of this paper can further enrich the basic theory of dynamics and vibration of the aero-engine rotor system
