    Get PDF
To reveal the viscosity-enhanced mechanism of super-viscous heavy oil and improve the recovery rate of super-viscous heavy oil, the four components, elemental composition, rheological properties, and effects of asphaltenes and resin on the viscosity of super-viscous heavy oil from well TH12434 in Tahe Oilfield, China have been analyzed from macro and microscopic perspectives by Anton Paar rotational rheometer, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and scanning cryo-EM to solve the problems of poor fluidity and high asphaltene content. The experimental results showed that in the temperature range of T= 40-100°C, the viscosity of super-viscous heavy oil decreases sharply from 352000 mPa∙s to 1620 mPa∙s, and the super-viscous heavy oil exhibits clear thermo-sensitivity. With T= 100°C and shear rate ranging from γ= 0-800 s-1, the viscosity of super-viscous heavy oil decreases sharply from 45000 mPa∙s to 956 mPa∙s, and the oil sample shows typical pseudoplasticity. The baseline of super-viscous heavy oil analysis by gas chromatography shows too high, and more than 80 % of super-viscous heavy oil compounds have a matching degree of less than 70 % with standard compounds, indicating that the super-viscous heavy oil had poor heterogeneity and many impurities. It is observed by scanning cryo-EM that the micromorphology of super-viscous heavy oil is large granular, strong continuity, asphaltene micromorphology presents an obvious layered structure, the layer spacing is 637.7 nm, and its asphaltene molecules form an order-like or crystal-like association structure through several unit sheet layers, resulting in high viscosity of super-viscous heavy oil. Based on the analysis results of the influencing factors of the viscosity of super-viscous heavy oil, a theoretical basis for the selection of viscosity reduction technology for super-viscous heavy oil the efficient exploitation in Tahe Oilfield, China could be provided

Fault diagnosis method for hydro-power plants with Bi-LSTM knowledge graph aided by attention scheme

    Get PDF
In hydro-power systems, the fault of equipment is an important potential threat for the safe production of electricity. Therefore, the automation and intelligence of fault diagnosis becomes the popular issue in the research on hydro-power system. In this paper, a knowledge graph-based method is put forth to diagnose faults occurred in hydro-power systems, since the knowledge graph can store structured and unstructured data for better fault diagnosis and intelligently search the reasons of the faults. First, we model the knowledge graph for hydro-power plants, where the rational path for the fault reason is formulated. Then, the bi-directional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM) with conditional random field (CRF) is used to extract the entities and relations to the given documents, which record the phenomenon and reasons for the occurred faults. Moreover, the attention scheme is employed in the Bi-LSTM to weigh the closer relationships to improve the diagnosis accuracy. An automatic diagnosis algorithm is developed to improve the diagnosing efficiency by constructing rational paths, with which directive and in-directive factors for occurring faults can be traced. Simulation results reveal that the intelligent search method with a knowledge graph can effectively find the reason, locate the position, and provide useful suggestions for the occurred faults

    Get PDF
To explore the vibration characteristics and seismic performance of historical buildings in Tianjin, we conducted on-site vibration testing under ambient vibration on three historical buildings with brick-wood structures in Tianjin. Specifically, we delved into the vibration characteristics and seismic performance of historic buildings with brick-wood structures by establishing the vibration analysis model, performing the theoretical calculations, and conducting seismic performance analysis. The results reveal that 1) the vibration frequencies of historical buildings with brick-wood structures are low, mainly concentrated in 2.0-8.0 Hz, which conforms to the vibration range of general buildings; 2) based on vibration analysis, it is concluded that the structural integrity of these buildings is good and there are no obvious structural defects; 3) the layout and storey height of historical buildings have great impacts on the vibration characteristics and seismic performance. 4) the comprehensive seismic capacity index of three buildings ranges from 0.91 to 1.75. The results of dynamic analysis under ambient vibration are consistent with those of theoretical analysis, providing a basis for preserving and reinforcing historical buildings

An efficiency calculation model for ball screws by accounting for lead errors

    Get PDF
Transmission efficiency is a pivotal indicator, providing a comprehensive view of the overall performance of a ball screw. While extensive research has predominantly focused on computing transmission efficiency across various operating conditions, the factors influencing the variability have often been overlooked. This study introduces an innovative method for computing transmission efficiency, which considers lead error, drawing on deformation coordination theory and load distribution. Multiple ball screws of varying precision grades underwent rigorous testing to quantify lead errors. Subsequently, each screw was matched with an identical set of nuts to measure the respective transmission efficiencies. Experimental results reveal a linear correlation between lead error and transmission efficiency when both lead error and uneven ball load distribution in ball screws are considered. The relative error between the calculated transmission efficiency results and experimental values for ball screws of different precision grades falls within the range of 0 % to 7.42 %, confirming the validity of the proposed model in this paper

Modern development of metamaterials for obtaining special electromagnetic, acoustic, mechanical and vibration-isolating properties

    Get PDF
The article presents the history of the development of metamaterials, which begins with the development of metamaterials to obtain unique electromagnetic properties. The first ideas of such materials appeared in the XIX century. Such constructions make it possible to obtain a negative permittivity, and further the “invisibility effect”. The idea of creating a material with a given microstructure also makes it possible to obtain metamaterials with a negative Poisson’s ratio, acoustic metamaterials. Separately, it should be noted that such an approach makes it possible to obtain metamaterials with negative rigidity and vibration-isolating metamaterials. The article presents the author's design of a vibration-isolating metamaterial with quasi-zero stiffness. A demonstration prototype was made

Design of downhill regenerative braking control method for hybrid electric vehicle

    Get PDF
In order to improve the downhill regenerative braking control effect of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), this paper designs a downhill regenerative braking control method for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). Firstly, the structures of regenerative braking system, auxiliary braking system and eddy current retarder (ECR) are analyzed. Secondly, the braking torque of ECR when HEV downhill braking is calculated. Then, the braking process of HEV is dynamically analyzed, and the braking force distribution constraint of HEV is realized according to the relevant laws and regulations. Finally, the downhill regenerative braking control of HEV is realized based on the braking force distribution coefficient. The results show that when the vehicle speed is up to 120 km·h, the speed control can still be completed within 2 s by using the proposed method, indicating a good regenerative braking effect

A multi-sensor cooperative detection target tracking method based on radar-optical linkage control

    Get PDF
Radar is a common means of tracking a target, and with active enemy interference, it often causes the target to lose its track, thus causing the radar to lose continuous tracking of the target. To improve the tracking effect, a multi-sensor cooperative detection target tracking method based on radar photoelectric linkage control was established. The study is based on radar photoelectric linkage, constant velocity (CV), constant acceleration (CA) and current statistical model (CSM) as the mathematical model of moving targets for this study. Improved interactive multi-model (IMM) and standard IMM were compared for targets in different motion states, as well as single sensor electronic support measures (ESM) and multi-sensor electronic support measures (ESM), infrared search and track (IRST). The research results show that in variable speed motion, the improved IMM algorithm and multiple sensors are used for target tracking. The azimuth and elevation tracking errors of the target are low, which can effectively solve the problem of model mismatch during the conversion of motion modes such as CV and CA. The azimuth and elevation image curves fluctuate smoothly, and have high stability. This method can achieve better tracking results

    Get PDF
With the expansion of software system scale, the study of software complexity has become a hot topic in software engineering. However, the domestic research on software complexity analysis technology is not mature, especially the measurement and evaluation methods of software complexity are not perfect. In order to solve the problem of prediction and evaluation of program structure complexity in software engineering more effectively, this paper proposed a program complexity measurement technique based on OINK framework. The technology uses the data sharing interface design to analysis target program by extracting the complex relationship between OINK components. On this basis, the technology adopts the layered software architecture to realize the automatic design of the function of the measurement data acquisition module, the complexity measurement module and the data management module of measurement results, thus, the structure complexity of the target program can be analyzed more clearly and accurately. At the same time, this technique applies multiple measurement methods to quantify the complexity of program structure, such as McCabe, HalStead, and Line Count. Experimental results show that this method can effectively measure the complexity of program structure. The solution on software complexity based on the open source ONIK framework will be open up worldwide, and will be continuously supported and improved by global communities and teams under the constraints of common driving forces

Dominator Coloring of Total Graph of Path and Cycle

    Get PDF
A dominator coloring of a graph G is a proper coloring in which every vertex of G dominates every vertex of at least one-color class possibly its own class and each color class is dominated by at least one vertex. The minimum number of colors required for dominator coloring of G is called the dominator chromatic number of G and is denoted by χdG. In this paper, we have established the relation between dominator chromatic number χdG, chromatic number χG and domination number γG. We have investigated results on total graphs of path and cycle with χdG = χ G + γ G and χdG = χ G + γ G - 1

    Get PDF
A reduced mechanism of diesel fuel was developed on the basis of Wang’s mechanism. First, for removing the unimportant reactions, an importance index was defined on the basis of computational singular perturbation (CSP). Choosing the importance index of 0.0065, the 140 unimportant reactions were removed, and obtained a smaller mechanism of 403 elementary reactions. Second, 32 global quasi-steady-state (QSS) species were found with the threshold value of 0.005. Finally, the smallest mechanism containing 77-species was obtained. By contrast with the ignition delay time of the original Wang’s mechanism, the maximum error of the final 77-species mechanism was 7.2 %. The final mechanism was also performed with the original Wang’s mechanism and the experiments date from the selected homogeneous charge compression ignition (HCCI) engine, the good overlap of curves was obtained and the maximum error of the simulation results was less than 10 %
